So... don't play with level 10s at +4 when you're level 50? level 10s won't be mowing through mobs as suggested, not even at +0 (which is +1 to them) they're going to be (at best) slotted with TOs and only have 7 powers. even level 30s at +2 (+3 to them) won't mow through mobs, they don't have either T9 yet, no incarnate abilities and (most) won't have any IO sets slotted. -

indirectly you are requesting a minimum bid price. That being the minimum sale price. If there is a minimum sale price that becomes the minimum buy price. It would also prevent lowbies from getting inf for selling things before they have the inf to sell at the minimum bid price. For example, I'll run the first arc of the game, get 3 merits and a couple of TOs. I sell the TOs, which gives me enough inf to sell one Enhancement converter at a very low price, which sells and gives me enough to set my price on the other 8 converters. This gives me starter cash for whatever I need. I wouldn't be able to do that with a minimum sale price. -
Options for a bruiser type melee DPS character?

If I understand the definition of a "bruiser" then a Stalker wouldn't really fit the bill. If the OP has no interest in tanking then a scrapper is the way to go. IMO brutes are better, but I'm a little jaded -
MERIT NO POOLING or shared across accounts

If this is the case (which is very unclear) I'd have to /jranger it. It would be the *only* thing that is shared account wide without using email/salvage racks and would likely be a PITA to implement. -

If you're having trouble hitting enemies that are +3/+4 and you refuse to use the IO system to get Accuracy bonuses then you have the following choices Slot 2 accuracy SOs instead of 1 carry lots of yellow inspirations Pick up and slot Tactics The last one will not only benefit you, but also your SKs. If you're still having trouble, or refuse to implement these suggestions, I'd suggest that maybe the problem isn't with the system. -

Yeah, all defeat all's should be labeled as such, it is so annoying to be in a task force that you've never done before only to find out after clicking all the glowies that the mission is a defeat all.

My biggest problem with Dark Control is that you have to jump into melee range to fire off Heart of Darkness (dangerous if you don't have a stealth) then jump out of melee to fire off Living Shadows (since it's a cone). With enemies staggering around after you stun them, you're less likely to be able to hit all of them with Living Shadows. This is the only set with a PBAoE Stun and the only set with a cone AoE Immobilize. Sure both make the set "unique" but they don't synergize.

Hollows/Faultline/Striga/Croatoa all are self contained. The rest are very hit or miss. There are a few contacts (like Maria Jenkins) whose story arcs don't take you to different zones but that's about it.

Ouroboros. It let you run any content lower than what your character can currently run. You need to be at least level 14 to be able to use it though.

Stalagmites only had a 10% chance to stun and the damage is pretty low. Quicksand is really the shining power in Earth mastery and that's not saying a while lot. The -def is nice, but since it can't be slotted you're stuck with slows for procs

The build up power ( fusion?) Gives 100% chance for contaminated for the duration. Meaning you've got a reliable heal (even if it's on a long recharge)

Green Machines was developed long before IOs. And once again not every buff/debuff set needs to be strong solo. -
WP is one of my favorite sets, here's what you should aim for (and is relatively easy to hit, though a bit expensive) S/L aim for 90% resist, Tough makes this much easier F/C/E/N aim for 50+ % defense (since there is no Defense Debuff Resistance in the set). Weave and Combat Jumping help here, so does Maneuvers if you can afford the slot. Regen, aim for over 700% WP/Kin is one set I don't have, so I can't give you a solid, tested build, but here is probably how I would build it. Shadow Cloak has Immob protection.

I've soloed the 3 lowest hero TFs (Posi 1/2 and Synapse [Posi 2 and Synapse required temps]) as well as Doctor Quarterfield so those 4 are the easiest to duo

Ok, I thought I was going crazy, but no. Barrier's Defense portion only lasts 10 seconds, then it's gone. It does not decay like the resistance.

Depends on what you want to do with it. A brute will do better damage, but a tank will survive and maintain aggro better -
I personally always slot it 5 decimations, it may not be the best slotting, but it gives a nice recharge bonus

If I remember correctly the defense buff only lasts 10 seconds and the rest is just resist, which goes down fairly quickly. Ageless' debuff resistance is much stronger than barriers buffs
