Sonic is generally Resistance - Either Reducing it or Increasing it - in all other Sonic Powersets So it shouldn't be Def based. It should be Resist based. Other than that, looks cool.

Think that's why the OP wanted to scale based on team size. Its not about making it a hard core game. Its about making it a not lol faceroll lol game. Not sure the solo defender should be a huge point of balance. It is after all a team game. To worry overmuch how the most team-focused AT performs Solo is to sort of miss the point. In teams defenders do not under-perform.

Regen did get fixed. The fix is called Willpower. The problem is, how do fix Regen without making it more like Willpower? I don't know.

Think all the OP really wanted was for chunks of buildings that looked like Chinatown, Little Italy, Little Havana, Mexicantown, Etc.

Yeah, that was the last thing it needed. Adding Resist to IO sets plus the +resist IOs already took care of the "Alpha problem"

I don't see how you can make it a toggle at its current Regen value without causing some issues. However is there a regen value where a toggle would be fine? Maybe.

This is kind of the problem here Your Brute is nowhere near what a well built IO build is going to look like for Def and Res.

One of the late ones in the 20-25 Ouro range. You have to go and do this fight club deal against his lieutenants, then fight him. Its definitely a post Going Rogue mission since you get the option to kill him after you win. Also one of the Lts is KM and another is staff.

Also, player power is low enough at low levels. Level 50-54 Council would be best place to start, since they are the preferred target to faceroll. Suggesting that people know they are wimps.

I think all the underperforming baddies should get fixed though.

So yeah maybe one idea would be to buff certain enemy groups. Council have def debufs with their assault rifles? What if you gave them aim so they could actually hit you?

Its definitely a level 35+ progressively worse situation. You aren't facerolling stuff at max difficulty at level 25, even on a decent team. And some groups are def harder. Like longbow and their freaking grav controller singularity death squads.

I thought it was just Huge companies. But when I got to smaller companies I realized the entire rot was pervasive. Whether it was small companies want to be big ones. Or that you always have people from the big companies on staff, etc.
