  1. It's easy with the current state... Buffing those low sets makes it even easier. Half of the builds I make are at +2 by 15, a quarter are +3. Heck, I run regular frostfire at +3/8. The game is not supposed to be +4 by 15, which is why many are commenting that making us more powerful at 1-19 is unwarranted.
  2. I plan my builds before I even play. I start using IOs at lvl 10. All my builds are exemp capable and transition to higher level iOS as they progress. I remove and store the sets when I transition and they pass to a new alt. So, I use them all the time, they're not supposed to be end game capable. That said, if the suggestion is to make them more powerful... Most of my builds can cakewalk the game, why do I need to be even more powerful?
  3. Actually, resurrecting an old thread is appropriate, but memes are always welcome, because funny. And....nerf Regen.
  4. Local man. Not only the most famous, but ways saves the day.
  5. Um... If you elect to skip the forms on a kheldian you already DO get something in its place .. any other power you want from your AT or pools. I'm a no vote on giving another power for free by skipping one, as part of any AT. If one decides to go human only, there are already more than enough powers to pick, just like any other AT. Skip one and you get the fun reward of choosing anything else.
  6. This is a nonsensical poll. Please make an effort to write full sentences and punctuate properly.
  7. OP... People are stupid, this is incontrovertible. The good part of the old community is still here. Oft, I abscond due toba maniacal 2 year old, mid-asskick, who gives a downshift if someone is booty-itching over it. Do you, we got you, the haters can cuddle a running blender. Asshats actually do us a favor when they release the stink, we know who to avoid. Besides, life always drives those people into the latrine, where they belong. And people who unknowingly give horrendous medical advice out of good natured ignorance? People are stupid. And that's ok if they mean well. Sometimes I'm stupid, the proof is in the last four paragraphs preceding this sentence.
  8. Stalker. The answer is always Stalker.
  9. No feedback from the original poster... Bueller..... Bueller..... Anyone ......
  10. iBlap says hello. He's a water/elec blaster. He is invisible and strolls into melee. He doesn't leave melee. Casually, he queues build, then aim. Hmm. This looks like an interesting place to unload a nice hot OMGWTFBBSSAUCE NUKEDOG... BOOM. Oh, and here's another mini electric nuke. And a mini water bomb nuke, and here.... Enjoy this whirly water thingy.... Hey, where did everyone go? That's blaplife, all your playpals get dead and you have to find a new group of pals Oh, look, more friends!
  11. Radiation will be superior end game to all content. Elec will be situationally stronger. Rad requires you pay more attention but will be more survivable at the extremes. But there's no way to turn off the horrendous graphics.
  12. My main tank is INV. Min/maxed, there's no psi hole, it's above 80%. The procs, set bonuses are enough to fill the gap without trying.
  13. Solid! You won, your reward is .. 6 merits.
  14. Most GMs can be solo'd. I can solo lusca tentacles. The brain is too big of a HP bag so Regen is just too high. So yes. Raise merit reward for brain to 100.
  15. If you plan on min/maxing, invuln doesn't rely on its secondary for any mitigation. You can hit, with one stack of the resistance proc from the ATO, nearly 90% to all resists. With just 3 foes in range you hit over soft cap defense to most types, with 5 foes, 45+ defenses to most types. You can really pick any secondary you want. Edit: typo
  16. WS hitbox shenanigans are real. Campers, beware.
  17. Ok so. I have a toon named iBlap... Here's the skinny on blapping, You'll never cap out defenses, but you can selectively get close, like s/l/r or m You want some sort of invis, I go ghetto with superspeed and stealth IO You need your alpha to have some sort of retaliatory mitigation, iBlap is water/elec, so the alpha has massive knock up. My DP/mental alphas with bonfire, the runs in and hits drain psyche for huge health/end then unloads nuke. Your defenses will last a quick second, and any debuff will crush them, so your nuke and next two follow up attacks need to wipe most minions and bring LTs to very low health, so be sure your damage is very high. Those defenses are sketchy to rely on for longer battles. Don't waste your time with medicine pool, you are better of straight murdering everything in that time. Your single target attacks are vital to crush LTs and bosses, and any secondary effects like stun, knockdown, health stealing are the key to being able to push to 4/8 and steamroll, or rely on Insps and rest between groups. Water has a built in heal, it's small but really helps because it just keeps on working. The idea here is layered mitigation from good selective defenses, secondary effects, kill fast and some health return You really, really want global recharge over 160% or higher (175% is permanently hasten) without sacrificing the above points... Get your nuke down to 21-26 seconds. Force feedback +recharge wherever possible is huge, but don't sacrifice the build to get it, you need all of the above. You want aim/BU if the sets come with it, and they should recharge fast with the high global recharge All that said, I alpha groups, I stay in melee and don't like to kite, I set at 4/8 most times and I don't really care about the faction I fight. I just get blapfreaky. And I die, it happens... That's blaplife.
