  1. Turn Freerun into Grapple/parkour and sure in addition to current effects, add a Short range teleport get a hover buff, and if mechanically possible, allow said hover buff to allow for the player to jump midair once per grapple
  2. I dont know how committed you are to Dark Mastery, but give Power Mastery a lookover. Power Build Up effects Farsight and the enhanced effects stick after PBU fades. Consider 3 Membrane Hamis for Farsight You wont need maneauvers after experiencing a boosted farsight super speed seems silly with mystic flight i do not know what that 6th slot is in blazing bolt and consider 3 ribos for your resist toggles. if you drop super speed and maneauvers you can work in Tough With Hamis freeing up slots you can add one to hasten, one to aim and so on. if you do make the change to power mastery Conserve Power only needs one additional slot.

  4. No low damage ATs like defenders, trollers, tanks, doms, mastermind and sents. everyone having TT/MT/ouro, +3 incarnates for everyone. it is very doable. I think the server record is 45 mins for Dr Q. Be careful tho, if you start to min/max in theory itll just start a fight

  10. Willpower is harsh for stalkers because they do not have Quick Recovery. SR is ok Nin does what SR does but has some extra tools. If you do go Ninjitsu, warning ya that Caltrops will break hide/placate/ato1 proc and smoke flash does not give placate bonuses
  11. Electric attacks Some storm summoning People dont realize Dark Consumption can do a decent amount of damage I have not tried Consume in forever You know how Knockback sets also have damage in them but not every knockback does damage?
  12. Rerolled my Water/regen to a Water/bio named Solid Sewer Thing. Feels great for both theme and nice mix of survivability and damage. And with min FX options and just my arms are glowing a bit.. good times.
  13. Merge Weaken Resolve and Project Will, make the debuffs not stackable for balance reasons New Power: Long Jump - i dont care about the name. Toggle, +def to all, lots of jump speed and air control, but little to no height added. Why? I wanna min/max alts and the new TPs not having +def is screwing with my head. real bad. or in some cases "wasted" power slots to get to a t4 or t5
  14. It is now I am finding out Adaptation is like Swap Ammo where you get more powers after buying it.
  15. The only Toxic damage I am seeing if from Swap Ammo and Gladiators Javelin. Even asked help channel and they too are saying there is no toxic proc for bio sentinels. Please make 100% sure and post a screenshot because if I am missing something, id love to know just to minmax.
  16. I checked mids I checked in game I checked character reaction Where is it? I am seeing 25% dmg, I am seeing +range, I am seeing +perception, I am seeing +tohit on Offensive Adaptions and a few of them outright saying there is no bonus to offensive adaptation. I am not seeing extra toxic damage anywhere for Sentinels.
  17. After screwing around with a pistol/bio sentinel for awhile, Sentinels do not have a toxic proc or the -res that other ATs have. 25% raw dmg is there. I rerolled to pistol/fire after this because more dots.

    Trick Arrow.

    After playing with the new build for awhile it feels good. With perma-hasten Acid, Disruption and Entangling arrows are one slot wonders. Flash Arrow is super fucking strong with 5/6 dampened spirits. lots of mitigation spam with weave, CJ, two global def IOs + flash arrow.
  19. it works and hits home. thats why i do it. My experience with mastermind secondaries allow lots of free space for personal attacks. Miasma, thermal, ff, sonic, traps. Once your pets are nice and properly protected you have so much free time it staggering after your first or second mastermind. With Miasma just drop a Darkest Night or Fearsome Stare and you just got a lot of time to do other things. FF and Sonic are fire and forget, no reason to not take personal attacks While Thermal is more active, still lots of time to attack along side my forgedx4 pets Traps has so little to do after Acid goes out When you get your pets def to near softcap, or their resists fairly high you are kinda sitting around with your thumb up your butt. Thats why I started building my masterminds for personal attacks
  20. And out of my 14 or so masterminds, all have the personal attacks while still getting pets to or around softcap def. But, unless you are doing "pure emp" things like taking tactics, veng, victory rush and other filler stuff like fighting pool before level 20 or thinking you need EVERYTHING in medicine.. then we just plain flat out build differently and at the risk of starting this thread on fire, stop thinking like a pure emp. half the stuff you bought you probably dont even need. Fight without Tactics on for example, your tier1s are more accurate than people make it out to be, and there is just only so much you can bounce back from the -5 zone. But I am going to go back to whipping, shooting, throwing bees, dark balls and my boxing/kick/cross punch focused ninja/sonic named Street Ninja

Base damage changes, nova forms are higher than human form attacks bigger +dmg% buff to nova form some utility stuff got changed around, and you can now shapeshift while in light form rest i just cant remember because of 7 or 8 year timegap You can use Human form's Eye attacks in Nova form. Glinting Eye (and whatever shades are called) hits harder than nova's second single target attack whos name also escapes me. And you can use Human form's Bolt attacks in Dwarf form. I only use human form to travel, nuke and use utilities.

  25. I will never understand this train of thought. the personal attacks are in addition to total damage, not instead of. This is "pure emp" train of thinking right there
