The most effective etiquette is the etiquette no player ever uses = communication in team or league chat. So that's the "unwritten rule" we all actually need - use chat to communicate! e.g. "I have vengeance available" "I'm down, use vengeance plz!" "Ok, be right with you!" There is a group that have banded together to target forum posters they don't like. They think that this behavior is acceptable.
