First of all sorry for the wall of text. But I want to make the attempt to get across how I play and what I like about Nature and that I want to see the SCOURGE! I really enjoy playing Nature/ and /Nature. I have a Beast/Nature and Demons/Nature Mastermind (mmm. the resists on demons/nature). I also have a Nature/Ice Defender. I never have leveled a Corruptor past around level 25ish. So I decided to take the Defender and see if I could do a straight swap over to Corruptor. Of course I've found out that the Defenses that were softcapped on the Defender are not soft capped on the Corruptor. Unless I've made a drastic overlook the builds are a true 1 to 1 swap except for Superspeed changing to Fly and Combat Jumping to Hover. I also swapped the Superior Winters Strike, and Thunder Strike IO to each others attacks. It seems to make sense, but it may not even matter damage wise. I also don't really build for Incarnate skills in the builds. This will probably be the first 50 toon that I'm going to actually incarnate. I generally base my builds on how they do in the PI Portal Mission set at +4x8 solo. Right or wrong, I don't know 🙂 Anyways I digress... Lets get to the guts... Defender Stats Corruptor Stats To give some context here is how I generally play Nature when solo. - Entangling Aura one of my loves about the set and I use it as CC and just jump into the fray. I like to have it slotted with at least a few Hold durations to make sure the LT's stay locked down longer since it just a "high" chance to hold mobs. It seems to help the duration bleed over until the next hold pulse lands. I've tried builds with it just 1 slotted with the lockdown +2 mag proc but mobs breaking free still seem to happen a lot due to just the "high" chance not ticking enough and the hold dropping. However, when it comes to slotting, I'm open to any slotting in it as long as it has some hold duration. (unless I'm completely misunderstanding how Entangling Aura's chance to hold and its hold duration actually operates) 1. I use LIfegiving Spores for topping off End and as a Heal patch, I will lay it down from range before I jump into the mob group. 2. Pop Overgrowth > Wilde Bastion > Wild Growth 3. Jump in and slap on Spore Cloud onto a boss for the -to hit 4. Generally, mobs are cc'd at this point. then I cast aoe's and start cycling attacks on the bosses. In groups I will still jump in, but I kind of go with the flow based on team composition and what needs to be done. You know basic adaptability. I don't want to be burden or disrupt flow for everyone. Any ways. I attempted to focus the builds on Recharge to and also Proc'ing attacks as I could. I am posting both builds to see if someone can just give me some input to see I have over looked any Corruptor specific things like the Corruptor ATO' usage. I also want to know if I've made any drastic slotting mistakes that can be cleaned up. The defender version works really really really well 🙂 For corruptors am I using the correct attacks? What fire rad blaster spec are you running? I'm trying to break away from masterminds and am looking at sentinel or blaster. I like the inherent defenses of a sentinel.

It looks like the MasterMind protector bots force shield power is granting the wrong magnitude defense buff. It should be 7.5% and I think it's using 10% -
Recharge Intensive Pet Procs: A Pleasant Surprise

Those procs for the pet buffs are always on. 🙂 If you have them slotted then they are active. You don't need to worry about time limits or activations or anything. -
I ran a few solo missions with this build on the test server. It went pretty well. the mobs do run, but the initial nukes thins them out quite a bit. It was pretty fun, even running solo. Keep up the good work!

Is there a command to get enhancement boosters on the beta server? I didn't see it on the pop menu. I didn't see any on the AH to buy either.

What I like about it is that it is a relaxing play. I like the non aggro blind that gives everyone in the group a defense buff automatically. And with the recent changes people seem to appreciate it more than they used to. Ignited Oil slick is cool also. I also like the shield gtaoe changes. It has tons of tools. Oh and you can proc monster the single hold. Here is the build that I'm experimenting with on the test server. It has bonfire to suppliment TA. I'm on a new bonfire kick the last couple weeks. I don't know what they were thinking giving Bonfire to MM's. Anyways, I do have a Bests/TA that is level 50 on everlasting and he just runs IO's so far. I haven't done an actual build with that toon yet. I find that it is pretty relaxing play style when your in a group. Oh you can use the Taser Dart to light the oil slick. The new TA changes rule. It's pretty fun now. I have been experimenting with beasts TA on the test server. Yes your pets die without a heal but the TA is cool. I will post the build I was testing with when I can get to my computer. Just understand it's not refined.

