  1. We can always keep it to Saturday like usual. I think Frau was referring to the Saturday and not the Thursday anyway as some folks go out of town to visit family and such. But I'm also down if we want to do it on that Thursday instead.
  2. Yeah, this has been an issue since it was in Beta, if I recall correctly. She'll only talk to you if you're level 41 (which I did on my test characters with no issue; I ran out of time to go back and try and talk to her at a level higher than that). I want to say doing her arc through Ouro is the only way to do it at the higher levels. Seems odd to me, but in this same patch, Tide Pool also went live with a half-broken animation.
  3. We're celebrating Thanksgiving early since my parents are leaving before it, so I will probably be around for it with nothing to do and a Market Crash sounds fun! I'd be down for that. Should we do a just for fun harvest/pilgrim theme or something?
  4. I won't be able to make next Saturday as I'll be working at a craft show, but I'm excited for the next themes after that!
  5. Dual Pistols. Electric Blast and use a lightsaber for Ninja Training and you've got yourself a Sith.
  6. Apologies; I guess I misunderstood what you were asking/saying. However, looking at Tidepool and Frenzy on CoD, it says KD not KB; which means if things are being KB'd by frenzy, they're already susceptible to KB or a much lower level than the player. Frenzy and Whitecap are intended to do KD.
  7. There are KB -> KD IOs, but your comment is somewhat confusing. The interactions with Tidepool, from my understanding, already do convert to KD. Causing a frenzy causes KD. What the person you quoted mentioned is that mobs with low KB resistances (meaning mobs like Clockwork), will be KB'd no matter what because they're so weak to KB/KD.
  8. Shift key could also be stuck down since shift + a number key targets teammates iirc (or is that in WoW?)
  9. Regardless of the sir thing, I would love to see the dialogue made more accurate as Paragon is considered to be in the US and thus, I would presume, follow US military customs for addressing these sorts of things. Hopefully this would be a sort of small, easy thing they could fix/implement and not bork the kooky code too much.
  10. Why does Tide Pool still not have an animation that fires off 100% of the time instead of just occasionally?
  11. Interestingly enough, Gale is capable of Scourging.
  12. I'm grateful those of you affected by the hurricanes are doing okay. ❤️
  13. Not fighting for anything. I misread your initial post a tad, but the main point is that so long as people are loaded into a mission and stuff is dying, then all parties are gaining xp, even if someone is speed rushing to the end. And there are tools in place to handle the kind of person you mentioned in your post.
  14. Someone speed rushing to the end doesn't automatically mean the other people on the team are missing out on xp so long as they're still doing their thing and killing mobs. And so long as the speed rusher isn't the leader, they can be booted if their behavior is deemed detrimental to the team. And if they are the leader; people not happy with that playstyle will end up leaving the team and the speeder will end up alone. I'm indifferent on the lone wolf matter overall as I can see both sides. There's definitely a feeling of feeling like you're not doing anything on a team of 8 that's steamrolling and most of your attacks end up being corpse blasts, so yeah, it's nice to split on those occasions, whether it's solo, duo, etc. I tend to follow the vibe of the team and the team lead.
  15. You may need to clarify what you mean by this, because so long as all folks are loaded into the mission, everyone gets xp no matter who does the killing, otherwise being able to doorsit farms to get levels wouldn't be a thing.
  16. Playing with it a bit on one of my necro MM's. Confirmed my T1 Zombies do not have the summoning or dismiss effects. My T2 Grave Knights summoned with the shadowy effect and bones. No effects on dismissal. T3 Lich summoned with shadowy effects. No effects on dismissal. Edit: I'm not entirely sure this is a bug. I decided to play with it more and upgraded my Zombies. Then I dismissed them; dismissing them while upgraded shows them with the full dismissal effects. Edit again: I'm further sure this probably isn't a bug because we're currently well past i24 and the Necromancy powerset got a complete overhaul by the HC team. I imagine the effects only happening while upgraded was intentional.
  17. It tells you what a temporal warrior is right on the character creation screen. They're PVP only characters that can instantly be created at level 50.
  18. Part of your problem is playing in Praetoria on a dominator with a weak control set. Praetoria is notably harder than playing red/blue, and Elec control is fun, but doesn't shine until much later on and is rather weak. Savage's initial attacks are on the weaker side as well, on top of relying on DoT damage against harder mobs.
  19. A sarong is often like a tied skirt cover up thing too, and the Talons skirt kinda replicates this being shorter on one side. Just as an extra idea for your character. 🙂 My most recent pun name is Captain Barkbeard (play on Captain Blackbeard).
  20. Your write up about it definitely makes it sound like a lot of fun, kind of edge of your seat ride that I will have to try at some point because why not have like a 200th alt. 😂
  21. Thanks, because I needed yet another alt to create, you jerk, lol.
  22. Many of the builder folks are going to be looking for a MIDs build to better assist you. I can't speak to most of this, but you said you didn't take Direct Strike in storm and that seems like a pretty big mistake as it's the set's snipe and like hardest hitting single target attack.
  23. Make both! lol I'm going to assume that most folks seeing this are going to wonder what it is you want to do with either of these characters, as I imagine that makes some difference. They both provide a pretty decent mix of healing and buffs/debuffs, though I'd argue the debuffs from Thermal are better. Thermal also buffs resistance with its shields, which is nice since most people chase defense instead and are often capped on defense, but not resistance. Pain Dom is a tinch more healing oriented since it was the villain version of Empathy, but some of its ally powers also offer additional buffs to their targets. I'd argue that Thermal is probably a little more solo friendly/capable than Pain Dom as well, given Pain Dom's "evil empathy" nature (note: I know Empathy *can* solo, it's just not the same as soloing on a set with more powers you can use to help yourself). Thermal's debuffs are also those good against hard target debuffs. I know a lot of people pair Thermal with Fire, but since it's called Thermal Radiation, I went Thermal/Rad Blast on my defender. And Rad Blast will slot the Achilles's Heel proc. Though I imagine Thermal works with whatever secondary you feel like pairing with it. Both my Thermal and Pain defenders are RP toons, so their powersets were picked with their character concept in mind. My Pain Dom defender went Beam Rifle secondary; I dunno if there's any sort of particular synergy there, other than Beam provides some debuffs and like I said, it fit conceptually with my theme of a succubus who uses her rifle to channel her chi stealing powers
  24. This is a problem? It has a solution? Joking aside, I am also an altholic. Similar to Apogee, I've probably in the neighborhood of 130ish characters between Everlasting & Indomitable. One of the best things about this game is its very alt friendly nature, and unless you're really wanting to push to join the end game hard mode content, there's no reason you can't just play whichever of your characters sounds like fun at the time. Forcing yourself to play something just to get to 50 is a fast way to burnout (imo anyway; it is for someone like me with ADHD). Trying a bunch of different combos is also a good way to figure out what you really end up enjoy playing! I have had some characters just end up being way more fun than I thought they would be and played them for several days straight because I wanted to see what else they could do (currently experiencing that with my aresnal control/marine affinity controller).
  25. Only thing I can think of is that somehow you missed a line of the bind files or something somewhere. I have around 20ish MM's & use these binds religiously, and just logged into one of my bots MM's to mess with this, but my 0 on the numpad does command them all as it's supposed to. I used everything as it's written on the first page of this thread. I follow the below steps: And grab the bot info from here. (You can see the "all" command is the first line under Robotics, which is why the only thing I can think of is that somehow you're missing this line in your bind file, or maybe it's not loading correctly or something.): I apologize that I cannot be of more help.
