I think they’re fine. They bridge gaps for characters if they want to bridge them in some ways - I think there are plenty that need some rebalancing and overall their animations are too long but they dk what they need to. I disagree about proliferation because it’s continually taking away from the archetype and more into free form, which I dislike. But that’s probably just my opinion — but defenders and corrupters (mms to extent) get it pretty badly where we’re already in a “why play it as a corr when you could be a defender version.”

I do think the “everyone is def capped” is hyperbole- I definitely don’t see those teams regularly where everyone is capped especially with the “35+” teams for a lot of content. Not saying it’s not common but they definitely aren’t always useless

I personally always like Gaussian in tactics if you use it - it does have a 1ppm, but the proc has a chance to go off for each thing affected by your tactics... as in it goes off a lot in a full team. It’s a good way to get more overall damage though not guaranteed like if In the build up... anyways, I only ever put it in be build up on like stalkers who spam that with resets, personally.

They can flesh out attacks for like, psi for example - which is short one attack IMO— tho I use cross punch there personally.

Yah cuz it doesn’t boost pets and most of traps are pets/pseudopets

It’s fine; you’re just more likely to miss it in hectic situations than if it’s on auto, especially if you both click and auto it.

I think it sounds graphical - since storm itself has only the rain (and sorta) the clouds... otherwise, you can get just as “watery” with other sets, since storm is mostly wind based

I just have to decide what I want to pair with my Demons besides cold... it’ll be a lot of whip attacks cuz that’s how I play, so I gotta pick accordingly

yes, you can make watery looking characters/abilities.... water blast is by far the best for it obviously and is splashy- but dark using noir style can look pretty beautiful in blues.... personally I turn my water people into blood users though lol (dark red, blood splash everywhere kekekke). Really every set could fit a water splasher that doesn’t use weapons/electricity... as for secondaries, Sonic, FF, miasma, cold, time, etc all can be made to look watery— ff bubbles are pretty obvious since they already look like soap bubbles lol... but yah go to make a character and start editing the dark sets using soul noir style - they’ll look pretty watery

I have the dual auto thing too- I still make sure to try to use both keys, but I spam buttons so my auto powers can get perma delayed If I’m not careful lol

If I had to complain about end, I wouldn’t use electric as the one - so if it IS a problem( that’s pretty horrible... howevee I personally never had issues with electric on my level 40 necro/ea

It’s just busy because it’s built around spam- low cooldown, weaker abilities. Like wg from nature vs insulating, or the end chain vs transference. you can definitely still blast but depending on the team/fight, you can get to a point where you have to choose.... my EA is AR... you can bet I have to choose well when to full auto lmao

Nah, I specifically build against end-problems in everything - and will not play a character that has them. I just don’t enjoy running out lol
