Alignment wasn't a thing at first and then was tacked on later. The AT, Origin, Primary, and Secondary were all baked in early. Now, I think it may have been costumes or capes that Jack said could never be changed that wound up changing later.

By most Iron rules, that character is no longer i Iron mode. That doesn't mean you have to delete it, but it has failed the challenge. I think some Iron rules allowed defeats if it really wasn't your fault. (Server disconnected and you got whacked while out) Even some people count those.

Mine was a Dodge Dart that the brakes fell apart. Got pretty good with the parking brake going over a windy mountain road...

And one thing I've noticed on some of the chats, there are people when you say "Hey, you could check the forums" and the reply is "People tell me they're all jerks on the forum and it's worse than General!" (Obviously a paraphrase) People saying "No, I don't like your idea" is not being hostile. And people doing testing aren't a single monolithic mindset going along with what the Devs put forth.

Spent the weekend going thru doors by starting at a portal and just keep hitting the doors until I either looped, or entered one of the other loops. While that's picked up 200 various doors, there are a few more to find. Also added in a few more Fogs & Gladiators to the popmenu, but last menu until I finish my generator which should make things more consistent and easier to use. Next iteration will have the menu and the file used to build it, probably in it's own thread. And tidbit, there are two of these in the Blue Mystic Cave, they're random doors.

Oh! Ok, so what happened was that you got the Cure, but didn't pick up the mission for doing the cure and used up the cure. At least how I read it. There are some tools the GMs can do to get you past that which is what you need to do. However, I'm surprised that the game is a bit wonky with that. Maybe it needs to not allow use of the Cure until the mission is accepted or grant the power then. I think it stemmed from some oddness of people grabbing it for other purposes and the devs throwing some fixes at it. (pre-HC)

For awhile, the Hami raid on Everlasting was greeted by Hamidon already spawned, so it happened enough.

Minimum of five monsters need to be taken down. Then #6 thru #50, 5% chance to spawn Hami. At #50, he'll spawn. Assuming there isn't a Hami Bud lurking from the last time, though if I understand the code, they get cleaned up after a set period of time. It's been awhile since I looked at that, and of course, HC may have tweaked it.

Eh, it's usually just a sliver of the population engaging in that type of chat. (Unsure which server you're on for that, but if it's Everlasting or Excelsior, you'll notice a lot of people saying "Oh, I just turn off General right away") There are several different methods of enacting any sort of suggestions. Here on the forums, or via the beta cycles. Closed & Open, with Discord as well. They do seem to always listen, but they are not obligated to follow the suggestions.

Should probably go check Piecemeals solo arc for why this is probably not the direction HC will go with GC. (Or maybe they will, I don't know) But yes, timeline is wonky. When you arrive from the tutorial from GC, the meteors just happened. Similar to Twinshot & (insert redside version) happening not long after. Then you level up, things happen, but depending on your path, some stuff happens before others. I blame Ouro.

Great post. Not sure I agree with needing to reduce the amount of effort players have to, but I'm good with most of my characters just getting the badge over time. I like running thru tips anyway though. Of course, there's the side benefit of running Odorous Smoke multiple times if you are after the mini-pet.

I think it's similar to a Fake Nemesis putting up his shield. If you hit them with a high DPS, they go thru the animation with a bubble starting, and then they die. So they get the effect, but it's too late.
