  1. Just ran a few tests using a Demons/Cold MM. Build wasn't designed for pushing pylon times, just figured I'd see how it would do. First time I've really put time into an MM build and this was on the test server mind you but it performed very well. T4 degen radial T4 musc radial T4 support 1:14-ish avg time from 6 runs. Best time was 55 seconds flat with the above listed incarnates :D. Run starts at 0:19 when sleet drops. Pylon pops at 1:14.
  2. Ah okay, that's what I figured. Was wondering how a psuedo pet would be granting me FFB after placement... XD. Thx Tex.
  3. Whoa, whoa, whoa wait a minute... Let me get this straight so I'm not misunderstanding... FFB in Earthquake fires every time you summon Earthquake? or upon on summoning AND each time the power ticks?
  4. Scrapinator for sure. My vote goes for /earth, it's quite satisfying. Seismic smash and the mallet attacks all feel weighty and hit hard. Lots of KD and spots for Force Feedback procs.
  5. Hot feet doesn't take ATO sets. Would be cool if it did for this reason but sadly it does not.
  6. What do you think would be better; seperate (new) threads with build philosophy and examples/how-to's or building upon the initial run down's in each post above w/ added examples and such? I always fear thread bloat as nothing turns me off more from reading a well put together post than walls upon walls of text so I tend to do the opposite of that, short and concise. Though, if I were a new player the kind of run downs listed above may seem like another language altogether.
  7. On a human form build, I could see the benefit of slotting it in mire. On a Tri-form less so since Dwarf Mire is a thing and can stack with itself.
  8. While your testing it, check and see if the proc goes off at the start of mire's animation or the end. If it's the start, you may only be getting 2 or 3 seconds of buff since mire's animation is rather long.
  9. Take bonfire and put a kb->KD slot in its single slot. That's all you need to never worry about scatter again. On a high recharge build bonfire will be up every mob without the need for further slotting. Also no hotfeet? This is a good source of damage but I agree with the above responses on needing a tool outside of domination to refill your blue bar if you choose to take it. Enemies that are hit by flashfire are gonna be too stunned to scatter from hot feet and if you throw a bonfire down as well they won't be going anywhere. Fire cages or not.
  10. This makes me want to finish my AV run on my Triform and put together that highlight reel. Chimera and Shadowhunter are down, need to finish the rest.
  11. We've all been had. This is some top level trolling. You've made this 10 pages , well done. 👏/Thread
  12. I'll put my vote towards Fire/Dark as well, but I'm a little biased.
  13. Okay, I found 3 more ppl with solo ITF videos... must all be fake... so impossibru nothing to see here... I'll post anyway though because reasons. Again, totally not worth watching totally fake, nothing to see here u guise /s #believealltrolls
  14. Dwarf focused Tri-form shade build Doom's Dwarf Focused Triform shade (11.02.2019).mxd Features: 32.5+ def to smashing/lethal dmg (softcapped w/ 1 small purple inspiration) Perma Eclipse 153.75% global recharge (hasten's bonus included) Hasten is perma as long as you trigger FFB (Force Feedback) via Gravitic Emanation, Dwarf Smite OR Nova Det once or twice during combat (which is easily done) All AoE KB is converted to KD except Gravitic Emanation which we'll use to stun and re position groups. (This is also proc'd out, hello cosmic shotgun) Vengeance taken early, used often. Great for exemping down, it will ensure you never have a team wipe again. ST Attacks in Dwarf are favored and proc'd out. Ideal attack chain would require shifting, attacks would include; (G. Well, D. Mire, D.Smite, D.Drain) FFB in both Gravitic Emanation and Nova Det ensure high uptime of 100%+ Recharge buff that FFB provides. FFB in Dwarf Smite ensure high uptime even during extended fights versus hard targets (AV) Mule Powers: (Powers you don't use so you can keep them off your tray, they're just their for their slotted bonus) - maneuvers - tactics - gravity shield - grant invis - stealth
  15. Human form shade 32.5 s/l/f/c/e/n defense Doomrider Human 32.5 slfcen.mxd 32.5+ to typed def s/l/f/c/e/n instead of positionals (softcapped w/ 1 small purple inspiration) Perma Eclipse 132.5% global recharge (hasten's bonus included) Hasten can be made perma easily with an aggressive playstyle. Gravitic Emanation procs FFB basically upon nearly every activation (even against Single Targets).Dark Det can also be cycled on cooldown to keep the 100% recharge bonus up fairly regularly. All AoE KB is converted to KD except Gravitic Emanation Proc'd out Drain Essence (Doomdrain) and proc'd out Gravitic Emanation. Has provoke for keeping aggro off Essences. Burnout because if you haven't tried burnout on a shade, you really ought to. Eclipse just missed because someone nuked the mob? No it didn't, burnout. Wanna start this mish with 2 fluffies (up to 4 easily), burnout. You get it... Better end management for a Human form build since we didn't need to dip in the fightning pool for Weave which also allowed us to take all AoE attacks available to a Human Form only build. *Small note: The global recharge does look quite low at first glance, but it's actually more manageable than people realize when you leverage things like FFB regularly. I find the proc's uptime is at least 50% or more which will already pushes the recharge into perma hasten territory. We're also taking Agility alpha this time around for the defense bonus but the recharge bonus is also helping.
