Fifteen new badges to get to : 1628
-
For my badger, the damage taken was a bit of a slog and my second account helped by being an Empath Defender. I think for them, I did a couple different ways, one of which was the Mercy fire one, but that one seems to be iffy due to fires not always there. For any char, it's finding something that does damage at a lower rate than your regen. (whether that regen is native, or being boosted, or you are being healed) Easily controlled method is going into a mission with mobs that do the right amount of damage and then setting up before bedtime.

This is still a work in progress, but has the waypoints for a bunch of different stuff. Underpopulated items are the Guardian & Fogs. File goes into: Games/data/texts/English/menus I use a macro "/macro lab popmenu LabHunt" Most useful are probably the Mote locations, Plaques in the core, and the Maze waypoints though the colonnade. I should note, most of the time the waypoint for the Orange Mote wants you to go thru the Cow Door. You'll need to wear a Holo Mino to get thru. And easier if you have access to the Orange floors. labhunt_2024080901.mnu

Patch Notes for July 23rd, 2024 - Issue 28, Page 1
lemming replied to The Curator's topic in Patch Notes Discussion
There is an exitl in the lobby gets you back to the Midnight Club. While in the Labyrinth, the power "Escape from the Fog" gets you back to the lobby. (Or if you fall, hospital puts you back in the lobby) -
Only Love Can Hurt So Much (Feedback)
lemming replied to WhiteNightingale's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
In the CU, that changed every so often, and I got the impression that the Champions game referenced was a homegrown world anyway. Most campaigns I know didn't really delve into court room thought process and papered over it. The last mission may be better as just a cut scene or something. And the NDA thing, most NDAs that are about illegal things, aren't enforceable. Superhero law is an odd creature. The arc does supply a decent number of Crey related defeat badges though. -
I think there were a couple that didn't in the league I was in. (At least one other that wasn't you) I'm guessing team/league shennagins?
-
Yes, but alignment credits don't count toward the badge. Tip Missions completed count toward the badge
-
And if they are AE mobs, you may need to check their builds. That has changed every so often to get them to give out 100%. (I forget last time that changed)
-
Those contests were also followed up by an event, etc... And aren't that often? I do think we need something for community events. (Heck, maybe a global channel so other servers can subscribe and see. I still see the Everlasting and Excel event channels for instance)

Also, Blarf is shown on the mini map

Very last item in patch notes

He used to. Wonder if it's a league/team thing where your team just didn't do as much damage, though that shouldn't be

Been seeing a few people having crashes today.

I was just about to login to the beta server to do more testing, but live fire testing it is then.

Oh really? For example, I've been pruning my characters. I'm down to 91 level 50s (Had around 200 at one point...) 55 of which are tier 3 or greater. And there are plenty of people with many more alts. I don't think the iTrials would as crowded if you were even partially correct. Your theory crafting is often not anchored in how people play. The only glimmer of OK is the being able to restart a char and keep their badges. That's been asked for before. However, powers, etc... would not transfer and as Rudra mentions, not a good idea. (However, because how the DB is setup, etc... not likely to happen)
-
That was started in 5th edition, prior to that, it was required. Templates probably were from Hero Designer? While I liked 6th edition, I wound up switching what little TTRPG I get to Prowlers & Paragon UE. Pretty sure would also have some Sonic powers. I think the closest I had was "The Mighty Flea"
-
So, your suggestion is make every zone except Atlas & Mercy a PvP zone, or duplicate every zone? And how would this react to rogues & vigilantes? Would they suddenly be attackable by teammates that are the other alignment? Level differences would be a problem, unless you put in a bunch more code. I'm pretty sure this idea would a) not be wanted by most people b) be a nightmare to code since the alignment stuff is already a bit twitchy

what's the typical beta testing cycle for powersets?
lemming replied to supersonick's topic in Open Beta Testing
The more testing, the more solid it becomes, the quicker it gets released. -
Well, I think the amount that are on the market are suddenly going to drop a lot...

Focused Feedback: The Labyrinth of Fog
lemming replied to The Curator's topic in [Open Beta] Focused Feedback
I managed to see it fire off multiple times when I was the only one in the labyrinth and refused it, so the Mino didn't port to the arena either. I did not have him try to port me when I was in the arena though later. -
The reason that Emp Merits were no longer converted to Reward Merits was the abuse of farming up to ~50 vet levels and cashing in. Prismatic Aethers were put in to funnel cash away from those that did so. So, I really doubt that the devs will agree. Granted, you can still use Emps to convert to threads and buy Super Inspirations which can sell for decent amounts.

Noticed this when I did a respec and took screenshots of before and after zoning. Before was the usual all powers and temps get filled into the power trays. After shows after I zoned between Echo Plaza and Pocket D which semi-filled out what I used to have the layout as.
