  1. Query: How does generation of Assassin's Focus interact with AoEs and Pseudopets and Pseudopet AoEs/Chains? These are the categories I can think of: Cone/PBAoE Lightning Rod (pbaoe pet) Chain Induction (chain pet after first hit) Anyone have any knowledge/ideas? I can't find any info and/or my search-fu is weak. edit: May have found an answer if the RedTomax web archive pages are still correct (maybe?) http://web.archive.org/web/20140821033053/http://tomax.cohtitan.com/data/powers/powerset.php?id=Stalker_Melee.Electrical_Melee I was curious if they granted any stacks, 1 stack like a ST attack, or a chance per target hit. It looks like, based on that link, they do grant 1 stack max per AoE.
  2. In Mids, go to Options->Configuration to the Exemp & Base Values tab. Set the "Base ToHit" to either 39% (+4) or 48% (+3), and then you can just look at the "Accuracy" field on each attack to see what your final chance to hit is. I, personally, can't stand to be at less the 95% against +4s, but that is a personal preference issue. Having over target can be nice for to-hit debuffs that land on you. Or, Focused Accuracy's to-hit debuff protection is pretty glorious, too.
  3. Options->Advanced->Database Editor Main Database Editor->Sentinel_Defense->Radiation_Armor->Ground Zero (double click or click edit bottom right) go to the Invention Set Types (5th tab)->click DefDebuffs (standard icon) in the box and it will add it to the line above click OK, click Save and Close, click Close You may have to reload the build. You can now add Achilles' Heel.
  4. Would you mind sharing your build? I don't know enough about the Market Crash final fight to comment on it. I'm going to go hunt info now just so I have a clue. edit: Ah, found a couple things. That AV is SR bane. 22.5% minimum chance to hit and -MaxHP debuffs.
  5. The flight speed calculations in the planner are borked across the board.
  6. Yeah, I get the same. It's because of the older version. However, if you click ok, the build does load just fine anyway.
  7. This was briefly discussed in one of the prior feedback threads. Cones only get the arc increase.
  8. To be exact, the Incarnate soft cap is 58.75%.
  9. Forgot about the guaranteed knockdown. So, maybe the entry is stealth in-Nuke-Hail-MB-Caltrops edit: I really like the idea of the Sentinel ATO +Absorb proc in the nuke. At 6PPM, it is basically a guaranteed Absorb shield every nuke. With capped defense, that goes a long way. Combined with MB, should be crazy good.
  10. This would be my take on the build. Goals: 1. Nuke as often as possible without hasten, which will also net lots of Absorb (ATO proc) and the 5 second defense buff. 2. Master Brawler to take every alpha. Stacked with the Nuke's absorb proc, this is super sweet. 3. As much Resistance added as I can muster to layer with the defense and the Scaling Resist as HP drops. Tactic = stealth into mob, MB, Caltrops, Nuke I took Bullet Rain as I prefer PBAoE/TAoE. You could swap in Empty Clips if you prefer cone. The TAoE will be easier to use after the Nuke, though. ST attack chain is simple: DW, SF, ES. You could DW to Pistols with minimal change except a quarter-second gap in the chain. You could drop caltrops for Swap Ammo if you really want it. It has utility, but so does caltrops around yourself as an extra defensive layer.
  11. Against +4s, your accuracy is pretty bad, 72.4% at best, 64.8% at worst. Personal preference, but that is too low for me. Defense wise, here is a link to a post with a build or two you can compare with and maybe find some tweaks you like.
  12. The effect is not global. It only works on the power it is slotted into. So, having the 2 sets in 2 different powers won't hurt anything.
  13. I want to see a video of someone hitting 16 targets with Cleave. That would be very impressive. Extreme packing required.
  14. Crowd Control and Pendulum are both now set at 90 degrees, so they get doubled to 180. Shatter is 45 degrees, so gets doubled to 90. Cleave is 20 degrees, so gets doubled to 40. How much do each benefit? Well, there is more to it than just the area. Cleave does more damage. It was basically a single target attack, damage wise, with a straight line cone. Now, it is much larger while still doing more damage. Then, as mentioned just above, there are the target caps, which were tweaked. Crowd Control is 16 target cap. Probably hard to hit that many in an 8' 180 degree cone. Pendulum is 10. 7' 180 degree cone, challenging to hit that many. Shatter is 10. 8' 90 degrees, challenging, too. Cleave is 16. 10' 40 degrees, Very hard to hit that many.
  15. NOT affected: PBAoE bigger than 10 Cone bigger than 90 degrees Shockwave (likely due to its range) Footstomp and Combustion (maybe others) were shrunk to 10 so they get the buff. TW gets none of the area buffs That's the highlights.
  16. Also, bear in mind that the planner is bugged for procs for Tankers due to Gauntlet. The proc chance showing is low due to this. edit: In single target attacks, at least. AoE should be ok.
  17. You are a damage oriented class, and you have nearly zero damage slotting. You have Power Sink and you are still massively slotted for endurance reduction. Neither of these seems a good choice to me. If you went for some cheap set IOs, you could frankenslot and get lots of benefit. But, here is a framework I would start from using just level 30 IOs and a Kismet +tohit (worst case, save up some merits for it). Note: Power Surge sucks, skip it. 18. This is a display glitch. There are a couple purples that have this issue. And a few non-purples for that matter. There was a semi-big thread about it in the bugs forum going over frequent IOs with this issue.
  19. Did you go to the P2W vendor and block any inspiration drops?
  20. Hmm. Forgot to link to the planner in the Tools section. Here it is:
  21. Very similar. Several nice QoL tweaks. Be sure to check out the Guides section, lots of great info. edit: Here is a very handy guide
  22. Blessing of the Zephyr is pretty good Ranged and AoE defense per slot.
  23. I'm going focus on one issue, your accuracy. Vs. +4s 70.69% = Defensive Sweep, Arc of Destruction Everything else except Titan Sweep is worse. 44.85% = Lightning Field (which can only proc once every 10 seconds, average 30% chance to proc when you HIT = horrible damage) Vs. +3s 87% = Defensive Sweep, Arc of Destruction Everything else except Titan Sweep is worse. 55.2% = Lightning Field (only marginally better, still horrible proc rate due to misses) I wouldn't be able to stand that miss rate. Obviously, that is personal preference. But, your damage/endurance efficiency is going to be ghastly. Power Sink can keep you from running out of endurance, but you are still wasting so much damage potential. This is all moot if you are farming at +0/8, of course. But for everything else, you need more accuracy and/or to hit.
