  1. For my Indom Lab Runners: @Purple Enchantress @Milrop Labyrinth of Fog When the zone is at +10 Labyrinth Shifts, The Minotaur In The Fog will instantly teleport to their chosen hunt target, making it much faster for raids to find and engage them in combat. The target of the Minotaur at +10 shifts is now announced. Doors found in the Orange 5th Column floor of the map have been removed as the Minotaur had issues pathing through them. Players inside the Font of Malevolence now receive a minor stealth buff to allow raids to assemble within without aggro'ing the central mobs. Fixed a Malevolent Fog spawn point that was misbehaving in the Green Praetorian Lab ceiling. High score of the last run now persists until the Minotaur is defeated again/zone resets so players can view it more easily. Stuck check timer of the Minotaur reduced from 6 minutes to 60 seconds.
  2. To the badge lovers out there, you should be excited for this in the new page... City Badge Tracker Added a City Badge Tracker kiosk to Pocket D at [-234.2 0.0 -908.8]. This kiosk will display the badges that you're missing, and a Leaderboard with every character who entered Pocket D since the last mapserver reset. There is no persistent storage at the moment, and it might not be possible. The player with the most badges will be displayed as a "hologram" next to the City Badge Tracker kiosk. Clicking on this NPC will display their character information and badge progress. In the event of a tie, the character who last clicked the City Badge Tracker kiosk (not the NPC!) will be displayed, and there's a 60-second cooldown between switches to avoid spamming back and forth. City Badge Tracker also displays progress towards Bicentennial, Dimensional Warder, River Rat and Dreamwalker/Dreamkiller. Null the Gull no longer shows progress towards Dimensional Warder, since the City Badge Tracker "Progress" page has that info.
  3. Probably not the most important comment to address, but when the page update patch note goes live there is a lot of duplicate information on this section for Kallisti Wharf. Cut it in half and make sure the section about the 200th anniversary badge and below gets included.
  4. Exciting, thanks for posting a thread to spread the news @KaizenSoze!
  5. The trees in the background make me think Praetoria.
  6. I resurrected the oldest thread on these forums a few years ago for fun expecting it to get locked. Other times I've responded to someone who responded to me years ago, albeit too late for any real discussion since the person(s) have left never to return or hung up their capes. No hard and fast rule that I am aware of. GMs would be the arbiters of that sort of thing. Edit: Here's the thread. Somehow still open...
  7. Sure. And with Ice Elemental or any of the Villain ancillary pets, a player is perfectly capable of using the proc as I described.
  8. To each their own - it activates on cast when slotted in Ice or Glacial Shield. Either way and lasts two minutes.
  9. Infrigidate has a 1 second cast time and a base 15 second recharge time (across all archetypes with access to the Cold Domination powerset) and it's duration is 20 seconds, so it can be permanently cast to debuff the target out of the box. And based on those recharge and activation numbers, it's the poster child for procs too (90% proc chance! for 3.5PPM!). It does not need recharge enhancements added to it - it will only decrease the proc chances if recharge is added. I recommend slotting a 50+5 Accuracy Invention Origin Enhancement and however many procs you'd like in the power. Ice Shield and Glacial Shield are both fantastic global mules for both Defense and Resistance Invention Origin sets. Your build is taking advantage of this - so I recommend taking the Kismet: +To-Hit and placing it in either shield power as well. Same with the Reactive Defenses: Scaling Resist. Arctic Fog and the rest of thee +Defense toggles are way over slotted for Defense. Unless you're intentionally chasing niche set bonuses, I don't see how the diminishing returns is helping achieve your desired goal in the Lab where players are already constantly at +Def and +Res caps from Barrier cycles anyways. Frostworks is skipped, but Achyls does tremendous -MaxHP on the lead Tank in the Lab, so my recommendation is snag it and throw a whole Preventative Medicine set in it. Where I would find space in the build for it - well I'd have to say Vengeance. You and the rest of your TEAM won't need Vengeance buffs for 2 minutes for Defense or Damage (most likely), so only the To-Hit from the power helps. The mez effect resistance isn't helping against the pull of the Font either. Lastly, I think Stamina is over slotted and Heat Loss is under slotted. I'd say throw Preventative Optimization Invention Origin set in there. Sprint does not need two slots, the +2.25% Res to Smashing/Lethal is moot when Barrier is cast on cycle in the Lab.
