Wegener Posted April 13 Posted April 13 Don't know if this is the proper place, but upon taking Praetor Duncan's personal mission, she had my character's tail (Animated - Cat Tail 2). Original character has a female body, if that makes a difference.
Ridiculous Girl Posted April 14 Posted April 14 (edited) so... i just realised that when i use the wisp overlord costume that speech has an unfortunate place of origin. 😁 added, because i make myself laugh... 😁 editted: i just realised that it may be because the costume slot costume is using the shortest character size possible. Edited April 14 by Ridiculous Girl for added humour :) and a clarification 1 "I'm not crazy, my reality is just different than yours" the Cheshire Cat "Ce n'est rien de mourir; c'est affreux de ne pas vivre" (It's nothing to die, it's terrible not to live) Jean Valjean "وطن المرء ليس مكان ولادته و لكنه المكان الذي تنتهي فيه كل محاولاته للهروب” (Home is not where you were born, home is where all your attempts to escape cease.) Furthermore, if you select "Butterflies - Light" and then finalize your costume, it reverts back to "Butterflies - Heavy" when you go back to a tailor to edit your costume. Could we possibly have the option to use "Butterflies - Light" aura returned, please? Thank you! Ran into this issue today, still a thing TL;DR - Can only actually use the 'Butterflies - Heavy' aura, the 'Butterflies - Light' will not take. Truly a preposterous number of butterflies 1

This would seem to be system-wide across all missions with full-body-replacement 'costumes' -- the 'Infiltrate the Hellion Safehouse' mission from Matthew Habashy in Atlas Park does the same thing -- you enter the mission, and if female become a 'Girlfriend from Hell', but you retain your character's tail if you had one.
Ridiculous Girl Posted April 17 Posted April 17 not sure where this should go since it is related to an emote... but mender holly has what you could call a drinking problem. 😄 1 "I'm not crazy, my reality is just different than yours" the Cheshire Cat "Ce n'est rien de mourir; c'est affreux de ne pas vivre" (It's nothing to die, it's terrible not to live) Jean Valjean "وطن المرء ليس مكان ولادته و لكنه المكان الذي تنتهي فيه كل محاولاته للهروب” (Home is not where you were born, home is where all your attempts to escape cease.) Original character has a female body, if that makes a difference. You'll see that on pretty much any model swap. Wings and tails your character has that the character you play as instead lacks shows up on the character. I think if the gender changes, since your character model file no longer uses the same base model, extra features don't carry over, but if the gender is the same, it pretty much always carries over. (Edit: Even shoulder pieces can carry over if the target model isn't using any.) Edited April 17 by Rudra
Raleigh Stones Posted April 19 Posted April 19 I have a big floating eyeball as my head...a few weeks ago...all of the sudden, it always looks to the left. I believe from other players POV, it is looking fwd ( my friend sent me a screen shot showing this). This is what I see...and its really creepy...like its turning around to stare back at me. 1

kelika2 Posted April 24 Posted April 24 Adding "Cord" belt missing from female Upper Body Bolero. Think I made a post about lots of missing belts from some robes and such.
Herotu Posted April 24 Posted April 24 This is a character creator minor inconvenience issue. If I change the colour of the cape (red boxes in the image). The collar changes, and I have to go back and change the collar colour (yellow box) again. ..It only takes one Beanbag fan saying that they JRANGER it for the devs to revert it.
Hot-Toddy Posted April 25 Posted April 25 I recently encountered a strange bug regarding auras. More specifically, I recently created a staff fighting / dark armor character in Praetoria and when I was creating multiple costumes for my character (before I turn level 10). Originally, I had my first costume set with 'volcanic / eyes / combat only' in yellow. While creating a secibd costume I decided to change them to blue. What's weird is that it shows up blue in the editor, but displays as yellow when I exit - as if the change never occurred, I've created a total of five costumes for this character (which includes the first costume) and they all appear to have the same issue. Here are a few screenshots to illustrate the issue: Something even weirder is when I try turning the aura off in the editor and go back into the game the yellow volcanic eye aura is still on (still in yellow). I've tried logging out and logging back in and it still has the same issues.
r0y Posted May 5 Posted May 5 (edited) Tailor / Icon issue with my AR/Dev blaster. Went in to just change the color of some Day Job powers, but noticed 1) it reset my weapon (so I put it back, went to 0 inf), and 2) has all the Primary powers (and just Time Bomb of Secondary) with a 10K change – even though they cannot be customized/changed. Raleigh Stones Posted May 6 Posted May 6 My eyeball for a head character is still always looking LEFT...can this be fixed?? See previous post a few further up.
Psychic Fury Posted May 21 Posted May 21 Hello, I just wanted to point out that there is some clipping on certain costume pieces and was wondering how aware you are of the pieces that have this issue (i.e. Lab Coat). I would actually be interested in helping you iron these items out. Please let me know if I can help in any way. Thank You.
Rage Posted June 8 Posted June 8 not sure if I am missing something but. are Trench coats unlockable now? my character is level 24. I have trench coats on many of my characters but for some reason i do not see the option on my new character. went to another I have to verify location but just can't find it on my new character in the Icon Tailor. is it moved? or missing? Does your character have a backpack or wings? The trench coat is incompatible with all back options.
