Toggle, no crash, 80% of the way to capping your resist and defense with just 6 slots. A penalty is added just as much as the crash for other long recharge T9 clicks

Not on my PC, but a PVE or Farm build? Your slotting is all over the place but wasting slots else where and you slot Scorch with 4x Hecatomb, but a 5th would grant 10 global recharge. Superior Blistering in Incinerate, 4 slots but 5th for winter sets is the best and I forget the exact attack type, plain melee set is +5% smashing def. -

Not sure on your intent, like a tank NPC and it's a tutorial? Cause NPC ai is spastic, they don't particularly focus on something. Was experimenting on an AE for farms, an AV level SM/Force field who faught as a pet. Was intended as a semi-power level through low levels and with the def aura, could run a farm solo. Didn't work out too well, the guy shredded stuff like mad and hard to follow. Cool watching a savage leap or the Aoe maul just as the bubble is deployed. And you don't want an NPC with taunt, if it worked like PVP it force changes targets on you. Having a boss and you can't target a sapper, not fun. Confuse and stealth grenades are bad enough. -

Problem is that CoH is and will probably be one of the most customizable game for a character for a long time. What build pairing are you looking for? Might narrow it down with a specific build so someone can put it up, otherwise nobody can answer. -

Make it more fun Slot knockback 👍 Last Sunday someone asked if Battleaxe was KD or KU. I said slot KB and get the best of both worlds. 10 mins later @Rasian or something like a dry grape sends a tell and says to the effect "just because its a game from 2004 doesn't mean you can use behavior like its 2004" the blocked me like a coward. Like bro 🤔, KB ain't griefing and logged my other account to tell him that, no response so called out to Excelsior global and started some small drama. Sorry guys but it was fun. Anyway, start a TF and roll a melee with knockback in the singles. Google Thor vs Hulk fight, that kind of hilarity of flying goons. Some guy who rhymes with Potato thought it was grieving as well and says it it isn't funny to troll groups. Like bro 🤔, it's single target self entertainment so feel free to join in. Mr Potato also pulled some crap about watch list on discord and harmless threats about not getting groups from him; like I don't use discord cause I hate the sound of my voice and the guy is only limiting himself if he doesn't want to have fun with me. tl;dr - Knock back on single target attacks 👍. Start some harmless drama. -

We are not on the same page and misunderstanding each other. Per the OP post Gonna assume he is alt tabbing his attention to the other computer. So putting an Burn on auto is fine, stuff gonna run up and a +5 cap or +2 bigger radius isn't gonna make a difference. Minions gonna die faster, bosses and Lts die soon after as they mish pit the brute. Rinse repeat every 15 minutes. Auto follow, Atomic Smasher or Spine Burst. Alt tabbing, burn is better.

You missed the point about target caps vs radius. Trade off, AFK is long term. Burn will do more damage faster, and as the minions die making room for the bosses. the radius is not a real factor vs target cap; its still going to die if its 5 vs 10 and since Burn is 15/30 more damage of the other 2 with a damage DoT over the 10 seconds of burn it equals out to 5 more targets worth of damage. That 5 more targets worth of damage is applied to 5 targets only and I do sound like a moron, but once it gets to a boss its a lot more damage on those 5 targets vs the other 2 attacks; AKA the bosses will take more damage vs the AoE of Spines/Atom Smasher which is better vs Lt/Minion. tl;dr - bosses will melt faster with burn vs the other 2, more DoT damage vs upfront AoE burst. Rolled a Mace/Electric brute for PVE with 45% softcap to Smashing/Lethal but take it to farms for S/L or Energy farms (Energy blast/Melee only needs Smashing Defense), stuff dies fast but its a slugging match with the bosses. Upside, your are getting dog piled by bosses but its so satisfying smacking stuff with a wrench as they slowly get beaten down.

Ice/Sonic, lots of powers to slot procs. Down side is its single target, but so many hold powers and slow effects you got quite a few options for procs to fit in.

Or make intangible powers useful, for all 4? In the game that isn't like phase shift for the player. I suggest turn them into a short duration intangible hold since there are no intangible enhancements, like 6 seconds, then applies a decent amount of damage when they phase in.

Build a farmer, incarnate it, farm until about 1 billion, make a second build explicitly for teams. You can have up to 3 different builds, look at your local trainer.

Remember this thread, how about this Out of combat, its a snipe with shorter range. It just gets the damage bonus, or possibly it has a higher magnitude hold applied In combat, insta cast damage applied. Or it gets a magnitude hold. for a snipe mechanic without it being a snipe. Its a hold with high damage outside of combat at the start of battle. In combat its just faster casting, but can have a chance to proc a mag 1 hold instead of 2 because of the fast recharge/animation. -
Why is it so important to you? So many "gotta have hasten/weave/acrobatics as inherent" suggestions yet they get pissed when you say no. Everything is optional, except for that secondary T1 power. What does it really to to the game if you can pick a T2 pick from the secondary? Nothing, its just "I can't fit it into my preferred FOTM" build.

Doesn't matter, you already got the option to pick your primary and a number of secondary power pools or epic powers. You also don't need to take every primary/secondary and power pools are all optional. Its one power forced on the character, won't break the game but apparently it blows out the gasket in some people's cinnamon hole when they pucker in frustration over a "useless" power while trying to squeeze in optional "mandatory" secondary power pool picks like hasten.

Don't respec in Atlas, not sure if I failed because of the pending level or because it was a bit laggy but the consensus is respec in the less populated zones. Definetly don't do it next to Ms. Libby -
I laughed at the thought "WHY IS INSTANT HEALING TAKING SO LONG TO RECHARGE" then someone goes "Its worse. They buffed it."
