  1. Dragon's tail is fine too skip, but not Eagle's Claw, which does a lot of damage. My main blaster is Psi/Martial and Sniper, TK, SK and EC are the backbone of damage.
  2. I have all that in a build... At home =D 'til then ...
  3. If I were to power rank pairings, it might look something like this... T1 Dual Pistols (-Def, lots of PBAoE, quick recharge nuke) Fire... Electrical (great AoE and synergy with -End) Radiation (-Def is a good debuff, also Stun synergy, Irradiate) Sonic (debuff powerhouse, -regen & -resist; stacking Stun attacks) T2 Dark Water T3 + Arrow Assault Rifle Beam Rifle Energy Ice (sorry folks Rain attacks are your enemy here) Psychic (best to mix damage types, especially with Psi) Seismic
  4. Personally I have DP blasters paired with /Dark, /Temporal, /Energy and /Devices.... And would like one with /Ninja.... but I digress... Anyhow, in my experience I wouldn't skip it. I just set it to fire and then forget. Also my blaster builds are always looking for slots, not powers. Personally I think Ammos in swap ammo should be reworked. I would make more of the damage type-damage at the very least. Something more should be done to make the other rounds legit options.
  5. I could play a petless MM....but why gimp myself? But yeah if you are not going to be playing on the Relentless side of the things, then go for it. I see the QoL allure that Hasten-less Doms bring, but replacing that loss of an easy 70% recharge will compromise performance and set bonuses needed to min/max for higher difficulty settings. But that's understandably not always the goal. Enjoy it the way you want, just don't team with me..... j/k, it was a JOKE folks....but seriously I always love a dash of Vengeance.
  6. Also Electron Haze should be replaced with Proton Sweep. The right level of performance for that level/type of power is about the range between Martial's Spinning Kick to Thorny's Fling Thorns.
  7. I agree that it is reliable enough, especially when melee range is required. The heal should be auto whenever Radiation Sihpon hits just like Dark Assault's Life Drain does even from the safety of range. Not only that but Dominators also lack Irradiated Ground which helps to Contaminate foes.
  8. Water blast can be used quite effectively as a blapper primary. Whirlpool, Geyser, Dehydrate, Water Jet, what more do you need?
  9. Force of Thunder (aka Thunder Crap) is an unnecessary waste of Activation Time, power selection and slots), just saying... And hover blasters usually miss out on at least two of their best attacks.
  10. Will have to post something later, but I think that you have enough range and if you don't want to blap them would consider Beam/Devices or Beam/TA? Might also be fun to consider /Ninja or /Temporal?
  11. Umm nice, but you will be choking for end on that build. Maybe it's viable if you just want to run speed +0 content. A simple and HUGE instant improvement to that build would be to 6 Slot Numi in Temporal Healing (Numi's special enhancer needs to be in an auto or toggle power), 6 slot Prevent Medicine in Hoarfrost, and put Miracle Proc in Health Not to mention those defense numbers are deceptive/inflated since stealth is turned on. Also I wouldn't waste Tidal Forces on Water Burst. Besides, TM is top tier for blapping, so just fight up close and use End of Time. It's also missing out on the third best DPA attack in Aging Touch. But if doing less damage from afar is you thing have at it.
  12. I would not recommend psi/mental or psi/time. It's better to not be all Psi damage. Psi pairs well with Martial, Elec, or something else with above average AoE damage in the secondary, which is psychic blast's weakness, low DPA AoE.
  13. All but my Beam/ and /TA blasters are blappers. The best primaries for blapping are preferably something with a good non-cone AoE with at least 1 great range attack, preferably two. In this light there are a few standouts IMO, Dual Pistols, Elec, Fire, Ice and Rad. I find that the best secondaries are Martial and Temporal. Although many can also be good like Dark, Elec, Ninja, Mental, Sonic and Stone.
  14. At least the Rularuu provide at least one group where resist sets are King.
  15. Electric definitely needs a bump. How about, at the very least, do something like moving the +Regen to grounded and turn Power Sink into Power Converter the drains end and converts it into an Absorption Shield.
