  1. Elec/ isn't terribly popular as non-sapper primary. You'll probably have to search around for some x/WP builds with other primaries and then adapt the build to Elec/. I haven't toyed with /WP on Sentinel much, but I would probably start with something like this. There are probably much better /WP builds out there, though.
  2. Hopefully the tanker changes come through, then that aura issue will be fixed.
  3. The planner indicates 4% per stack, for whatever that is worth.
  4. Lightning Field drains 3% (base) once every 2 seconds. Even enhanced, it isn't actually draining much at all. 10 damage (base) every 2 seconds also doesn't add up to much. As a toggle, procs are worthless in it. Ball Lightning and and Chain Fences both drain 10 or less. So both back to back drain less than 1/3 of what SC drains. SC from stealth may or may not work. I'm not sure when the "notify" for the mobs happens. But, followed by TB, nothing hit has any End left and has recovery debuffed (the important part of keeping mobs out of End). The recovery debuffs last 10 seconds (SC) and 20 seconds (TB). Unfortunately, that plan means you eat the Alpha before they are drained either way. The ATO +Absorb in TB, leading with TB, may resolve that, as the near guaranteed Absorb from hitting multiple things could eat the alpha, at least somewhat. edit: Power Sink is faster than SC. It may be better to depend on the TB recovery debuff and do TB (+absorb) and PS instead. Not sure. edit2: In support of a group, the stealthing in/alpha taking are irrelevant if someone else it taking the Alpha.
  5. Bear in mind the badges for Ghosts have changed. The one that is used for the accolade used to be for trapping 10. It is now defeat 100. Then, the other badge related to Ghosts is still trap 100.
  6. 3.0 is shown in game. 3.168 arcanatime in planner should be accurate.
  7. 1. Display bug. They still cap out at the set's max level. 2. The original Devs just never got around to it? Preventative Medicine does get kinda close (8.75% recharge vs 10%). Which is kind of nice, it is very easy to cap 10% recharges. Having a different value means stacking more.
  8. 2nd glance at the build suggests I was a bit dumb. Move the PM +Absorb from Health to either HPT or Fast Healing and get another HP bonus.
  9. Only quick change I would make would be to switch to Musculature Radial (more EndMod).

  11. /Elec and /Dark both have good resists to Psi /SR and /Shield can do ok except for the small number of Psi attacks that lack position. edit: /Ninj too, I suppose.
  12. I've been playing with a build concept using /Rad's two AoEs turned into Proc.Monster damage attacks. Here is the framework: That is using Dark Melee (ST chain AS-Sm-SL-Sm). It also works with Martial Arts (ST chain AS-SK-CAK-SK), Energy Melee (AS-Bar-BS-Bar), Claws (AS-Str-Foc-Str or AS-Foc-Str-Foc), etc. The ST damage isn't the best it can be in other setups, but the AoE damage looks pretty darn good. Radiation Therapy also adds -Regen, too. I haven't actually tested this, just theorizing. Does anyone see any major holes/errors or any ways to improve the idea?
  13. Check that in game and you'll find that both Flight and Mystic Flight have the exact same cost now, 0.46/sec. Still, Mystic Flight is great with the added TP.
  14. Drop the Winter's Gift slow protection in the empty slot in Fly and you'll be at 95% slow protection.
  15. Unfortunately, while useful in other situations, it isn't here. A +4 mob takes 48% worth of the drain (purple patch). A level 54 AV takes 13% of the drain. A level 20 AV takes 30% of the drain. So, even level 20 AV takes 30% of the drain. A +4 AV at level 20 takes 14.4% of the drain. A +4 AV at level 54 takes 06.24% of the drain. Fully slotted Power Sink with Musc. Radial does roughly 87% drain. That becomes 26.1%, 12.5%, and 5.4% for each, respectively. https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Archvillain

  20. You will spend a lot of time standing around without another attack. Radiation Siphon is also a sporadic heal, too. I would try to work in Radiation Siphon, and then you could go with the attack chain: DBlow-CStrike-RSiphon-CStrike
  21. His build up power (combat readiness) is toggled on. Toggle it off.
  22. His build has Ageless Radial toggled on. Turn it off and you have 10% more recharge. Oh, and toggle your Hasten on. Bear in mind, the massive boost to recharge from Ageless Radial lasts like 10-20 seconds. The long term buff is only 20%. So, toggling it on in the planner will give you way more recharge than it accounts for over time.
