Adding some of the unique IO enhancements and the accolades would likely help while leveling (if you don't have them already). Do you need tough? While I can't speak to /Bio, /Fire is actually a solid choice to par with Stone/. Damage toggle, excellent AoE, heal and end recovery.

While I would prefer new, I think we might at best get new concepts with same design & repurposed graphics.

Rather than pacifist, an "observer" might be more achievable.

Looking for synergies: Getting a heal in a primary can help a secondary without a heal. example: Dark/Super Reflexes Getting defense in a primary can help a secondary that focuses on resist, regen ,or stack with a defense focused secondary. example: Broad Sword/Bio Focusing on AoE powers. example: Elec/Shield It is hard to go wrong with stalkers. Play what is fun.

At volume, just sell the 2M +/-, there will be plenty of higher value converts that just happen. Glad folks have explained how to be more targeted for better results. Specific recipes and level ranges do have a big impact on results. No I didn't, and No it's not. The dev effort for pushing the demarcation line from 45 to 50 is a non-issue. As a counter balance, allowing Alpha to be the exception, is the effort involved. Result: No change for level 50 teams or level 50 +4/8. Incarnates would benefit from alpha when malefactoring or exemplaring. Powers like judgement wouldn't show up in level 49 and below content. Should it apply to level 50 +0/8 and below? Maybe. That might be a preferred point of demarcation.

Yep. I think I posted this previously: Alpha should be available in more content (like a purple enhancement), beyond Alpha should be limited to level 50 and above content.