So for mercs do you run Lady Gray and Shield Breaker in all pets and then Achilles Heel in the T1 Soldiers? That is how i run mine.

Well. there we go. I guess it would make sense in the overall scheme of things. Taking into account down time between them using attacks, and cycling through attacks.

The full auto change did make a difference. And.., Mercs still need some help 🙂 But putting a shield breaker, and a lady grey proc in each pet is pretty good. You can also put the Achillies Heal -Res proc in one of the pets. I don't know mathematically which one of the pets the Achilles Heel should go into in order to squeeze out most dps. @BGSacho may know. He did some research on Mercs. I think this might work well for you. I use a similar bind for Trick Arrow to target and ignite oil slick with my taser. I did a quick test on my MM that is /Elec and it seems to work well with the pets substituting as team members.. What it does if i remember correctly is Target your target on keypress, and then fire the ability when you release the key. the Oil Slick Bind: /bind T "+$$targetcustomnext Oil Slick$$powexecname Taser Dart" Altered for the Electric powers. /bind q "+$$unselect$$target_friend_near$$powexec_name "Rejuvenating Circuit"" /bind e "+$$unselect$$target_friend_near$$powexec_name "Energizing Circuit"" This one should work also. If you want to make sure you only target "alive" friends. Of course you can change it for "dead" teammates if you have a rez power. /bind q "+$$unselect$$target_custom_near friend alive$$powexec_name "Rejuvenating Circuit"" /bind e "+$$unselect$$target_custom_near friend alive$$powexec_name "Energizing Circuit"" @Shenanigunner has some good info on in the technical reference guide. http://www.shenanigunner.com/index.html - edit. I just noticed that my Oil Slick bind doesn't have the "unselect". So my suggestion is to play around with the binds without the "unselect" in there to see if, it still works fine, and to see how it acts. Who knows how it will act???

There are a lot of nice guides in this forum, but I still get a little lost in knowing what to do with which enhancements I should sell, and which ones I should convert and then sell. So I'm going to start this thread and list what enhancements I've crafted and then ask you, the experts, whether I should straight sell, or convert to something else and then sell. All of these IO's are Level 50 (unless stated different) that I crafted today. Should I straight sell them, or is there something I should convert them to and then sell? (level 10) Unspeakable Terror: Acc/End Jaunt: End/Range Extreme Measure: Acc/Range/Rech (weird one - last purchases range are 200,000. 8,000,000. 8,500,000. 21,000,000. 4,000,000) Artillery: Acc/Dam/Rech Lethargic Repose: Acc/Sleep/Rech Enfeebled Operation: Acc/Immobilize Lockdown: Acc/Rech Gladiators Strike: Damage/Rech Experience Marksman: Dam/End/Interrupt Red Fortune: Def/End Red Fortune: Def/End/Rech Blood Mandate: Damage/End Perfect Zinger: Taunt Mocking Beratement: Taunt/Range I will post more probably in a few days as I play and farm. Nature would do well. It has a cone heal, and tons of utility -to hit, -regen, + damage,. Ground target minor heal patch that you can put panacea proc in. It also acts as a pocket controller with entangling aura. -

I've been gone for a while is @Brigg's maps still the go to maps for fire farming? I like the small contained map ones but switch it up on occasions. I know they nerfed the mentor level 49 inf bonus while i was gone. Any other changes that I need to know or any tips? -

With the change to make Enflame a Toggle, how should it be slotted now? Should it be all procs or some Damage in there also?

This is from the perspective of a Bots/FF/Heat Mastermind. But I figure that the Controllers know the skill best. I realize that Bonfire needs a KB->KD to stop the scatter. Would procs like this go off a lot? Do they proc when it is cast and then a chance every 10 seconds?