  16. Now that I have ran through s complete relentless run here is my two cents... * The new atmosphere is awesome * Love the changes to the traitors, and nictus. * The unbound and possession is a great idea Change suggestion: Players shouldn't be held by possession attempt, they should be able to fight until they are overcome. I think a player could be marked for possession like players get marked in some of the iTrials (underground, TPN, etc). This would notify players to find and mez or kill the unbound. CRITiques: The twins and the new ROM fight add a lot of unnecessary length and they are disruptive the flow of the ITF. For whatever it's worth this is coming from a very early member and one of the current administrators of the Master ITF channel, IMHO it wrecks the spirit of the TF. The ITF was the best all around TF in the game for various reasons such as having difficult/unique enemy groups (several types of damage, -def, and other aspects that challenged builds when played on the high end) clear objectives that allowed players to still speed through missions without avoiding major danger (free Sybils, destroy crystals, kill generals, ambushes, EBs, and more), was good for various types of runs, speed runs, +4/8 kill most, etc., is co-op, and the length is within a perfect range (30-50 mins for a +4/8 KM depending on the players/team and the best we've managed to do on Speed +4/8 MoITF runs without inspirations or P2W are: 4 scrappers 14 mins, 3 players mixed 18 mins, 2 players is like 24 mind at most). High intensity, medium length I think is the sweet spot. Now I know this was beta run with most players running the TF for the first time but just under 3 hours, minus our break before the last mission, and 140 deaths was a bit much. Perhaps the mechanics concerning the unbound possessions, the twins and the Rom fight will improve and with some more experience we can get it down to what I think would be an acceptable range of 1-1.5 for a relentless speed run. IMHO the benchmark should be that an experienced team of players with min/maxed builds and relentless ITF experience should be able to do a speed relentless in about an hour. That would beat sweet spot. Mish two, make the ambush EBs must-kills. Like crystal guardians. Mish 3 my vote would be to get rid of the twins (the cut scene didn't work for me, so I didn't really get them at all) plus I thought the point of shutting down the computer was to destroy them from being completed??? Mish 4 I would absolutely make Rom more aggressive, never running away (after all he thinks he's just become a god, "I am Nictus!!!" Rather than have the Rom fight be more like a the LR fight on the MLTF, make it more like fighting the old Statesman on the old LRSF. Up the hit points and/or Regen on the fluffies to make them undesirable targets to kill without forcing them to be consumed by reanimating/possessing Rom after each death. Possibly tweak the damage on the auto-hit AoE but give it to Rom and all the fluffies. Make the fluffies also aggressive to possibly go after fliers and support. Or something, because not a great fan of the new Romulus fight which is now more MC-Giant-Robotesque. Also Have more ambushes from the left, right and center doors just behind where Rom spawns. (More Barracuda-Reichsman-like on steroids)
  17. Just a random thought 🤔, were these changes inspired by Rularuu encounters? It's fun to make defense kind of useless and turn SR into tinfoil. Hey let's add a pinch of that for everyone! Yay! Yippee! 😁 😋
  18. Don't get me wrong, my game mates and I torture ourselves/myself plenty all the time. Like running +4/8 MoITFs w/o inspirations with only 2-4 players for time, or to make it harder running short-man teams w/ the same settings but with a 1 team member just being a leader at lvl 44 to start it. This way no incarnates and no level shift, etc. So I'll find something that works.
  19. No doubt I'll find a way or power sets to deal with the new changes, but these changes are still a bit of a Donkey Punch. 0. Reasons for change are still not obvious 1. The principle of the path of least resistance and law of unintended consequences: Defense armors are already King, and this will push even more characters into High-Def armor sets instead of other varieties. This will limit diversity resulting in even more squishies turning to hover blasting. 2. No accompanying adjustments/tweaks to non-high-defense armor sets. 3. Widens the gap between haves and have nots (SR, SD, etc vs Elec, Regen, etc.) 4. No accompanying tweaks or additional IO sets to help build for new mechanics 5. and so on.
  20. There is room for MOAR! I often have repeat sets just paired differently.
  21. It was a good run... poor Stubb 😜 FYI my Fort on that run was/is spec'd like so: https://www.midsreborn.com/builds/download.php?uc=1513&c=712&a=1424&f=HEX&dc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
  22. hey thanks I pop in now and again =D I made two Stone scrappers one Psi Melee and one TW, not the most popular but ones that I like
  23. Scrapper version is a much better version. The stalker version is paper compared to SD, SR, Stone, EA, etc. Sure with Ninjitsu can do +2/8, and with help of Barrier or Ageless and taking caution it can do +4/8 as well. And there is the rub, it's thinness (very poor DDR, no +HP, only psi/toxic +Res, etc.) will slow it's speed and make it less reliable. It can crumble in a jiffy. It's like standing on a empty coke can, and then having someone tap the side, squish!
  24. The dark is enough. But I would be amenable to say swapping the TA, the OP likes TA a lot because it debuffs debuff resistance. The OP and I have had a few conversations on this topic Fyi I was the Kin in the video.
