Fairly simple concept. Miss Liberty has taken over Statesman's Task Force. She is based in Independence Port because of this. Since she runs her own Task Force I think it should be fitting to bring what is suppose to be a legendary hero out of the little corner he was shoved into in Atlas Park and put him in the main central pedestal that is currently occupied by Miss Liberty.

It just feels wrong to me, Back Alley Brawler is suppose to be this big hero that has come out of retirement to teach the next generation of heroes. Where as Miss Liberty is just a spoiled brat who just is related to Statesman and is carrying Excalibur for Hero-1. I just find it silly that he's suppose to be a core character of the Freedom Phalanx, yet he's off in a corner in Atlas Park that most people won't really see unless they just go there themselves. There's not even an exploration over there.

I think you are confusing Ms. Liberty with Dominatrix. Aside from that? No opinion on the OP.

Nah. She's still a brat, heroes just don't see it often due to faces of course.

She's been there forever, imo leave it alone.  Now, I would be all for restoring the Galaxy City original zone and putting him back there as the central trainer.

Copy Back Alley Brawler and put him back on his pedestal in Echo: Galaxy City as a trainer there. Miss Liberty is on her pedestal in Echo: Atlas Park, and is an active trainer, so there is precedent for there being a trainer in Echo:GC.

And yet things change in this game hence MMOs being living worlds and evolving. Hell, a loose excuse was given for moving Castle.

Nostalgia is a big thing. Galaxy City was destroyed because it was a mistake to design two starting zones. The next mistake was for BAB to not go with it.

Ms Liberty won and winners don't have to sacrifice because someone else lost.

BAB does need a better place to live but AP isn't the answer. A new task force sure but I think we can do better than musical chairs.

Give him a new TF somewhere. As a side note and not to be done with the TF suggestion I'm obviously stealing for @Sirius.Games, also restore him at his trainer pedestal in the Echo so street sweeping players have someone to train them up.

I don't think it was a mistake to have two starting zones.  Atlas was always the place to go if you wanted a large crowd,  GC was much quieter, which I preferred.

I always thought that GC was much easier to get around in as a new character with no travel powers.

I say bring back Galaxy as a post-apoc co-op zone for holiday events.  100% on all the time mayham mission with respawnables and "open" content like bank robbing spawning heroes or other villains who wanted to rob it first constant fires to put out or random explosions

The Existing Echo: Galaxy City is Pre-Shivan Meteor Strike and would require a lot of work to turn into a Post-Apocalyptic Zone. The Tutorial "Destroyed Galaxy" Map is only a small section of the original zone, but it would be interesting if it was Populated with Shivans and citizens in need of rescue, which would tie in with the existing Canon and allow for a transition over to whatever they choose to do with Kallisti Wharf. I know a lot has been said on the negative side about following through on the Battalion Storyline, but the 2 Shivan attacks already happened and it is a story that could easily be built upon. Is there a trainer in Kallisti Wharf? If not, that would be a great place for BAB.

There is an Arbiter near the submarine dock, and Fusionette is stationed near the University.

Put him on a bench near city hall and use a sitting emote, let him retire actively and just be there to give advice, like Ghost Witch in PD.

I like that! Make him mostly retired, available to join the fight if needed, but mostly just acting as an advisor. Edit: Maybe even be the primary advisor for any Battalion/Hamidon related content.