  16. Tbh what Rial is claiming... I just rolled my eyes at. Anyone can take 2 seconds and search solo ITF on Youtube, there are plenty of videos on this. The ITF has not been a challenge for vet players for a long time, especially on a full team. I have a video of my Fire/Dark troller and @Septipheranon his SS/FA duo'ing a MoITF for the lols and it was a snoozefest. Edit: Just so no one thinks my claim is "fake"... here's the link. 😛
  17. Oh my sweet summer child... Someone buy Rial a stack of envenomed daggers.
  18. Next one is a bit of departure from the above posted builds... this is Doom's hypothetical toggle suppression Tri-form Warshade build: Hypothetical Toggle Suppresion Tri-form Warshade (Theory only) Doom's hypothetical toggle supression build.mxd Disclaimer: While this build would technically function on live, it is built around toggle suppression being a thing (which it currently isnt) and to be able to seamlessly swap between forms without OD, Inky or defense toggles dropping. Features: 32.5+ to positional def while in human form (softcapped w/ 1 small purple inspiration) Perma Eclipse 152.5% global recharge (hasten's bonus included) Hasten is perma as long as you trigger FFB (Force Feedback) via Shadow Blast OR Nova Det once or twice during combat. All AoE KB is converted to KD except. Vengeance taken early, used often. Proc'd out Drain Essence (Doomdrain) and proc'd out Gravitic Emanation. ST Chain while in human form, hover taken so you can use Nova for travel and drop to human for combat. Nova taken for Aoe's and Dwarf for Dwarf mire. FFB in both Shadow Blast and Nova Det ensure high uptime of 100%+ Recharge buff that FFB provides.
  19. Budget Tri-Form Warshade build (32.5+ s/l defense in all forms) No purple IO's, only affordable sets and ATO's. Doom's 32.5 Budget Tri-form.mxd Features: 32.5+ def to smashing/lethal dmg (softcapped w/ 1 small purple inspiration) Perma Eclipse 160% global recharge (hasten's bonus included) Hasten is perma as long as you trigger FFB (Force Feedback) via Gravitic Emanation, Shadow Blast OR Nova Det once or twice during combat. All AoE KB is converted to KD except Gravitic Emanation which we'll use to stun and re position groups. (This is also proc'd out, hello cosmic shotgun) Vengeance taken early, used often. Great for exemping down, it will ensure you never have a team wipe again. ST Attacks in all forms are usable. Ideal attack chain would require shifting, attacks would include; Gravity well, Shadow Blast, Dwarf Mire, Dwarf Smite. FFB in both Gravitic Emanation and Nova Det ensure high uptime of 100%+ Recharge buff that FFB provides. FFB in Shadow Blast ensure high uptime even during extended fights versus hard targets (AV) Mule Powers: (Powers you don't use so you can keep them off your tray, they're just their for their slotted bonus) - maneuvers - tactics - gravity shield - grant invis
  20. A shifting ST chain is key. My Shade runs a chain that is roughly Gravity Well, Dwarf Mire, Dwarf Smite, Dwarf Drain, Dwarf Mire, G. Well, and Grav Em (every second rotation). All attacks are proc'd out except for Gravity well. DPS is quite good for Dwarf. I get about 190ish with only 1 target for mires, and anywhere upwards of 250ish+ depending on number of targets for mire. I could never reproduce that with Nova form alone, even with the dmg buff from Nova form I think the damage would pale in comparison.
