  4. One character that could help "the best Solo Char for doing Missions on +4/8 with AVs and everything".. a pocket emp named Bawlin Chain.. (I haven't played this way for ages) Interesting the focus 4x8 solo, it is. (yep that's a bit of yodaese https://www.yodaspeak.co.uk/index.php) Seriously though, is the request only for level 50 content? Do the suggestions work for the many lower level arcs?

Crossbows for Archery sets Some color for Granite.. lava or crystals really don't make sense for a power named granite Weaponless animations for non-weapon specific powersets Weapon in hand animations for brawl, boxing, etc for weapon wielding sets (Broad Sword, Katana, Dual Blades, etc) Weapon in hand animations for part time weapon power sets (Ice Melee, Fire Melee, Stone Melee, etc.) More whips (+ chain whips) Sai claws or dual blades option Throwing daggers, sai, etc. Lots of good mentions already. Trying not to repeat. Apologies for any repeats. Steam punk options for Traps Something for Kinetics.. something.. though I know not what to suggest.

  12. There are a lot of stalker sets that can be "tough as nails". Some lean toward autopilot others are more active. If you don't mind being active, it's Regen. Just my opinion, but, it's always going to be Regen. (pair it with whatever, nerfs be damned) A high recharge Regen is the definition of taking hits and shrugging them off. 1600% regeneration on 160% max HP 1/2 time Shadow Meld Placate, optional MoG, or Phaseshift (really it is user error getting spiked on a Regen) Just find some defense and oh my my.. (see hint in spoiler). If you want more autopilot I agree Invulnerability is pretty solid as is Shield A surprise mention may be Ice Armor. (has the debuff resistance many are missing {a late game consideration}).
  13. Nice. Depending on your usage of Moment of Glory, you could slide some slots around and push the non Instant Healing regeneration up or chase some multi-target damage. I might suggest moving the healing uniques to Health and adding some heal to Fast Healing and Integration. (non Instant Healing regeneration 492 to over 600)

M a y b e this will help: Set Bonuses and Exemplaring When a character exemplars down to a lower level access to set bonuses (and Global IOs that function as set bonuses) is based on the level of the Enhancement and not the power they are slotted in. Exemplaring more than three levels below the level of the Enhancements renders the set bonuses non-functional. However as long as the character does not exemplar more than three levels below the level of the Enhancement the set bonuses are retained even if the power they are slotted in is unavailable. Very Rare IOs and PvP IOs are exempt from this rule, the set bonuses function regardless of what level the character is exemplared to. Attuned Enhancements change their level based on the character's current Combat Level so the set bonuses will only shut off if the character exemplars more than three levels below the minimum level allowed for the Enhancement.

  18. Final thoughts. Fear and Stun increase with the inclusion of the other set on our characters. Maybe I am thinking of it all wrong: Oppressive Gloom for 0.08 end/sec effectively adds +2 magnitude Disorient to all of our other powers. Some of which don't have % checks for Disorient. (Hand Clap, Stun, Thunder Strike, etc.) Stunning a boss is 4 mag. Elite bosses are 6. We can also see why the took away the de-toggling for stuns. Fear is 3 mag for bosses.. and Cloak of Fear effectively provides more defense than Maneuvers in the form of -acc. It's the pairing that we choose, that can benefit from one aspect or another of Dark Armour's utility. Mental note, Stuns look wicked cheap, almost free. Fun fact - 2 simultaneous Soul Transfers should be able to overcome the purple patch and stun everything within 25' possibly for over 20 secs.

  20. While not exactly helpful.. that was hilarious. @Cradicias cones can be made into AoEs by jumping (you may already be aware)
  21. The description should indicate specifically how it works. If the description does not have "when hidden" it likely does not activate when hidden. (I don't spend too much time actually hidden in combat but 'they' may have a good point)
