  1. I never understood why most games don't allow you to doodle and put notes on your own world map, beyond the thumbtack we have now...
  2. Also note that several SoA and Black Scorpion Patron Pool powers have you firing off a ranged attack from a melee weapon, so there's at least some precedent...
  3. I sometimes view the forums on a metered connection, and was wondering if there was any way to disable GIFs or videos that sometimes get posted here. Thanks for your consideration!
  4. @captainstar we esssentially have the Van Helsing costume in the form of the Cybertech jacket, (or whatever it's called), and the steampunk or gunslinger vest. I'm not sure if you can combine the 2, though. With regard to the whips - they're an oft-requested stand-alone set...
  5. That's basically what the ranged claws attacks are, (not that I'm against an entire set centered around such attacks, mind you).
  6. Same here. Perhaps because of the low-ish level of the TF or whatnot, but I've only ever seen them "turtle up" after taking a certain amount of damage...
  7. Things like skirts/kilts should absolutely work with the existing models/meshes.
  8. The only "issue" I have with shield defense is, well, if you don't want a physical shield on your character. That being said, I've seen people use the energy shield option, colored black or dark blue, and it is barely perceptible...
  9. Super reflexes can actually be quite good. If you weren't dead-set on super strength, I'd say give ninjitsu a try on a scrapper, as it has a lot of utility, especially if you're going to do a fair bit of soloing. Bio armor also has some "No FX" options and is quite good.
  10. And chains/barbed wire, for all your Cenobite needs...
  11. We'd also need one for TFs run with no-repeat ATs.
  12. My general approach is to slot level 25 generic IOs upon hitting level 22, then continue to craft and slot them until I hit 50, at which point, I'll start to accrue reward merits or Inf to either fully slot out one of my other builds or just replace those 25 IOs as I go. If you keep them on that initial build, you'll retain their full effectiveness should you choose to do lower level content, (at least to greater degree than if you were trying to use 50+ IOs on a Yin TF or something).
  13. I'd have to double check, but I believe there is a little drop-down selector at the bottom of the map, where you can see all the POIs...
  14. This is the bug reports section. It sounds more like you are making a request/suggestion about how attainment of the badge should work...
  15. Isn't there /ignore and /gignore, for ignoring an individual character and then to ignore someone globally? For reference: https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/List_of_Slash_Commands EDIT: Disregard, I read on to find this: Note: This slash command functions exactly the same as /gignore. Previously, it was possible to ignore a global name but still receive character-to-character messages, and vice-versa. This is no longer possible.
  16. I actually take the earth APP on several of my tankers & brutes - not only does their version deal some damage, (unenhanceable though), but it's a great way to keep enemies in range longer. That being said, I do have it on my earth/pain controller - it's handy to increase the time enemies spend in your various AoEs and out of melee range...
  17. For me, it's remembering those times I ran across Perez Park, under the tree canopy, with no full-fledged travel powers, and with the mobs conning +1 or so; Really makes you hyper-aware of trying to find a place to rest for a sec and heal up...
  18. I'm assuming you asked this rhetorically, but just in case you didn't, the answer is "nothing" - You keep all your powers/pool unlocks.
  19. Why not just do generic Statesman/Tyrant, Positron/Antimatter, Sister Psyche/Mother Mayhem, etc Patron Pools, so players can RP which version they have?
  20. Hmm... from a practical perspective, it seems that just checking if the leader has you on ignore or visa-versa, (and generating some sort of pop-up warning), is the best way to go, as others have pointed out.
  21. A DP/Willpower Sentinel seems kind of fitting. You could dip into fighting as well, if you like...
  22. Sonic/Pain corruptor, obviously.
  23. Fake news! Everybody knows said sirens, in fact, go "wee-ooh wee-ooh wee-ooh".
  24. This is "The Rambunctious Racoon", an Archery/Willpower/Ninja Sentinel. I like her current costume, but I'm looking for something that's a bit "wilder". The only real requirements are the rocket boots, back quarrel, and she must look racoon-like. Thanks for your consideration! rambunctious racoonG.costume
  25. Would you want some other effect instead, or just no effect at all?