  21. Video of us (Septipheran, myself (Etherrender) and AIB) on our Warshades puggin' on the last night the servers were up. Finishing one last ITF before the curtain dropped. @Septipheran@Honest Abe
  22. 100% Agree. Smaller teams are the way to go. I regularly run with only 1-3 other people and it's a lot of fun. Recently we ran a Tin Mage with just 3 peacebringers and it was a blast. I made a post in the Kheldian AT forum about it and posted a video of it. We did a +4 x 8 ITF not long ago either with 2 blasters (Water/Atomic, En/En) and a 1 corruptor (Fire/Rad). We def white knuckled the whole thing but we all had fairly decked out builds. It was a blast.
  23. Budget Tri-form Peacebringer (32.5+ s/l defense in all forms) No purple IO's, only affordable sets and ATO's. Doom's 32.5 budget Tri-form - Peacebringer (Luminous Blast).mxd Features: 32.5+ def to smashing/lethal dmg (softcapped w/ 1 small purple inspiration) 26.5% psi resistance Perma Lightform 165% global recharge (hasten's bonus included) Hasten is perma as long as you trigger FFB (Force Feedback) via Solar Flare OR Nova Det once or twice during combat. All AoE KB is converted to KD. Vengeance taken early, used often. Great for exemping down, it will ensure you never have a team wipe again. Human ST chain ideal for DPS (Radiant/Gleaming/Incan + Glinting for filler if req'd) Nova used primarily for it's aoe attacks Dwarf for tanking/healing (ST attacks are still usable) FFB in both Solar Flare and Nova Det ensure high uptime of 100%+ Recharge buff that FFB provides. FFB also ensures while you're knocking everyone on their asses, it's speeding up the recharge of your heals. FFB has the added bonus of allowing you to soften/counter any recharge debuffs that may land on you. This build can Tank well and no one will whine about Knockback since you don't do any! Great burst aoe dmg chain opener: Inner Light to buff dmg and trigger Gaussian's build-up proc -> Seekers -> Dawn Strike. No scatter on this build as all knockback converted to knockdown. Mule Powers: (Powers you don't use so you can keep them off your tray, they're just their for their slotted bonus) - maneuvers - tactics - brawl (yes brawl is slotted for s/l def bonus) - shining shield - grant invis
  24. Micro gets the award for some of the most often overlooked advice when it comes to slotting. Many people complain about slot crunch on Triforms... Pay attention to your individual powers enhancement totals (end use/rch/acc/dmg) and their actual effect on the powers total end use per cast, time to recharge, accuracy and dmg dealt... and keep in mind your global bonuses and dmg buff totals while mirred. This is especially important if you're build is already drowning in global recharge bonuses as many build are. You'll find many powers need far less slotting that you think and some don't require anything past the base slot.
  25. First up is a build I posted in the Peacebringer channel on the Homecoming discord earlier today. It's a Human Form build, designed for all around tankiness. and the build... Tanky Human-form Peacebringer (32.5 def to positional defense) Doom's 32.5 Tanky Humanbringer.mxd Features: 32.5+ def to positionals. (softcapped w/ 1 small purple inspiration) 54.8% psi resistance Perma Lightform 165% global recharge (hasten's bonus included) Hasten is perma as long as you trigger FFB via Solar Flare once or twice during combat. Aoe KB is converted to KD with the exception of Seekers. Notable easy power substitutes: - Can sub shining shield and quantum acceleration for tactics and vengeance. This build is designed for end-game play primarily but can exemp down while retaining most of the builds strengths until 33. Not designed for sub-Lightform play. I perfer more procs in my builds personally, but if someone is looking to build a Tanky as hell human only PB, It probably doesn't get much better than this.
