26.5% for dual bonuses, set bonuses similar to Numina and others. It's non-superior. (And also described that way by devs recently) In anycase, I'm way off on topics. I'm for people to be able to drop KB. I'd prefer a toggle per power. Could make it just remove KB for each power as an option, and if they want KD, then they can put in an enhancement. (I'd be cool with a new set that one of the set bonuses was KB->KD) KB can be a very useful power, but most people don't bother finding out how to use it. I like the idea of converting Explosive Blast to KU though.

It's not. The set bonuses are good for a non-superior set, but it's not. You can compare to Winter sets (and ATOs)

The logoff timer is a little finicky. The timer gets modified by powers use and location. I run into this a bit with dayjob spots, but haven't narrowed it down.

I think this would be a nice QoL addition. Makes relying on someone to say what team/pos they are at unneeded. (Especially if positions scramble, etc...)

Level? Mobs? I know CoT and Council got an update some time ago.

Thanks ATC, that saves me from doing that myself. 😄

For Tanks, there are a couple missions (one from Unai in the Thousand Worlds arc) that the tanks count double. (if they rez, quad!)

Yes, with Weapon mastery since Ninjitsu Blasters already have access to the sword in Nin

Definitely. I'm not immune to wanting to snipe sometimes, but I'm definitely trying to not get involved in "Well, you meant to say this, so I'm offended" back and forths.

Yea, I haven't dug into those JSON files myself, but that's easy to work with. Weighing if I want to use them as is, or convert to a more compact form for my own use.

I'd be curious how many of those characters were made in October. I made around a dozen (hmm, maybe a few more since the name release happened and I grabbed some names to work into existing characters.) I'd say about 1/2 my chars have the Steadfast Protection +Def. A bunch of chars were made pre-knowledge and as I revisit them, they either get invested in, or deleted. Ironically, a lot of mine were deleted after the first halloween with Prismatic. Spending too much times on chars I didn't enjoy, but felt I needed to get them to a certain point, so for sake of my own time management. Two? years later, I've finally started using up some of the saved up items from back then. On bases: Most of the SGs I belong to are me and two other players, with occasional others. (across all the servers)

Cobalt's brother (i think) did some voices for the labyrinth which is where you'll hear a them. I'm good with voices used like that, more than in cutscenes.
-
They have added some voice acting during HC, however in a pretty limited way and not for cutscenes iirc. I tend to turn off voice overs myself, so no interest from me.

Was going to test out a build on the Open Beta and noted that Victory is not available in the drop down menu for copy. (I think this is the proper spot for this report, but unsure)

The other option would be a Psychic Blast Sentinel picking up Weapon Mastery. (Though a Psi/Ninjitsu Blaster would be similar)

Blackspectre made this tutorial: https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/User:BlackSpectre/Testthis Pretty good overview of the layout

Has the drop rate for Prismatic Aether changed?

RNG giveth and taketh. -
https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Viva_Praetoria_Badge Don't think River Rat was ever part of it, because it definitely wasn't at shutdown. (Maybe when first introduced, but it doesn't reflect it on the wiki ever)

Think the devs are doing stealth micro patches?

If they made Regen super powerful on April 1, that would be funny. If Regen set, base healing 10x. Power lasts for 30 minutes or end of day. -
Stuff that can be saved on your hard drive that if you know what you are doing, can be edited directly. Settings Costumes & Power Customization Mission Architect files Demo files Popmenus and other mods Logs Popmenus and such get loaded when the client starts, and if there are errors, they'll be pointed out in the client log which is different than the other logs. Logs if enabled just get added to, and not recommended to edit while running. Costumes, Power Customization, and Mission Architect files can be loaded at any time, but they do go thru sanity checks. I would imagine if there was a base save & load, it would be a fairly complex file, but certainly doable. (Item plus location, facing, tint, etc...) Loading would probably be doable, it would strip stored items, and make sure stuff was legal and sane. (No buffer overflows, etc...) There's a bunch of other stuff that would have to go into it Loading and Saving just a room. What happens to stored stuff on loading? Hard fail, or "Are you sure?", or can we still store what's here in what you're loading? I can see this being used to tweak a base where you want to reorg, or setting up a completely new base. It's a large range of options that would need a lot of planning on development.

The only difference to an Ouro arc is the options to spy for the other faction is not available. All the arcs work pretty well, but as Lunar mentioned, if you did any Praetorian arc while leveling, sometimes contacts wind up funky. I don't remember any oddness in First or Night Ward, but I suppose if you locked Katie away in the network, she might not be available during a couple missions where she ports you in for others. Contacts killed off tend not to be available in live, but are available as a contact in Ouro fine.

Add Alexandra Sideris from Cimerora as well since they became available a bit after this thread was initiated
