Sniped.. two days isn't sniped, but I'd like to reiterate. On Live: Renaming a character with a used name results in an error and the timer is reset. This is a very fast way to reset those timers. Correct, this does not happen on Beta. Whatever the difference is could be missed or unexpected when going live. If it is known and on a list somewhere, swell.

BF, Is there one of the four Custom Enemy bullet points that would be okay? Or is there one that is the worst part of the change? Custom Enemy Changes Power point values for all Custom Enemy powers have been normalized. Some powersets in the same category were set below standard point values and some were set above. This means existing AE arcs may need adjusting if any custom enemies were using the bare-minimum power selection for max rewards with powersets that were above the standard values for that type. Custom Enemy powers that require the target be grounded are no longer calculated as ranged attacks for point value purposes. All Custom Enemy ranged attacks have a minimum range of 80ft. *Realizing we are asked not to debate with other players* -
My understanding is that pulling over the cap targets will still spill aggro onto a team. When taunt is used, which mobs are in the cap should shuffle based on when the re-evaluate happens. (maybe this allows a tank to hold more than the cap.. briefly) This I look forward to solo.

These changes look encouraging for player created content. Excited to see what players can come up with for interesting new enemies. *Gasp* Actually, the changes that look to be impactful to 'AE farming' lean toward being fairly reasonable and seem to respect that there are players who enjoy these activities. Proposed changes could have or maybe should have been much stronger, could have easily been an over correction, or even killed these activities outright. With the number of claims seen on "farming a T4 50 in _ hours" & "make ________ infamy per hour", what did folks think would happen? -

I applaud anything that rewards some level of tactical awareness. Gently encouraging players to be familiar with their own weaknesses and recognize priority targets seems fair (while not requiring it outside the most difficult content). We're all familiar with sappers. A smidge more of that, but not as effective, should be more engaging. This small change merely takes a small step in that direction. Sure, unless this cleans up some messiness AND can open up some interesting design options as enemy groups increase in level OR as players change difficulties. Maybe a bit better than simply larger and larger bags of HP. -

breathe folks, it's likely okay. general feedback = WOW, this is gonna take a bit to digest. Kudos to the team!! That is definitely a 'plethora of long-time feature requests'. -
Spoilers (Beta) if folks feel the urge to help Beta could use some testers. (granted this is testing for bugs and such, not so much major tweaks.. unless something is wrong)

I think I agree. The AoE buff, plus the ATO procs & some IO uniques.. so strong. Gauntleted Fist: Recharge/Chance for +Absorb Might of the Tanker: Recharge/Chance for +Res(All) Reactive Defenses: Scaling Damage Resistance Shield Wall: Teleportation Protection, +Res(All)

Tankers too strong or just about right? Just never feel at risk.. The Tanker shown in the tiny gif (it was dancing in front of mobs in RWZ) is just a Fiery Aura and groups of 54s don't tickle enough to use it's heal. (no Incarnates, with S/L def at 21, Melee at 28) Any resist that is over 75% goes to ~90% by 1/2 health.
