I've been playing through the DA missions for the first time, and I agree, they are very interesting. I'm doing it as a hero, and teaming up with Tsoo and Council and all those other bad guys has been appropriately frustrating. I mean, I know we are fighting a common enemy, but taking orders from a Mu really hacks my character off. They more I do incarnate content, the more I really think that The Well is just pure evil.

I'm a little late to the party, but does this make anyone else want to make characters with the least-popular sets? Only me?

That's how I found this one! And, yeah, there are Romans in all sorts of nooks and crannies I had never seen before.

So, I recently noticed, in the second-to-last mission (I think) of the ITF, the one where you fight over a bridge and then pass through the arches of a large wall, in the base of the wall there are doors. I did not know those doors are working and they take you to the top of the wall where there are a bunch more Romans. I learned that the exciting way the other day.

Given that the GMs are all volunteers who have kindly donated a lot of time to bring our home back, I try to bother them as little as possible. Try to figure out ways for the players to handle stuff

Ah cool. I do like the looks of /Dev. I was taking /Temp for the extra recharge bonus. Between Chronos and Time Lord, it's a nice little extra.

So, after leveling an Elec/ blaster to 50 only to learn that it is an underperforming set, before I roll a new blaster, I am making a reality check for Beam/. Is it a decent set? I'm thinking of combining it with /Temp for a kind of a time-cop theme. Any powers that are must-have or must-skip?

Well, THIS explains a lot! Wish I had known that before I leveled up my Elec/Atom blaster. But, at least now I know that her lackluster performance is not due to the fact that I suck. Guess it's time to re-roll.

Hey all! I managed to join up for a bit last night, and had a lot of fun. So, I just drug my main tank over from Indom to Everlast, since shard transfers are so easy these days. But, I'm wondering what the general method is? Do you usually just have a different tank on each shard or do you use the same tank and swap around shards?

I have a baby Bio/Psi that is level 11. She's a concept build from another game, but has been a lot of fun so far. Have not DFBed her at all, just running low-level missions solo. I don't know about the synergy and have not checked the FotM list, but as far as I know, /Psi is pretty well disrespected, which is another reason I took it. Bio/ sounded really fun, and I like the ability to swap from offensive to defensive focus, seems like that will be good for soloing, where I can up the damage a bit.

Hm, I've yet to get on the test shard, yet. I guess that could be incentive.

That would be cool. Having a self-rez on what is supposed to be the toughest AT does seem a little silly. Even if you do die, it is not going to be very often.

So, I guess my question is this, if you are filling out your level 50 PuG, and you have the option for the last slot to go to a Controller or any other AT, which AT would you prefer, instead?

Man, I really wish I'd known this before I leveled my TW/Rad Brute to 50 and then abandoned her out of frustration. Should have done her as a Tank, I see.

LOL I was trying to come up with a joke about RotP, since my main is a Fire tanker, but this is better than anything I came up with. Seriously, though, if it just retoggled all my armors when rezzing, then it would become super useful

This is awesome news. Yeah, I've been feeling like we need some sort of SG coalition calling-circle, so that only vetted players will hear the call for raid. Sure, a few leechers might still show up out of luck, but it would definitely cut down on that.

I would love to, but I updated my Mids recently and it wiped out all of my builds. Like, not in the recycle bin, searched the whole computer, not anywhere. I'll recreate it and post it soon, though.

Basically, both. I have managed to team with a few non-uber PuGs. It's pretty rare, but you can definitely feel the difference. Other than the rare unlucky combo, most teams roffllestomp most 4x8 missions. I would love to see them turn up the base difficulty a tad.

All I wanted was to hit stuff with a big bonker. So, I took Titan Weapons. /Rad seemed like an interesting armor set, even with a little team support. Nothing fancy, just to solo some, and make group every now and then. Got it to level 50, and now it just seems like a total punk. It only has yellow & red sets, and generic IOs, no purples. But, I wasn't planning on force running it through 4x8 missions, maybe 2x4 or something. Not so much. I think I just do not seem to understand either set well enough to put the proper techniques to use. Anyway, does anyone have a good build for a TW/Rad? I'd rather not just retire it after leveling it all the way up. Just something decent with red and yellow sets is what I'm looking for. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Well, this is great. I've been really trying to get a Mind/Psi to work. This is good, thanks! I do have a question. What the heck does Fear do? I haven't really had a good chance to test it. Is it a lockdown, rendering the target completely unable to act, like a Hold? Or does it allow for some action?
