  7. They're not so great on women toons either. I just made a new one with a lion head and to make it look close to right, I had to max all the head-control sliders.
  8. God I hope not! Players spend too much time already power leveling to 50 so they can speed run some Ouro arc for shards and Incarnate drops, instead of juts playing the game. Gated Incarnate content just about killed the game on Live, for anything other than Incarnate grinding, lord knows we don't need more of that nonsense.

  11. Having had Watership Doom on redside Live and now Rabbitattatt on blue side, waaaay ahead of you! No need to replace him, and please don't revive him. I know it's a thing in comic books (not a good thing, mind you), but it's not like we call every new president we elect "the New President Washington" or something.

  13. Your personal opinion aside, people complain about a lot of things. I found my Doms playable even before hitting perma. Maybe it's the power creep that making some think they're pointless without; same sorta thing with how people call [set X] "trash" even though it's still playable. Not everything needs to be number crunchable to supra-heights. *is chased from the boards for heresy*
  14. I'm sure it's been said already, but MM Mercs. There's a good thread somewhere here that points out all their animations for attacks are way too slow and out of step with the Rifle animations players use; doing some math, it all checks out that they'd be much much better with those updated. Unless I missed some later arguments in that thread, after reading it, it ended up looking like a no-brainer for vastly improving what may be the worst CoH set (which I still like though, :P).
  15. Give Rest a pulsing ring, or maybe some pingy (and unique) sound effect. Or maybe grey out everything else but Rest. Does that already happen? I dunno!
  16. Co-signed. It's annoying to go digging thru dozens of badges to see if I have this one from the first time I visited Croatoa or if I merely happened to fly by close enough to wipe the map fog off of it. Also, maybe it's just me, but seems there are times I've gone digging through "Most Recent" and seen the list end before it reached the actual end of my list of badges. If I don't know what category the badge falls under, that just makes hunting to worse.
  17. Not sure getting him deep into the sewers will be any easier unless he's a stalker. 😃
  18. You could also go through the Paragon City sewer map if you're not adverse to switching sides and pick up "Sewer King" for this fine fellow (my TRASH GHOST wears that one, for lack of anything better). I didn't know those pads had a spiked version, thanks, good to know!
  19. I'd like some option for this as well as when you're on a costume screen. Seems I always get a PST beep when I'm half way through a costume revamp!
  20. Digging this one a lot. What's his profile look like, with those ears, the lower face part and antennae? Also, those shoulders: I recognize the pads (I forget what they're called, but I do), but there's a spiked version of them too?

  23. But what order? Would damage procs take precedence over say KD procs, or -Resist procs? Or be pushed to the back of the bus to be most likely to suffer percentage penalties for "having too many procs"? But yeah, this is mostly just online arguments worth the pixels they're printed with. But now I want to make a new toon with the name "Annoying Thought Experiment", shame that's too long to fit.
  24. Because they do different stuff for one thing, even the damage ones do different kinds of damage (fire, smashing, etc.). Their effects aren't all going into a generic pool of "damage" or even necessarily fitting into the power's set types of damage. At a guess why not. ETA: this game is apparently perfectly happy with out and out farming, and lots of it; I don't think some players making proc monsters is really as big a worry for balance. But that's probably more IMHO, I suppose.
