    I know, but I like the Hold for LGTFs, Hami Raids and concept (very TKish hold)
  2. Do you do that during a TF? Or you go zone to zone at the start?
  3. Is there a single contact that allows you to get those? That's all the Mayhem missions, right? Doesn't that require tip missions and such and not just "Load up Mayhem mission when I want"?
  4. TFC doesn't really seem like a chore, considering it's gotten easily through TFs and if one really wants to, can just wait to run some of those TFs as WST to get more merits out of them and never run them again.
  5. I will have to agree, in the case of Time, I always felt the benefits of Time Crawl was a bit meh. I would use it on AVs for the -Regen, so the other powers would get buffed up, but it's usefulness always felt meh. And most seem to skip Temporal Selection and it's benefits are only more healing on the couple of targets you may have the Accelerated effect on. While my version seems to have missed the point of what the OP was going for, I would have to agree the "Use this power to buff these powers" I would hope would be useful. Which, in my version, I did imagine them being useful for. To @Blackfeather I have to say, I would want a single target hold if for nothing else, Hami Raids and LGTF. For Blinding Halo, I know I didn't have a control effect in it, but neither does Conductive Aura (Electric Control), Smoke (Fire Control - which is pretty much copied with Twilight), Spectral Wounds/Invisibility Powers (Illusion Control), and Spirit Tree (Plant Control), so there is precedence. As for the Hold aspect, I get the feeling it wouldn't be a great hold power, if put into a toggle. Chance to weak, so not enough stacking, or duration...feels like it just wouldn't be good enough hold, as a toggle. I then thought with the Illuminated effect, it could be a sort of Damage Toggle for Illuminated Targets. I do have to say, my version of Prismatic Field was not inspired by Shadow Field, however, as I never played the set, or really looked into it, as I never had a concept I felt right for it. My thought on it, was I liked your Illuminated Effect idea. I also liked the idea of all the AOE powers being Targeted AOEs and having the main target having the effects boosted, if they were Illuminated. The idea being, it would likely encourage use of said powers on the harder targets (Bosses) in normal play and meaner on AVs. Enough so, I wondered if for the AOE it shouldn't be Mag 2 Hold with +2 Mag on Illuminated Targets, so it wasn't so much +3 Mag on everyone. I did see you had a "Come to me" or "Come to here" idea with it, which is what I went with for the tier 8 and 9.
  6. How many people go, "Okay. I just entered this zone. Let me grab these plaques before I do anything else"? I just finished getting the Authority Badge just the other day. I had been to IP before of course, but still had to run to IP to go get that plaque I had never really be in the area of before. Not to mention, there's those plaques I might've read before when I hit a zone, because you pass by them and think on it (Talos by the statue, plaque, comes to mind) but when I was actively going for Authority, I realize, I hadn't stopped at it on that character, even though I flew passed it many times (even had the exo badge nearby already). So, going to zones for no other reason but to read a plaque, seems like it's likely to be the case, for most of the player population. I doubt most have an add-on for nearby badges/plaques (I believe there is one, I just don't have it).
  7. Well, you can go red side and switch it up, as it sounds like you are always going blue (note: I said "sounds" :p) Don't know why one would have to move things out of the echo zones though.

  9. Okay. I like the Illumination Effect. I'd like something better for the pet. I think I'd go in this direction with it, which I think keeps it inline with what was given. I like the idea of all those Targeted AOEs and needing the primary target of the AOE to have Illumination for it to work, instead of just target something else and if they're in the AOE, extra. The Toggle PBAOE being the exception of course. As for, is this to powerful or not, I don't know honestly.

  13. It looks like you doubled up on Fire Armor, from your posted builds. However, for Scrapper, I'm going to suggest EM/Shield Scrapper!
  14. Should note, Impervious Skin IO doesn't look to be Unique, so could be slotted multiple times.
  15. Could do what I've done with saved costumes. "Brand X Hero Costume" "Brand X Britney Spears Costume" "Brand X X-Men Evo Rogue Costume" etc etc etc Then you can go through your saved costume list and know.

  17. Mouse over the IO and hit the + key. Then click on it.
  18. And as a note, don't attune Purple IOs. PvP IOs (if you use them) shouldn't generally be attuned either, and just use level 50 ones. That's because Purple and PvP IOs would when exempt down all the way to lvl 7. Made the mistake on the PvP IO ones myself not knowing that, so passing that bit on 🙂
  19. This. Boost them to +5 (not the Procs, that does nothing) on at least some of those enhancements (like the Recharge IOs in Hasten and the Enhancements with Recharge in Energy Transfer).
  20. I have no problem with how the Scrapper Critical Strikes works right now. Scrappers with the inherent before there was an inherent 😛
  21. I wouldn't double Recharge Enhance Build Up. I would just slot the Proc and move those two slots else where. The Performance Shifter Proc might as well be in Stamina, so you get the set bonus with the PS End Mod in Stamina. +5 some of those Enhancements (Hasten and Energy Transfer). I'd try and get Energy Transfer down in recharge time (I believe it's 2.77s arcanatime) so you can Energy Transfer (long) > Total Focus > Energy Transfer > Bone Smasher > Zapp > Repeat and sometimes get a that long ET, into a fast ET 🙂
  22. A lot of brave heroes have been in cower in terror stories. Though, it's not generally cower in terror of their enemies, while instead, a power inducing effect, which is what is being used on the character. Like an illusionist bringing out the hero's worst fear. Or a psychic digging deep into the heroes psyche. It is not however a "I'm cowering in fear because I'm surrounded by criminals!" There is status resist set bonuses and IOs. So the hero gets hit with the illusion/fear inducing/psychic power and shrugs it off quick.
  23. Revive (and possibly all Self Rez Powers) Passive When you hit 1 HP or Going to die on hit. You automatically regain 50% of your health (You can enhance it for better health return). Power then goes on normal cool down (300 seconds in the case of Revive). If dead it can be used as a click power to self rez at the same amount of health (50% unless enhanced). Basically one big passive heal that activates when you're about to die!
