@Doc_Scorpion's post doesn't rise to "spokesperson" status because they didn't claim anything regarding all, most or many old gamers, only that they were present in Legacy (which is true) and are also here in Homecoming (also true). Claiming that there are posterior head-adornments in the forums, while true it also does not claim that you* speak for all posterior head-adornments.

I do this routinely on both my laptop and desktop machines.

I will never buy another HP due to poor design. Blew up 2 laptops playing Legacy CoH, not because of the game but because HP rolling 🎲🎲🎲🎲 on their Wisdom roll used a single fan and air-flow channel over the CPU and GPU with zero additional heat sink or thermal paste.

I have not come across sfx files specific to those to events as of yet.

This has been an annoyance since Legacy days. In Blue/Redside content, if you have at least started the arc you can continue it to completion regardless of outleveling it while playing. Only on Goldside do the contacts put you on ignore once you dinged past their level, especially annoying if you only had their final mission to complete.

I find that when someone respond to a post in an overly aggressive manner, they are not viewing or processing said post solely on what was written but are falvouring it with their own attitude. It's just text and unless read in as neutral a voice as possible, people will assume belligerence/rage/disdain/hyperbole/etc. because that's the mentality they are viewing it from, not whatever the poster wrote. We all tend to have an initial gut reaction to a post that may get our hackles up. I find it best to read over any response I've types out before posting, re-read the post I'm responding to, then view both as neutral as possible. I may change wording or the entire thing, or just delete it altogether and move on.

Things you enjoy that other people seem to not enjoy Hmm... eating foods that would normally have cheese, but without the cheese. The only real exception is pizza, where there is just enough cheese to hold the meat on. Lasagna had better have plenty of meat in it because I will scrape every piece of cheese out of it. 😁

Unfortunately, the sfx files for Symphony Control have yet to be identified.

I never really put much thought into theme music for any of my characters. I can only think of one that I could easily apply one to and that would be Clapsydra, my Water Blast/Time Manip Corruptor back on Legacy. She was the only character I had that had all of her costume slots filled with more backups in the closet. She loved techno and hitting Pocket D with her friends. This would be her theme music:

There were major concerns being voiced over the change in the User Agreement. Muse released an updated CLA (Contributor License Agreement ) after they had already updated the license. And then did the same thing with their Privacy Policy. Because of the wording people had major concerns over privacy and data collection. Thanks for the info on an Audacity replacement. I'm still using an old Audacity that I won't be updating, but I might check out GoldWave.

Sorry, not that I am aware of. At least not yet anyway. It's likely that it is using a sfx file from something else so it's name may be unrelated. I'm trying to hunt it down in PK's Rosetta Stone and have yet to locate it. I lost my Paragon Data Dump when my secondary drive died, still have a couple hours left on re-downloading all the decompressed files. Update @Dreamkeeper try 'V_Explo\explomed2.ogg' after testing about 30 files I was able to silence the explosion with that one. There is still a burn sfx going at the same time, but it's much quieter than the explosion even with game sfx volume nearly max'd out, can't even hear it at my normal audio setting.
