  1. Assuming you have a funding source then yes, buy attuned sets as you level. It makes life so much easier as you level.
  2. Focus only has .67 knockback so really only tosses things around if they are lower level or clockwork. Shockwave is the one that would use the KB to KD IO.
  3. Pools > Concealment > Invisibility: Endurance cost lowered from 0.65 to 0.2275. You are now be able to attack while this power is active, but should you attack, most your defense will suppress. Does this still suppress damage, taunt and other auras that affect mobs like Beta Decay or Frigid Protection? Finding out. Edit- Damage auras- No suppression (at least on Blazing Aura and Irradiate Ground) Toggles that affect mobs- No suppression (only tested Frigid Protection assuming the others are the same) Honestly this ruins the power and just having stealth and stealth IO in sprint is just as good. It used to be handy for a way to stealth missions without having to turn off damage auras and now it has to be done regardless.
  4. Hell yes please. Energy Melee needs some love and Impale is way too slow currently for spines. Several ranged attacks from the epic/patron pools have better DPA making it a power that is often skipped.
  5. Wow, this is rare but I have almost no way to make your build better. The only thing I can see is that you would using Ageless and have Radiation Therapy on a short enough recharge that you should not have any endurance issues if you were to drop the 2nd slot from Stamina and could put it any number of places for either more fire/cold defense or more HP. Any other changes to increase damage would decrease your durability which is not really a trade off you want if you are going the tanking route. You can also use Enzyme Exposure HO in Beta Decay for a little bit more -To Hit and with only a slight increase in endurance use.
  6. Whoops. Posted the build before I made the final tweaks. Swap the 2nd kismet with Karma. Or you can move it to temperature protection and put in the KB from steadfast. And yes, the KB protection is global so it works even when the power is off. Edit, now updated with the correct info. If you move the winter set away from IG do not put it in Burn. I made that mistake. The initial strike and all the dots all have a chance to proc with that one and and sometimes you will get several procs in a row and will send mobs flying. Kind of funny to watch but counter productive when you want them in the fire taking damage. Every once in a while the same thing will happen with IG as you lay down 3 patches if you are in the same spot for a while but it is far, far more rare than in Burn.
  7. Keeping the theme of what you are going for I made some tweaks. Based on those numbers you would have to rely on Ageless for endurance (which is perfectly fine btw). Without it your attacks and toggles would drain you pretty fast as you are recovering less than 1 end per second (not counting random performance shifter and panacea procs). With Ageless running that opens up some other options. I dropped a slot in stamina and moved it to add more KB protection as you were shooting for and swapped out the overwhelming force set for ToD to give a bit more S/L and melee defense and resists. Traded in some HP for more S/L resists as well. Also swapped out Spiritual for Agility. Spiritual does have better recharge but Agility gives a bit of extra defense and recovery as well. Lastly I dropped the pure damage IO from Atom Smasher and put in a -resist proc. At 65% fury that only drops the damage of the attack by 8 points and you will more than make that up with the -resist. Didn't quite get to 45% defense still but got close at 44.3 for S/L/F/C. If you decide to boost the IOs in your defense toggles that can inch it closer to 44.5%, but if I were to start boosting, I would start with the recharge IOs and Kinetic Combat.   8. Yeah probably up there around 1 bil. I would reccomend setting it up on the test server and seeing if you like the feel of it before spending that much. I'm a melee at heart so this build plays directly to my play style but it is not for those used to being at range.
  9. Wow. Sure it kills slow but it can kill just about anything eventually. Defense/resist better than SR scrappers combined with the ability to reduce to hit even more. 3 bonfires going at once ...just...I can see why defenders wont get Fade or SA as they are already stupidly OP with just controller numbers.   10. And what is the arcanatime for punch?.....exactly 1.452 seconds. So if you don't feel like stretching you can punch a boss in the face (or groin if you make them 4' tall) instead and not lose anything.
  11. There are a couple ways. One way is while you are building to do each one, one at a time and hit the + sign 5 times before you slot it. That is the long way. The other is to set everything at 0, then shift right click on all the powers with ATOs or Winter sets to swap out to your blank alternate build. Then set everything to +5 and shift right click again.
  12. Ok so here is the overly expensive Blaster/Tank...Blanker? Blastanker? Soft cap to S/L/F/C/E without Agility allowing you to pick Musc instead for your alpha slot. 1 small luck from capped on negative but does suffer from a Psi hole. Resists are not great but I have the exact same numbers on my Fire/Atomic and it can handle the ITF at +4 with just the occasional luck needed when there is negative damage. Perma hasten if you have 3 mobs within 15 feet or only 1 needed if you decide to take Agility. Downside of no fast snipe so I skipped it as I would rather just run in and nuke everything anyway. I may have to see what I can do if the beta updates make it to live if I can fit it in and still keep capped defenses.   13. Little bit of a drop in Haymaker damage but increase in Footstomp and included recharge proc in there. When hitting several mobs it is very rare that it does not go off. This will reduce your "Stretch and yawn" part of your AoE attack chain. This should also add enough extra recharge to be perma hasten (probably is already with ageless) and allow you to get RotP back in. Slightly less on the psi resist but other than the notes above it is the same build. Oh one exception, I did see you had everything at +5 so I dropped those down for the winter IOs and the ATOs as that is not possible even though pines lets you.   14. Not with attuned sets. You get the set bonus even if you don't have the power they are slotted in as long as you are not more than 3 levels below the lowest level possible for the IO
  15. I put my tricked out fire/dark build on test and ran a fire farm at +4×8. I had no issues other than killing slowly. The KB to KD in bonfire turns entire spawns into popcorn . I may have to rearrange things to try water spout as well.
  16. I will post my build I'm working for after I get home from work. The pairing is made to be in melee range. 2 pbaoe attacks and a pbaoe hold along with a recharge buff that gets better the more mobs are around you. Some attacks are a bit slow but it can be an AoE machine. While leveling it feels a lot like fire/fire as you end up attracting a lot of attention and collecting debt badges but once you get some defense it becomes a beast. And the animation is ugly on Neutron Bomb but it is not 3 seconds. the 1.8 seconds is correct but if you are a ways away it does take a while to get to its target much like ball lightning (but with an extra half second added to the cast time because reasons).
  17. It starts off at giving 3% resists all the time to everything so right there it is handy. After you start taking damage it adds more resistance up to +10% when you are very low on health. Not sure if the scaling cap is on top of the 3% or included. The way it reads it sounds like the bonus starts at 0 and scales to 10 so it is possible that you go anywhere from 3% to 13% depending on your health. But even if it is just 3 - 10% it is still pretty decent to have.

  21. It is random but still helps a ton. If you get lucky in large spawns you can go from "omg I'm about to detoggle" to "omg I have a full endurance bar"
  22. Seems like an attack chain that would hit em all, mix it up and keep them on their toes.
  23. So finally got home, went to test server and slotted purple set in my tier 1 power and hopped on a flashback to drop me to level 9. Average damage listed was 37.82. Then I took them all to +5 and it went up to 39.52 so about a 4 and a half percent increase. So yes the boosting does also affect the enhancement values when you exemplar down in levels and not just at lvl 50.
  24. What version of pines? Sounds like ML is correct. The check for updates in the tool itself does not always work properly. Check on the forums under tools and utilities for a link to the most recent version.
  25. Can it farm? Yes. Will it be efficient? No.