ZorkNemesis Posted June 19 Posted June 19 Weapons > Assault Rifle (in general) Weapons > Munitions Rifle (in general) Is it a bug/oversight that for a Blaster these are considered two seperate weapons and are no longer combined? Because of this I have two different rifles with seperate redraws, but they occupy the same spots on my costume when holstered. It just doesn't look right. Currently playing on Indomitable as @Zork Nemesis; was a Protector native on live.
Ridiculous Girl Posted July 6 Posted July 6 i just noticed, with the wisp overlord costume and LKT-1700 Rocket pack, the pack sits really low and the fan detachs by staying in its normal position. Isn't the Wisp Overlord like twice the size of any character? So its model won't have costume pieces/details in the same relative position as your shorter character since your actual costume is linked to your character model's appropriate costume slots. (Edit: And since you are using costume pieces in costume slots the Wisp Overlord has nothing assigned to, your costume pieces are showing up where they are supposed to on your character.) (Edit: And since you are using costume pieces in costume slots the Wisp Overlord has nothing assigned to, your costume pieces are showing up where they are supposed to on your character.) which makes the detatchment of the fan so strange and unexpected. the jetpack model is in the place about where it should be with a normal character model, i would not have even reported it. it's that it breaks apart the jetpack, that makes it notable. placing the fan where the jetpack should be in relation to the tallest costume model, but the rest of the jetpack is placed in relation to the character underneath the costume. i guess i did not explain it enough, i thought that the picture would be enough. the majority of the jet pack model is situated in relation to the character model under the costume piece. hence, on the costume part, it is lower than it normally should appear. the animated fan part of the jet pack model is detached, without the rest of the jetpack, and is positioned in place where it should normally appear on the costume. it's trying to display the jetpack model correctly, but something is not quite right. Ridiculous Girl Posted July 15 Posted July 15 i was fooling around with the floating head options, and i noticed that there was only one aura option that would work with the eyes and that was celestial. it did not matter if it was no head, globe, giant eye, or skull option. the glowing celestial eye aura was always there. but when i loaded another costume that had a normal head with another glowing eye aura, omega to be precise, and switched to a floating head, the glowing eyes remained. though when i went to the aura menu, the glowing eyes disappeared, defaulting to the nearest option, and was not available. this effect and costume issue applies to all of the aura options that have and aura eyes option; Alpha, Atomic, Battle fury, Beastly Rage, etc.. every single one, apparently... (i got tired of going through them all...) 😄 and you can exit the costume editor and the changes will remain... 😁 BUT! if you exit the CC and then go back in, you will lose the change, with the aura going back to the nearest default. 😎 "I'm not crazy, my reality is just different than yours" the Cheshire Cat "Ce n'est rien de mourir; c'est affreux de ne pas vivre" (It's nothing to die, it's terrible not to live) Jean Valjean "وطن المرء ليس مكان ولادته و لكنه المكان الذي تنتهي فيه كل محاولاته للهروب” (Home is not where you were born, home is where all your attempts to escape cease.) Ridiculous Girl Posted July 16 Posted July 16 (edited) same thing as my previous post, but i noticed that same thing with aura eyes on several other of the head options. it happens with think tank, piranha... oh god, it's even more complicated than that! as i am trying to document this, i am finding that it is worse than i thought! ok, i am going to go through each aura option and head options, because they work with some monstrous heads, but not with others. some are available, but others are not. this is complicated! List of auras with eye options... Alpha, atomic, battle fury, beastly rage. binary, bio-plasma, celestial, cyborg, crogenic, dark matter, electricity, fairy dust, fiery, fireworks, fireflies, gaseous, glow, pixels, runes, smouldering, snow, sparkles, sparks, starburst glow, tarot cards, thunderhead, tendrils, toxic vapor, volcanic, omega, and wisps. Heads with eye auras available: Think tank: Celestial (but off-centered), Floating Head: Celestial Monstrous: All of the above mentioned Prianha: Celestial Animal Big Cats - Medium Size: Celestial (but none of the options with eyes do not display in CC, Shoulders and eyes for example) Animal Big Cats - Large Size: Celestial (Same as medium-size, options with eyes do not display) Animal Wolf: Celestial (eye options available but none are displaying) Animal Bird: Celestial (eye options available but none are displaying) Animal Minotaur: Celestial (eye options available but none are displaying) Heads that will display an eye auras if selected from another head and then switched back: Think tank: All of the eye options above show, except all are off-centered Floating Head: All of the eye options above show Prianha: All of the eye options above show Animal Big Cats - Medium Size: None displayed in CC nor when exiting Animal Big Cats - Large Size: None displayed in CC nor when exiting Animal Wolf: None displayed in CC nor when exiting Animal Bird: None displayed in CC nor when exiting Animal Minotaur: None displayed in CC nor when exiting (obligitory RG photo) oops, with one exception, the cyborg option does not display at any time outside of the Auras menu, so it could not be checked in any way. 🙂 TL;DR: Only the Celestial eye auras are available to Think Tank, Floating Head, Piranha, and the Animal heads, but none will display on the Animal heads nor visible when out of the CC. All of the eyes auras will show and can be used if added while using another head, Standard for example, and then switched back. With exception of the Animal heads which will not show either in the CC or in-game, though you can make the change and pay for it.
