Oh c'mon, what would the CoH forums be without constant tirades against farming and soloing? ... Oh. They might be far more pleasant.

I don't care because I know it won't make any difference at all. Farmers will farm, soloists will solo and the people that hate one or the other or both will continue whining on the forums that they can't find teams. Or that the teams aren't playing like they want. Or whatever. It would save me time on new alts, thus giving me more reason to make more alts and keep me interested longer, and would give me something worthwhile to do with the vast amount of threads my many already T4ed alts have rather than dumping them on inspirations I never use beyond selling them for inf that I don't need.

Then make the conversion rate something silly. 200 threads per emp sounds good.

That's a ridiculous reason not to do this. My characters get most of their incarnate garbage from farming Heather's arc in DA at the highest diff they can handle while clearing it solo. Me being able to convert threads to emps is NOT going to change your inability to get on a team one way or the other.

This ^ Spent part of the day runnin my nrg/bio/soul scrapper and between barrier, shadowmeld and all the absorption, she's damn hard to kill in normal content. ITF will still kick her ass with her current build, though.

I'm guessin it's the normal +damage is more beneficial to scrappers and tanks since, especially in your case, the +dam from offensive mode is drowned out by fury and rage. You're not getting nearly the same usefulness from it. However, a brute can say screw that, and run in defensive mode, be tougher by far than the scrapper and fury/rage will counter the -damage quite well.

Figured this would be the best place for this question. Do the debuffs from the Achilles Heel Chance for DR Debuff stack or do they just refresh the duration? Say, if I had them slotted in all of Rad Melee's ST attacks...

I'd be quite happy to turn on player debuffed, enemies buffed and no insps far more regularly... if it improved rewards at all.

Based entirely off of "no incarnate powers slotted" TFs with otherwise cranked to the gills builds I've been involved with, I'd have to argue that the power creep from IOs has been far more detrimental overall, even considering the ridiculousness of Judgement overuse.

I'd be happy with just SOME mez protection. Otherwise, meh, I'll build a sentinel and deal with the lower damage. I hate faceplanting.
