I'd up more like this, but I tend to prioritize ranged def cap than typed these days with 75% resist. Gaussian will proc on whatever has the proc equipped. The cool thing is that it has a chance to proc for You based on # of targets affected by your tactics, but it will only proc you for the Build Up BuFF. if you have a pet with a to-hit buff, it has a chance to proc when they use it. If the pet has their own Version of tacticS, then they have a chance proc it only for themselvesbut the chance is increased Based on # of targets

He doesn’t need help mezzing, his damage will get capped with fulcrum shift, and your accuracy is pretty set from globals/tactics.

What are you wanting to slot in it? Like what are you expecting it to do for you; I guess.

So are you trying to avoid all IOs for now and stick to SOs? Just curious - there are some low hanging fruit for around 4 million a pop that could help a lot— you typically gather a lot of “orange” salvage that can be sold for 500k so it’s not unreachable or anything

What Is the **WORST** AT/PowerSet Combination?

Electric is better than before with IOS and fast snipe... but it still feels like a “what is it doing besides damage that’s not even the best” -
“Healers” aren’t really wanted or needed, yet you’ll still have people asking for them in standard radio groups etc. a healer can make a group work, but on a good steam rolling one you won’t get to heal much... but as you “evolve” your play with healers, you’ll learn that you don’t need to do much with healing and just join the damage train and side heal... you’ll have more fun and people still won’t die. I personally prefer corruptor but most of what you listed is better as a defender. But don’t get sucked into some heal bot 1 attack type thing - that’s less fun. anyways, of your choices id say empathy— thermal a close second. Sonic is cool but it has very little active play (except that you get to be active with your secondary) in itself. Empathy gets to spam it’s buffs and keep things moving, while having the end from RA to keep shooting. although you didn’t list pain, that’s my personal favorite. I just like it better , but empathy is a step above. Lol

I can’t really speak in something that doesn’t come off as offensive here- so forgive me. Understand that “set” doesn’t mean “only way to do anything” but rather “path of least resistance to be optimized” with power pool picks. You can absolutely play the game with teleport, mystic flight, mighty leap, and speed of sound for all your power pool picks. ill be 12% defense, 28% (+70%)recharge ahead, but at least that other player would be in theme... they could get there, but I wonder if it would be as easy? I guess they’d have the ability to get 5% ranged and aoe defense for 8’slots. mind you, as always, nobody that ever suggests someone “has to do something” is referring to the people that aren’t trying to optimize their character — if you’re playing for theme, likes, dislikes, graphics etc — that conversation probably doesn’t affect you. there is no power that anyone has to have to play the game or enjoy it. None. Not even stamina, which was made baseline despite the thematic people claiming they didn’t need it so they could take spore seeds in their plant dom build for RP. and yes, your stone tankers can get defense capped super easily without the power pools XD
