You might wanna consider tanker for this because the only game changing thing I can think of is getting Burn at 18(13). my fire/staff tanker is one of my more played low level tankers just because of DoT stacking and guarded spin

Ever since everquest in 1999 to now I never had a good run-in with a roleplayer. I always avoid RP servers and overly animated/text rich people. And whenever someone on Excel wants to PVP they generally go on for an hour+ offering people money if they can kill them You are correct. Ingame I use Ouro and the LFGtab to travel around along with TT and MT and I do not see value/pride in bases. And I say this without knowing how deep the basebuilding is, but if you constantly build and alter.. cant you just go back to that on the theoretical new server? Or maybe ask the devs a way to "save" bases like AE arcs

this kinda dampens my hopes that the name release thing will ever go live because a server merge + name release going live would be the best time for it to happen. bases can be rebuilt. can probably even shake loose those that made bases years ago and been gone for 4 years names were hopefully one day meant to be released and im not sure what you mean about Globals. friend/ignore/@name? friends obviously come and go from the thread theme, ignores are a few clicks away and @name might be an issue but then again... a server merge would mean RPers and PvPbeggars to be... Maybe just merge Torch into Excel as a trial and go from there. And call the new server Full Circle as most of Torch split off into Excel

name release live server merges new global channel, SG/friend/Coalition recruitment. Give it a lockout timer every time you post in it. like a 15 minute lockout timer would prevent people spamming their SG or people using it just to chat

almost every alt for me. if its not dropping a Minor damage attack its using something and not liking it like Power Boost on a trick arrow alt. Or that one slot that has a 2% more effectiveness somewhere else.

Thats like 4 or 5 minions worth of kills at level 50. even then many people are not listing at 1k much these days since its quicker and easier to vendor. 20k for yellows feels nice as a seller, makes it worth listing

I always thought if the devs did revamp synapes they would keep the 5 or 6 kill all missions and merge everything else into them and have fun with mission 6 Mission 1: same thing Mission 2: same but with hostages Mission 3: same but with profit, starting testing of Posi's now AoE hold temp power with every mission, end of power plant missions as we saved them Mission 4: many named now elite boss cogs gathering scrap under the command of the king because of the 3 previous missions, missions are now in boomtown Mission 5: Tracking down the king, maybe get Yin involved somehow and have her in a cutscene telling us his lair is somewhere in boomtown with some panning shots of the vastness of Boomtown, maybe take a note from DiB's "outdoor" missions where we do some stuff, talk to npc to move to another area Mission 6: keep the map, add more elite bosses, turn Babbage into a Monster class enemy in that large 4 way room, add walls to said 4way room until Babbage goes down, King fight made more difficult by summoning adds and near the end summon psi based UNDERLINGS to kinda give us a taste for later. I mean his whole room is filled with scrap and nothing is done with them

Synapes is a build check. if your last respec has tough/weave and like 3 travel powers at or below level 24 thats 100% on you. Do respecs with exemplaring in mind, its totally fucking normal to take the fighting pool in the 30s/40s now. To make doing respecs easier use your phone or instant polaroid to take a pic of your build first to make slotting easier or not 6/6 slotting something that was 5/6 slotted And think of characters fun before concept. If your build does not get fun until level 26-50 just dont run that character through synapes. I hate my ss/invul brute in synapes level because of no stomp, but i love it on all my fiery aura alts because burn has been available at level 24 for over a year now. Some tips: You have other character build slots, use em. I am having more and more alts that are using powers level 26 and beyond as energy def/res io mules JUST for synapes. 3/3 Pulverizing Fisticuffs and 3/4 Pounding Slugfest in melee 3/6 eradication and 3/6 scirrocco's in melee aoe 5 travel powers taken after level 24 to 2/3 zepher mule Dont everyone do this tip all at once or it ruins it: run your not fit/not fun characters through synapes on monday on wst change. everyone* brings their A-game to blow that shit up. Its always later in the week where people bring their attackless emp or nonfire trollers and everyone has 1 attack due to being addicted to incarnates You got a few options, please stop blaming the task force itself and focus your complaint efforts to get Citadel and/or Numina revamped first because those two are just so much worse.

id settle for 9 new wand waving animations and your customization can be arcane, fire, ice or lightning per power. so 38 alternate effects to go with the 9 new animations plus will need some new costume outfits and wand textures..

A YEAR AND A HALF LATER It is these WSTargets targets that urk me the most. Numina, which is an trip through the issue 0 level 1-40 zones for nostalgia purposes to show you how far you have come and skippable followup missions. we have alternate dimensions to help power this fucking crystal but here we are rubbing it against a -35 level corpse of hellions. I mean lex luthor would be fucking baffled holding the anti-life equation in his hands while we hold the anti-fun equation in our hands wtf moment that would become a 5 hour youtube essay on wtf even is this even a thing thing. ON THE OTHER HAND We have dr aeon. a level 50 thing that not many levelers or people with alts that would run and only speedrun only. it is there, an option, but kinda locks this week to being level 50 only after you read the next few enter keys The locked behind 15-30 minutes of Ouro, Katie. Yeah sure you can argue that 15-30 minutes is nothing, but, that time between all your alts adds up to unacceptable or unreasonable levels. And if you do not want to do it you have to be at the mercy of others. -
Being an omni-wizard is hard to do or does not work at low levels. Sure you can be a fire wizard or lightning wizard but nothing captures the feel of a harry potter game or a generic fantasy wizard in other mmos.

Warcraft up until time traveling as main focus > bounced between project1999 and swgemu >sprinkle in 1000+ hours in each morrowind, oblivion, skyrim and new vegas. but only 400~ hours in fallout1+2+3 combined > april 2019 happened i tried dc online but got bored after making a naked female character and running up a few walls never could get into champions and thats literal, the launcher never worked for whatever reason

Omega Maneuver should get scrapped and get replaced with a pet buff. +def/dmg/resist. call it Omega Maneuvers Banes are just so horribly horrible. long animations, low base damage on ranged attacks and few single target melee attacks for a decent chain. and for some reason less survivable than crabs. resists, defense, etc. also mini/partial crits while not in hide will help -
i dont get it but if they tone down the shadow shard tfs or remake the whole damn things into one of those fancy new co-op zones from the ground up from the padded missions designed for a Repeatable-mission-less-world-at-the-time to the vents that rocket people from island to island that were clearly designed before inherent fitness that would also be great. I love a good +1 or +2 kill thru synapes but something about the shadow shard TFs that just take advantage of my preference and goes too far with the other option sitting at the zonein waiting for teleport like a firefarm for 45 minutes. might even be incarnate content like DA
