  1. You're inverting the barrier. Seems like it could be -Regen. Likely wouldn't even be enough to be a big difference.
  2. No, it's an attack that I thought could use some -Regen on it as part of the attack.
  3. I don't know. It may be an instance of Hulk level regeneration.
  4. 32 Levels? You get Thunder Strike at level 26. You could take Jacob's Ladder for the cone (but I see you don't count it), but I haven't felt that was needed on my Elec/Bio, and do plenty with TS and LR.

  6. I just ran through Praetoria from 1-20, bit of teaming in there as well, with other Praetorians. One can do other things besides DFB. Have you formed your own teams? There are those willing to do other things, and I've seen people in KR and chats looking for teams.
  7. The defense works, if one looks at it as a minor but passive MoG.
  8. One simple thing, I always thought they should do, is add Psy Resist to Resilience and Moment of Glory, and Defense ALL to MoG. I did like a suggestion mentioned in another thread of adding Debuff Resistance to Regen, and wondered if Defense Debuff Resistance would help Regen. These being two ideas I didn't feel threw Regen over some "OMG TO MUCH" hill. These suggestions look to have a bit of additional survival added in, so I do like that. 🙂 Maining Regen right now, but I don't feel it's as survivable as other secondaries, but I live (then maybe die and Revive :p) with it.
  9. I was thinking, straight "Same Hat Category then drop options of hairstyles" likely wouldn't be a long list of options and probably not on all. Just not sure on the feasibility of it.

  12. If you find the toxic damage so bad, there's using orange inspirations.
  13. Never bothered me on the speed disparity on travel powers, as they made sense. Sounds like all this is faster speed now too.
  14. I always feel I'm one of the few who loves and even knows of Kung Fu Hustle. If it's ever for sale on 4k Steelbook, I'm upgrading my copy! 🙂
  15. Plenty will still take Concealment. Concept and it gives +Def All.
  16. I still feel Arcane Bolt should be the equivalent in damage per activation to a Tier 1 or 2 attack. Now, obviously not all tier 1s and 2s are equal, so find the nice middle ground. Make it so people can go "I can replace this attack with this one!" It's one of the reasons I love the Snipes. I can put it in an attack string and not feel weaker for wanting to use the animation of it 🙂

  19. Elec/Bio/Mu Stalker Tier 4 Musculature Radial Tier 4 Preemptive Interface Radial Tier 3 Assault Hybrid (not activated) 3:41 for 301.33 DPS Not sure what that additional +2.5 DMG will do with Tier 4 Hybrid, but I will be working on the -HP/Toxic Interface later.
  20. You can put the Stealth IO in Sprint. Either way, you had to put a slot somewhere to put in the Stealth IO, as I would guess one didn't just put the Stealth IO in the Ninja Power. So, yeah, the one slot into the Stealth power meant invis, but so does Sprint and in Sprint you can combine it with another from the same set for +2.25% S/L Resist.
  21. Maybe it was Combat Jumping and Super Speed? I was never one to really use either of those travel powers, but now that I can make Ninja Run and Super Speed combine, likely to change!

  23. Just today I saw someone with the Presence Pool! That said, I don't find I need Hasten nearly as much as many people on the forums say. I get lots of mileage out of global recharge buffs. 😛
  24. Decided to run my Elec/Bio/Mu Stalker through a Pylon Run, just to see where she's at currently w/ what she has. Opened w/ Build Up -> Lightning Rod before going into Assassin's Shock > Havoc Punch > Chain Induction > Zapp > Havoc Punch > Repeat using DNA Siphon and Build Up whenever they were recharged. Currently: Tier 4 Musculature Radial Tier 3 Preemptive Partial Radial (50% Energy / 25% Recovery) (I could go -HP/Toxic for concept as well, but I wanted to see how the Recovery Debuff w/ Elec Melee and Musculature's EndMod) 4:19 for a 275.88 DPS
  25. I do that, just by putting them in the order in which I want to monitor them. Also, seeing as how S/L, F/C, E/N tend to be the same, I usually just show one of those if I'm showing defenses and resists.
