Anecdotally, I've never seen one, and most of my blasters avoid the Tsoo arcs, so tend to have to street sweep to get them. And I've still seen no progress for them after a monster mash. That's not to say they're not laying about in the labyrinth somewhere; I tend to only look out for the Watchers of Rularu because they can see through stealth. (at least my stealth)

It's just my opinion that the supa trolls should be unleveled, like the mobs for Croatoa. I ask myself - is this something a badger should be able to complete, solo, without any fear of face planting? In my opinion, the answer is no - until I'm the one doing it, lol. But still, it's quite trivial, and when I try to do this with a level appropriate character, I either find a level 50 not only making literal child's play of it, they apparently need no supa trolls because they just blast the ravers into smithereens before they can become supa trolls. And when you try to politely invite yourself, or ask them to allow the ravers to become supa trolls, this can go well, or poorly. I've had some players tell me to kick rocks, and other players claim ignorance. I don't think making them unleveled like other events is a bad move. The only reason not to is for the sake of the weaker dps badgers.

I just use this typically for an LotG 7.5% mule. If my character needs HP or more resistance, I can maybe find a way to get some more slots and slap 3 or 4 more Shield Walls, or LotG in it. But those slots are tough to find. If I teamed more, I might make more of an effort. Team buffs are really good lately, so one doesn't need to spend that many slots making a build great, but when you solo a lot, it's kind of necessary.

I noticed that one, as I did get that badge as well. And I had no idea it was 11%, I just new it was quite a bit compared to the odd 1K or so I got from beating npcs.
-
And I just happened to move to the front with the crazy (relatively) high bid of 50k. Makes sense, I guess. Somebody needs to feed the hamsters that make the server go.
-
So, clearly, the AH is not broken. But this happened to me prior to the labyrinth session. I needed a nevermelting ice for the invis buff. I was in a rush, so my screen shot isn't that great. My 10k bid sat there. And sat there. Finally after 30 seconds I just bid 50k to see if it would go through, and it went through instantly. Now, it's not the inf - but if that stuff is seeded to sell at 10K (uncommons for 100K, and rares for 1M) what's going on here? It's clearly not lag or latency or whatever, because the 50k went through instantly. Am I supposed to believe someone bought all 10M pieces and relisted? And whatever the issue was, it's gone now. The sales are back down the normal 11 inf, lol.

So, in case some of you have been living in a cave, issue 28 page 2 has a new arc. And to get one of the badges, it's essentially requiring you to complete Number Sixes story arc. So, I did, figured the little extra badge won't hurt. And I saw this chunk of Hybrid iXP. Nice! Do we know of any others? I should add, this amount is equal to what you'd get for completing a mission. At least, that's what I just got for completing this very mission. (Or maybe it was for completing the arc). So, fully aware that mission/story arc completion would award iXP. I was thinking mainly of the badges.

Thanks for that info. It's just a shame that stuff isn't in the detailed info tab, but then again...sheesh, I can only imagine the follow up questions that would arise from it. Not to mention the hassle of writing that stuff out for each power.
-
Yes, I could go on brainstorm and find out. But maybe someone can just answer this for me: Burst of speed, I mash the power, I zip to the target, do a roundhouse kick, and can do it two more times, pretty much at my leisure it seems. With combat teleport, does it work the same way, where you can Combat TP in, do your attack, maybe get ATT'd to another part of the map, and then use Combat TP again? Or does it have to be used within a certain time frame?

For whatever reason, when you have an attuned Air Burst, you cannot convert into another Ranged AoE set. Air Burst is available from 10 to 50. There are sets that should be possible to convert into, but for whatever reason, this one, when attuned won't convert, except out of category. I grasp that some sets will only convert within categories that are in the same range, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Annihilation, while available from 20 to 50 should be an easy conversion from Air Burst. I mean, there's so many sets in this category, I don't grasp why Air Burst won't work. Now, a leveled Air Burst will convert. But not the attuned version.

In my effort to try to add some constructive advice which usually works for me when I'm in a situation where I'm going to click a glowie, but am worried about nearby npcs, I will spawn a snowbeast right in their midst and then click the glowie. Or a back-up radio temp. Something like that. This usually buys me the 5-10 seconds I need for the glowie and to ouro out.

