  1. Oh yea, I put my new claws/regen scrapper thru Praetoria. Wee! (I did get some protection via empowerment, etc...)
  2. No, it isn't based on what the devs had said. (I know one of the other CoX servers out there has it, but I don't know the specifics)
  3. It's much better now. I've been playing my regen characters much more now and while they're not amazing on the surface, they bounce back from everything. It's not pre-i4 regen, but it's a good compromise.
  4. It's barely a grind, I'm just exploring around the lab during testing and I've already got enough obols to buy every costume part that are lore linked to the lab, and they're mainly repurposed roman items you already have access to.
  5. I've screwed around with a few in P&PUE and Champions, but didn't pickup the 616 system
  6. You can click on the Set Difficulty setting which will drop the list, then move the mouse to the left then down to avoid hitting Adjust level, etc...
  7. Best way to check I find with least amount of work and risk with a char with core access when the lab is empty Go to lobby /demorecord checkmino Go to Core Head into arena and if Mino is still there Run thru (optional to go "Woo Woo Woo" as you run by) head to lobby or core /demostop Check file for what Mino type is Staff Labyrinth_Minotaur_01_S Titan Weapons Labyrinth_Minotaur_01_TW Bow Labyrinth_Minotaur_01_B Axe & Shield Labyrinth_Minotaur_01_AS Dual Bladed Labyrinth_Minotaur_01_DB
  8. I think it's the various grinding bits to get all the badges, etc... Maybe creation date, but since that isn't displayed by default now anyway, not a big deal. I do have a few characters that would be much better as different powersets that either were fixed, new, or I just came up with a better idea, but I don't want to go thru the setup time involved with going thru some of the content I've already done that I didn't particularly enjoy in the first place. Now, for characters I haven't done a lot of work on, I'm perfectly fine with just restarting. The OP request isn't feasible, so I don't worry about it, but I can see why it's wanted.
  9. When the notice comes up, he heads to your location. If you start moving, he'll go to that location. He'll even pass you in the hall ignoring you until he gets there. Every so often, he will course correct, but jumping thru a door will delay him, and going thru a randomizer door will delay him further since he'll need to take the long way. And there are randomizer doors fairly close to all the drop points. You can also escape to lobby fairly quickly (though that can be interrupted so difficult in a fight) I'm able to do a full run thru the lab on a demorecord run without ever having the mino get close.
  10. As Glacier says (and he's done a lot of checking the new stuff out), Mino isn't soloable. And the Font is definitely good to have some strong characters to anchor. A dozen chars can do it if done well, but a poorly organized group of any size will have issues.
  11. Cobalt has plans, so we'll probably see more of it as time goes on. I thought Excel had a regular Lab run going on? Everlasting and Indom have some regular runs, and on Everlasting has had a few pickups lately. It's one of my favorite places to do solo exploration stuff. However, I spent a lot of time mapping out connections and locations, so I'm actually pretty good at avoiding the Mino. Basically if you see that the Mino is hunting, and you're the only one in the lab, he's coming for your current location. He'll correct course every so often, but using one of the many randomizer doors will break his pursuit until he resets. I don't tend to go after GMs & AVs in there though. I just whack solo gladiators with most chars, though pulling a full group is possible even with my builds. What's on open beta now shows some easier solo content with the repeatable missions.
  12. What would be the point of increasing the difficulty then for most people? Vet levels are still a thing. Incarnate experience is such a temp thing. Plus difficulty usually means extra rewards. And I've seen the same plateau in several other missions as well. (notes at home)
  13. Alexandra Sideris https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Alexandra_Sideris
  14. Hmm. I'm not sure. No other zones or LFGs do that? My current char did fine. Rolled up a new character so that I would know they've never been there and the LFG'd fine. Not sure what the next step would be.
  15. Belladonna "Take Control of Sinclair's Skyscraper" A level 55 and level 58 minion give the same rewards, 12,141 XP, 5664 inf. (that's with patrol bonus)
  16. Just a guess, but finishing up the last part may clear them.
  17. To extend your analogy, it would be like taking a red velvet cake, disassembling it and making a black forest cake.
  18. The way characters are in the server, Origin, Primary, and Secondary are locked in. I don't know the details, but apparently it's just not feasible with how the DB, etc... are setup. I think there's a slew of things that would be cool to do, but would take a massive undertaking to adjust because of how the game was initially setup. And yes, this has been discussed to death. People would love it, but it's not going to happen.
  19. See, that could be a better response, though Rudra covered it fine by now. And really, we don't know these guys are unpowered, but they just run. Now in a reasonable society, they would just be arrested. And what they're doing is recruiting for a criminal organization that engages is murder, etc... They're not clean.
  20. And they're not deleted, just hidden for the GMs to look at in horror.
  21. There's also a modifier on the timer based on powers used.
  22. Sure it was. It was a completely in game thread except you went for the derail.
  23. I don't even see that. If solo and bosses off, no matter the team size # is set to, the bosses appear as lieutenants and elite bosses as bosses. The # will affect the spawn sizes as if you had more team members.
  24. Except for a low cost game that is being developed because the devs want to develop instead of chasing money? I think there's a bunch of holes in your arguments, but I'm a little burned out today.
  25. I think it is subject to the character in question. It was once described as you can decide for yourself if the mobs you arrest are arrested or dead. (by Jack iirc) Using such logic (and I use this sort of logic all the time, examples later), you could just imagine it yourself what your character does. The game code is limited, your imagination is not. Example: Getting the various mayhem badges on a hero. Actually built up a record showing this, but it was all a false cover. etc...
