    Interestingly I've only run goldside with brutes/scrappers and stalkers And so the tougher missions never were really dicey. Though I expect on a blaster some of the tougher ones would go into the dicey range.

    Yeah but the KM slow attacks are slooooow. Street Justice and Martial Arts both feel fairly fast .. except the their 9s

    Yeah but before jetpacks you made a costume and you toughed it out till you were over 20, demmet.

    That last part is a problem. Maybe a note should pop up that you will have to solo to 20 if you chose gold side is in order.

    Mine is also a stalker. But for completing arcs not doing AOE. So STJ / EA Same AOE as a STJ scrapper with more build ups.

    You can't get all 4 faction stories done with the current xp awards, not sure why you would also need DFB and other teams. Can just join a DFB at 20 Could it be 1 to 40 instead of 1 to 20? I guess? But its fine as it is.

    Good to know. Still tough is a chunk of S/L resist. My widow is around 50% S/L

    I wouldn't build a widow without tough and weave. Tough is a good spot for the two 3% def uniques Add that to Weave and this path is a big amount of your total defense to all.

    Go to KR, run a few radio missions quick, get a jet pack .. then go to IP Those were the days

    Its also a good place to put healing IOs in invul. For regen that matters less, but regen really needs as much hp as it can get.

    Well it is the worst self heal as far as heal over time.. If that's all you used it for .. But within the sets that have it, its a great power.

    Probably more than that, evidently Mids does not do the effects of Energy Drain correctly ? There are plenty of screenies of Self buffed EA brutes in the 60s+ I'm not 100% sure why/or the scope of it. On my EA stalker I built for softcap outside of ED so I rarely hit it. Though my new project will be different, as it seems quite a good choice for the chance to stun end mod IO. Wonder if Ice is in the same boat on the mids vs game?

    Munitions is a blaster epic? Sabotage is a good name. If only because a Mad Science Sabotage/Traps Controller Sounds badass.

    Urban Assault might be my favorite Combined with Darkness Control Dominator would make a great Skulls themes character. Or Fire Control / Hellions an even better fit with the fire attacks Though if there were a Tech/Devices Based Control set .. maybe ...