Wish List Issue 28, Page 3 (What could have been in Issue 28, Page 2)
Ukase replied to Troo's topic in General Discussion
I thought there were just 3. Ice, fire and water. There's more? -
Every other set in game converts within the set for 3 converters. Normally, my characters have so many converters, I guess I just haven't noticed. Note the cost, on the right. It should be 3 if it's supposed to be consistent. Now, I have a ton of OFs in my base, and none of the Cupid's Crush. So, of course, I'm converting them. At the cheaper cost, I'm ashamed to say. But, at least I'm reporting this game breaking bug that you folks have probably known about for months.
-
I never use those. I combine three of them and turn them into the luck or the rage. (yes, I'm kidding)

It did and does say that, yes. And my silly brain went to the SG computer to buy the tip to avoid having to hunt random mobs for it. My idiot self even posted my disappointment about that not being available. I mean, "tip mission" right? Now, as the dust has settled, I realize how stupid I was. Almost comically stupid if it weren't so sad.

What your complaint is about is just one of the many factors why a lot of people just don't like red side. The folks like Snarky who love it - well, they really love it. Let them have it the way they like it. Villains always get the short end of that stick, except when you compare them to Praetorians. Fewer zones, fewer merits. Fewer contacts. Nah, as much as I'd like alignments to somehow be meaningless and only count for badges and merits, they're here to stay, I think. The cramped style of red side makes it clear WHY they're villains. Fewer resources. Making do with less. I'd be a crappier, meaner person if I had to live in that muck. Yeah, I think the picture you paint about being surrounded by water drives the point home even further. They just don't have the resources, so they resort to crime. Funny how art imitates life, right?

Helpful post. As one who is typically obtuse, perhaps it should stand out in the same fashion the tip to unlock Morty Kal stands out. The only distinction I see (after the fact) is that it doesn't have that icon on the left, and as a result, the title of the tip isn't in the center. While zipping around, I see the tip message, but because I was unaware I needed a tip, I never paid them any mind at all. I had to visit the patch notes - again, because each page they drop is so large, it's a bit much for my aging brain to remember all of it. That and I just skim through it. Now I get it - that's my fault. The answers are here on these forums. But in game - the solution "you need a tip to unlock it" - that's not in game. or if it is, big surprise, it escaped my notice.

Patch Notes for June 17th, 2025 - Issue 28, Page 2

Okay. So, we got a lot of new content. Some of the writing is very well done. Some of it is amusing. Now I wish I'd spent at least some time during beta testing these arcs. I didn't find anything new, other than a glowie that kept on glowing and making that sound even after it gave me the clue. (West arc, body bag) But what has taken me by surprise is how HUGE KW is as a zone. And frankly, there should be a tram or something to get you from one side to the other quickly. One of the big things most of us despise is spending time traveling through a zone. I get that KW is alive now, and we probably should look around. But when we don't know where the plaques or badges are, we're doing plenty of that already. At least initially, until some kind soul posted them in broadcast, and possibly on the wiki or even the forums. But is it absolutely necessary to have these huge distances between the contact and the mission door? and from mission to mission? For all I know, there's no control over it, but I doubt it. Maybe there was a reason for having my character go all over the place. But whatever that reason is, it's not a good enough reason. And frankly, if that's my biggest complaint, I'd say you guys did great! -

You know, I did. And I joined a team that suggested I change alignments...and then when I changed back it was gone. But you were right, I got it quickly. -
Well, I appreciate your taking the time.

Homecoming Servers no longer showing up on Google search/Chrome?
Ukase replied to Force Redux's topic in General Discussion
I saw a post of yours a month or so ago about Brave. I had never heard of it. I like it. It was a seamless transition. -
What's her name...Flambeaux! She's the most realistic character in the game. A bit self-absorbed, a bit wishy-washy. What more could you want? Now, if she would just get better enhancements and the fighting pool, she might last a little longer in battle.

This is the part I don't get. You know there are issues - but you release it anyway. Why "push"? There's no rush. We could easily wait 6 months to a year between new stuff. I suppose it's a rhetorical question. Unless the answer makes a lot of sense, I probably wouldn't agree with the rationale anyway. But, like Snarky, I'm also a curmudgeon, but I end up liking the content after I get used to it. Not a big fan of change.