  10. If you're the first player to experience this in six years of Homecoming existing, that's either a good think and we shouldn't be worried, or its a bad a thing and you're the first of many to come 😬
  11. Well no updates in two months sadly. @GM Crumpet I think this thread can be unstickied.
  12. IMO, Aqua Blast can be interchangeable with Hydro Blast, depending on the needs of the player, but I wouldn't suggest both. Stream Spray would be a good power in the rotation if the player isn't focusing on maximizing global recharge to fill certain attack chains. Everything else is a great pick in Water Blast on Corruptors. Marine Affinity, same as you say. It's quite a versatile powerset, where a player can focus on one thing (debuffs, buffs, or both) or multiple things well enough to get by. I took every power in the set on my Corruptor as I levelled and haven't respecd out of any... yet. I'm fairly certain I've made some duplicative choices with slotting or some of my procs aren't firing as much as I'd hoped. Either way it has been a fun journey to learn the set and experience the game in a unique way that no other powerset has really done for me before.
  13. Good lord this thread is infected with the same rampant diatribes and personal attacks as all the other ones I've seen lately in the Comic sub forum. Can someone please answer my question before this thread gets locked too? Is this a Superman universe origin story reset? My understanding is that WB got rid of the last universe (both TV and Film).
  14. To any reader who might stumble on this thread, have you ever heard Ultimo's tale before? It might sound familiar if you have. And if not, I recommend taking a moment to use the search function.
  15. Click the main AE green portal on the second floor. Actually on second glance, it reads like you are in the mission. If that's the case, go outside the AE building on the map then go over to the Arena. Enter then go up the stairs towards the back.
  16. In before 10 pages of three people yelling at eachother exclusively.
  17. Split the Jello from his mold!
  18. Axe Cyclone uses inverse repel to bring mobs in closer to the player.
  19. I'll bring Bone Saw - Dark Armor / Battle Axe Tanker
  20. If you're like me and always keep your in game map open, it will leave a nifty waypoint when you use the power, in addition to keeping a circle around the power and changing the image of the power in your power tray after successful activation. You'll want to place the tp location you want to go back to (mark) near the entry door. Then once the npc escort target changes from blue to green, that means it's following you. Then just hit the Accolade Power again (recall) and you'll be back at the entrance with the NPC. Doesn't work with non-attacking grey/white NPCs. Fun uses includes getting Becky the Tarantula in the first mission of the ASF to the back easily. And during daily GM hunts on Indom when we go in to Boomtown, I'll place a mark at GWW while the league goes to Babbage. Once the league defeats Babbage, I'll recall then incan the league to GWW.
  21. Anecdotally, I notice this on my mobile when using the Chrome browser. It might be due to my own connection and device settings.
  22. Ah that makes sense! My confirmation bias for thinking the Shifting Tides Cold "Proc" damage goes off because of the Brine application. I've only actually got ToN: Chance for Neg slotted.
  23. I agree if solo, but in a situation with multiple casters applying Brine, the effects stack per caster and can easily be spammed with a Shifting Tides anchored on the target. I'd love to see an analysis of damage procs slotted in Brine coupled with it's debuffs in a team setting - absolutely deleting high HP enemies I reckon.
  24. Solo, Corruptors can hit 5k -MaxHP debuff, but that's with a heavy slot and build emphasis for that purpose, which itself becomes quite niche. In teams, especially with other Brine users, it quickly becomes a fantastic effect that can stack concurrently.
