I find it interesting that through it all with all the people that posted beneficial helpful info it was all ignored and instead the op fixated on what they construed as attacks. No thank you's, that's great advice, great idea, etc. Some people just love playing the role of the victim.

Dk/Dk/Soul; a veritable monster of negative energy and survivability. Rad/Ice; -regen and -rech...baddies just stand there and die. Invul/WM; still a lowbie but a train of destruction. Electric/Psi; just rolled but seems fun.

I had one and there's alot of micromanagement, honestly I deleted, too much trying to keep up. I'd go Cold or Kin with the pups instead

Well hell you didn't need a poll for that, you could have just asked. Yes, I am the Villain and everyone else are victims including heroes.

I've done both doms and trollers over there and had better success with a troller.

It depends, we all know each other personally, so we know everything about each other lives, kids, professions, etc. So we talk alot of course. Our play time together is defined mostly on the "can we do it" mindset. Let's set this at +4×8 and see if we survive, did we plan our builds well enough, let's try this, etc. I'm the de facto leader so its usually up to me to set the agenda, formulate plans, etc on our time together so play time is trying to survive what I drag us into.

I have literally been playing with my vgmates shortly after CoV going Live. Each one of them has their own personalities when it comes to the game and this to me is the thing that brings me back (along with my altitis). My one friend we min max toons, make builds together, and discuss the numbers. Another friend is just fun to team with because of his personality. Another is my wife and perhaps the best brute I have ever teamed with. One friend is close to my age and we are close to in regards to our professional lives, my other buddy was in the Navy like me and our sense of humor meshes well, and finally my last friend is my oldest as we first teamed with each other when we both started on the same night. The rest we have lost in rl, health issues, etc. But, it this team of Supervillains is why I come back and will come back till we are all gone or the game shutters permanently.

To start i have no experience with Rad on an MM, I had a Demon/Cold who could slay anything it came in contact with. I deleted because the constant noise was tiring when you're in a protracted battle vs Freedom Phalanx or a GM battle. Anything different with Rad on MM vs other ATs? I know Cold is good but no heal sorta sucks. Any thoughts?

Yeah after reviewing in my mind which direction I want go I'm going to shoot for Def and Perma. Stay out of melee with the blitz strike option of debuffs and let the pets cause all the havoc. I know in some situations with AVs/GMs there will be the "oh shizz" i just got overwhelmed. But all part of the game.

Yeah I usually build my toons like tanks with soft cap res/def, this is one think I wondered if I just shoot for high rech and leave it at that.
