  1. The real magical power is seeing this thread reach this many pages.
  2. Oh yikes. That's too bad. I'd really like to see that data that explains how Indomitable has changed unique player population since January this year due to the change in XP rates. In my anecdotal opinion, it's been a flat line - no change really. Mostly just farmers who are in AE to powerlevel faster, then transfer away.
  3. I ended up just doing two builds on the same Widow - one as an unkillable Night Widow and the other as a super damage dealer Fortunata. Both builds combined easily cost me over a billion inf 🫠
  4. It's a bit forced, I'll agree. I've had to use the no xp function so frequently on new characters from Level 1 through 15. It's really easy to out level contacts in that range. On the flip side, after Level 35, it really smooths out the abrupt xp requirement spike for furthering leveling, especially for post-50 Incarnate levels. Middle ground maybe give players a 0.50 xp rate and/or 0.25 xp rate temp at S.T.A.R.T?
  5. What a storied life! The only other voice actor who had the same impact on my childhood was Kevin Conroy.
  6. You either die a Hero (then use Revive!) or live long enough that damage becomes irrelevant.
  7. Quick! What's the last part we need to say to banish this necropost-icon??
  8. Yeah, now that you mention it - both Tactical Training: Assault and Leadership Pool: Assault give 60.55% Resistance (Taunt, Placate) respectively to Arachnos Widows. Double up and a player can resist them 100% - great point!
  9. I'm finally getting around to respec'ing my Fortunata and I come to find out that Arachnos Widow Fate Sealed is not providing Placate or Taunt Resistance, (see screenshot below). Unless Placate and Taunt are not control effects (read: Status Effects), this seems erroneous. Edit: Seems like this is normal design behavior if taking in to account other powers that Arachnos Widows can take to achieve 100% mez res to Placate and Taunt via both Tactical Training: Assault and Leadership Pool: Assault. Still though, I believe the Mez resistance scales with player Level. And I believe the % Mez resistance should be higher (34.6% instead of 25.71%) for a Level 50, (unless mez resistance experiences diminishing returns?). https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=teamwork.fortunata_teamwork.fate_sealed&at=arachnos_widow Edit: Tagging the community's resident Arachnos Widow experts: @KaizenSoze, @Bopper, @Booper, @tidge, @Voltak, @Harakh, @Linea, @Gulbasaur
  10. Wrong sub forum - Corruptors don't get Symphony Control. You're looking for the Controller sub forum. Edit: Thanks Moogly!
  11. Look on the vidiot map in the zone where the contact gave the player the mission.
  12. Alright folks I'm going to have to ask we get back to the topic of this suggestion.
  13. I meant no disrespect - they're incredibly useful and I appreciate the work that goes in to them.
  14. Players must be in the arena when the Minotaur is defeated in order to receive the badge.
  15. The overlays of each zone contain three letter words for the enemy groups in each designated area. It's not exhaustive, but it's a useful hint.
  16. I'm not sure, there may be some old map on the Wiki that shows it.
  17. Current spawns are the red squares. The Yellow Arrow would be the proposed location for the above post.
  18. Suggestion: Add Dr. Meinst and Doc Buzzsaw, and Dr. Vahzilok to the Abandoned Sewer Network. Specifically, add Dr. Meinst and Doc Buzzsaw as a pair to the vicinity of the Skyway Sector map marker like the other Vahzilok Elite Boss rare spawns and if possible, add Dr. Vahzilok (as a weakend Archvillain that follows the current story for the Villain) as a rare spawn to his Abandoned Lab location. The Elite Boss Dr. Meinst is currently available to defeat in both 'The Graveyard Shift' story arc and the 'Death From Below' trial. The Elite Boss Doc Buzzsaw can only be defeated in the first Positron Task Force. The Archvillain Dr. Vahzilok is found at the end of the Hero 'Vahzilok Plague' story arc and at the end of the second Positron Task Force. Rationale: It is fun defeating the other six Vahzilok Elite Bosses down in the Abandoned Sewer Network. If there's an unwritten rule about no zone spawning Archvillains, I would be satisfied with just the aforementioned Elite Bosses. Edit: Having an AV spawn in a zone would devalue the experience of fighting them in the climactic conclusion of the aforementioned Task Force and story arcs. And canonically, Dr. Vahz is in the Supermax prison in Brickstown.
  19. I've been finding Steam Spray to be a great cone - hits hard and fits the powerset theme well, but like you said, it doesn't do anything unique that other powers from the set can do. Great points about Aqua Bolt and Water Jet for rotation to maximize Tidal Forces.
  20. Not sure either, but I always pop my "Experienced" temp power charges AFTER I hit 50, because I get the most value out of it. Using Experienced charges, playing on Indomitable, using the Windfall temp, and fighting in the Labyrinth of the Fog - I get through my first few Incarnate powers pretty quick.
  21. I could've sworn I've seen this with other global procs as well.
  22. Oh they got it alright 😆
