  1. Yeah, I hear you keep buying converters and you don't have the luck of a gambler.
  2. Let's see them have some street/city zone battles against each other!
  3. I'm confused as to what part of .... ... indicates to you that the policy ever force the renaming of level 50s? These days having bunch of level 50's ... or even one for that matter ... doesn't mean what it once did. Someone could have spent far more time with a level 30 character online that some with a level 50. When it comes down to it, the population base is too small to force the renaming of any characters. That being said, if you can't log in a character once a year, then you really don't care all that much about a character. I have over 100 and I think the longest not logged in at this point is like 274 days, and I have the feeling like I have less than 10 that haven't been logged in more than 200 days. Have you checked to see if any of your characters have been neutered or genericized? I don't think this is a situation to cause a panic.
  4. Of course. It's about knowing the enemy and using knowledge to form tactics against them. Any group of enemies are a lot harder to defeat if you have no knowledge of them or simply ignore the part of their forces that give them the biggest advantage.
  5. For sure, the animal heads don't size up correctly for larger bodies.
  6. Taunts are auto-hit in PVE. No hit check required. It just has it's "chance" to go off and limited by its per minute. I love seeing enemies at their last bit of health go down from a taunt.
  7. The folks you used to team with probably stop playing because they saw you hadn't been online for a while. Are you on Indomitable? It does seem to be the least populated server these days, and it is the unofficial PVP server. I don't think that I have ever teamed up other there other than a DFB. No one is ever recruiting for teams when ever I'm on over there. Most everyone is level 50 on Indomitable these days, and I'm not going to power-level a character to 50 to just to ~maybe~ PVP.
  8. And that leads to Perfect Zinger :: Chance for Psionic Damage. Taunt is auto-hit in PVE. Perfect Zinger :: Chance for Psionic Damage turns Taunt into a Zero-END AoE Psionic attack! I also put this proc in AOE, Cone, or PBAoE Taunt/Threat powers that do little to no damage.
  9. I just put it to recharges in it and and make it my autofire. I don't recall feeling like I needed to put something else on autofire instead when I have a character that has practiced brawler.
  10. Only if you can find me in game and team up with me. Otherwise, we are still just forum acquaintances. But there is a good bet that you have already teamed with me and didn't even know it 🙂 Oh, wait. It's a one sided thing. I see. We win or lose. Aren't there times when there is wrong on both sides? Friends take the good with the bad or they aren't really friends. Any how I'll still probably end up gaming with you or you with me without either one of us knowing it.
  11. I'll use a weid example which may seem to stretch this a bit as it does take accuracies ... but the accuracy only counts in PVP and the power auto-hits in PVE. I'm sure you already know power and probably what proc I'm talking about at point (with just that little hint) ... and, yes, the proc does go off and cause damage even though it is a auto-hit on PVE targets.
  12. To me, it only makes sense to put it on autofire if you can permadom. As Dominator, you are very likely to run out of end and need it to refill your end bar. I guess it is a give-or-take of being able to do more damage while Domination is up, but having to REST or burn END inps while Domination is up because you are out of end.
  13. What?! Now you're trying to change the subject? Are you implying that these steam-cleaning machines have been given citizenship in Paragon City as well?
  14. Apparently, Portable Workbenches have lost their free will and can only vote for Spanky because that is what they were programmed to do when they were built at Southern United Manufacturing Company. Portable Workbenches being helpless yet "unkillableNPC" is just further proof of the Nemesis plot! I mean, they MUST have SOME kind of sentience if they are going to be considered citizens, correct? I wouldn't think that babbling back programing installed by Southern United Manufacturing Company would count as sentience! When did this law pass to give machinery citizenship status happen anyway?! I mean I remember when it was decided that Corporations were people, but machinery as citizens?!
