  1. Don’t forget to try it out with burnout also.
  2. I don’t have the numbers or logs anymore. But it made a significant time reduction when fighting a pylon. They do damage. I’d put some accuracy in it so they can hit things. Damage is damage.
  3. I think it was this one. (A) Flight Speed IO (A) Miracle - +Recovery (11) Numina's Convalesence - +Regeneration/+Recovery (A) Jumping IO (A) Performance Shifter - Chance for +End (13) Performance Shifter - EndMod Level 1: Howler Wolf Level 26: Dire Wolf Level 12: Lioness Level 1: Pack Mentality ------------
  4. I haven't been able to make a command like that to work.
  5. I agree with Plainguy. Tankermind is a true solid way to play, and i feel it is really easy also. /Thermal is great for getting good resists on the pets, but not really for the MM. /Time is great for a TankerMind. It casts a group wide pbaoe defenes buff that you can make perma. Generally speaking to go Tankermind you will need the Fighting pool for Toughness and Weave, just to give you the extra boost to defense and resists. Pet wise. The Tier 2 Demons cast a +Resist Buff that affects the MM, and Tier 2 Robots cast a +Defense buff that affects the MM. Those are the only Primary sets that I can think of with resist or defense buffs that impact the MM. For pure teaming, Demon/Thermal should work really well. You will have resist shields to buff your pets and the team. I run a demon/nature as both the primary and secondary has +resist buffs. If you scroll through some of my posts you will find my current demon/nature build.
  6. Some MM primary sets with Melee abilities for the MM. For blast sets. some More pure T9 Ranged Nukes. Right now the pure ranged ones seem lackluster. T9 Ranged Nukes. Archery, Assault Rifle Beam Rifle Electrical Blast - but the Short Circiuit is pbaoe Ice Blast Water Blast.
  7. I’m a bit rusty on Beasts. None of the beast buffs affect the MM. they are pet only. Also ignore the crit chance wording in the Fortify packs description. It doesn’t impact the pets crit at all. You don’t need to take it for your pets to crit. I tested it. I mainly used it as a LoTG +recharge mule single slot. Or to put in any other defense uniques. But that was just me. It was extremely rare that I ever used the actual skill. pack mentality is a damage buff that stacks on the pets for like 10% per stack. The pet attacks and the MM personnel beast attacks have a chance to add a stack. When you cast Fortify pack it strips the damage buff and converts the stacks to a defense bonus for the pets. At the time of conversion more stacks means more defense bonus. It also keeps the pack mentality stacks from coming back for a while. So you can’t have the damage buff and defense going at the same time. From what I remember I think the average normal stack count I saw was about 7 or 8. 9 and 10 were pretty short and sparse from what I recall. I think, but I’m not sure it’s due to each stack having it’s own buff timer. So the old ones roll off. It also comes from them stopping their attacks to buff. For example one of their buffs takes like 3 seconds to cast but it only lasts for 15 seconds. So that is lost attack cycle time. It doesn’t take too long to get 4 or 5 stacks. Maybe an Attack cycle or two. 5 seconds or so???? I wouldn’t count on having 10 stacks of mentality. At least from my memory. you might dig up one of my beast YouTube videos and watch the stack count. I have several PI portal fight videos and I think a pylon video also. It will give you an average fight stack count that is more reliable than my memory. And that is with me spamming the swarm and hawk attacks also. I have several videos on beast mm example fights. here is one also. I’m not sure if it’s been fixed or if it was designed to be unenhanceable . But the lionesses take defense IOs but it doesn’t actually increase their defense howl buff. It is always 6% or whatever the percent is. beasts are fun. I like their melee range style. It makes for a nice old DAOC /assist train melee group. 🙂 I keep thinking about turning Skunk Man into a beast/time. Or some other pbaoe heal set and then I could go MeleeMind /assist and play pain train. It would work well until the enemy casts Caltrops. Then the beasts turn to chickens another thing. If you plan to do so. Swarm and Hawk the two single target attacks make a complete single target rotation with a good recharge bonus. 12121212121212. Heal, 121212121212. Heal. LOL 🙂
  8. @Sir Myshkin How much testing still needs to be done on the Tanker procs? Any estimate on when we will get a final write-up?
  9. Yes MM makes a good support/healer. 80 to 90% of their damage comes from 3 abilities that takes minimal oversight and management. At the most basic sense pets are just fire and forget damage over time spells. That in turn allows you to focus more on the secondary activities
  10. I find it very useful. In +3 +4 content. And against the -acc using mobs. the acc bonus from lotg doesn’t affect them either. Pets are rather gimped when it comes to sets. Just the 6 pet aura iOS and iOS actively slotted on them that impact abilities they use. P
  11. For lifegiving spores I usually go 5 Panacea, and i put the proc in there. that way the proc helps everyone that is in it. But it's all up to you and what you want your build goals to be. For Bastion I go 6 Preventive Medicine.
  12. the knockback to knockdown IO will work. I've never had a problem with them at all. You can put in some ForceFeedback + recharge IO's also. Have fun. Energy should work with any secondary. Just pick one your interested in and roll with it.
  13. it certainly has some good proc options. couple spots for FF recharge.
  14. bots group flying does look cool, but for those who are curious, it does NOT stop them from moving into brawl range. and its kind of a pain in the ass when traveling. they drop out of group fly fairly often unless you take it nice and slow
  15. Kin actually pairs well with electric and plant. You can proc out electric for proc damage. You basically confuse the enemies and while they are fighting roll in and fulcrum shift you and your pets. You’ll have lots of proc damage and maxed out fulcrum damage. Then roll to the next group. Electric set up for procs like in the controller proc monster thread is as close to cheating as you can get. I run the electric/dark/(psi?) proc build and its super easy. Big proc damage, big control.
  16. Yep. The military, especially Air Forces that use bombs and rockets and missiles, has a phrase to enemies. “Don't run you’ll only die tired”
  17. I think we need a DPS off. Best settle it on the field.
  18. Try a nature/ healer on a defender. It has a heal patch you can lay on the ground that also procs some endurance restore . But I like it’s cast heal the most. it’s cast heal is a humongous cone so you can point you character in a direction and heal. It doesn’t require any targets to fire off. it also has some nice buffs as for controller vs defender. If you want to blast go defender. If you want to crowd control go controller.
  19. I think it would provide a counterpoint to the original premise of the posts title. It would certainly be interesting for me to see the build. I myself have never played an electric blaster. So I appreciate any new outlooks in play styles and ways to push Powers to new limits
  20. Could use some Darth Maul animations
  21. I don’t think MOST people care one way or the other how many pets you have out. I mean they take lowbies in PI missions all the time. You would have less dps but your still productive and useful. So play how you like.
