  1. Tried it with a veteran level 50 and still couldn't change anything but costume. I looked up Cosmetic Surgeon on the wiki and it says something about a super booster: https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Cosmetic_Surgeon Can you do another video showing how to unlock the Cosmetic Surgeon for your base?
  2. I've been told that a cosmetic surgeon (edit height, build, etc.) can be added to the base. I've been assured that the Facemaker NPC does the job. However, I've tried two different bases with the Facemaker and neither one will edit the body. Can anyone help?
  3. The Facemaker NPC does not do cosmetic surgery (height, body, etc.) Is there a cosmetic surgeon NPC?
  4. In Mind Control, Telekinesis won't accept set IOs. Mids showed me that. For someone desperately seeking Sus... I mean "set bonuses," that was a problem.
  5. How do I tell the difference between T1, T2, T3, etc? This is my first MMO! edit: Also, the only experience I've really had so far with Subdue is the word "Missed!" floating above the target.

  8. These powers seem similar to me based on the description/detailed info. Dominate is more accurate and faster but does less damage and range. And etc. I think Subdue only has an 80% chance of Hold where Dominate seems to be automatic. As a level 42 with no enhs, my experience is that Subdue hits far less often than Dominate. It seems taht Subdue can be skipped if you have Dominate. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

  14. However it's implemented, please make the option for the player to turn off power effects for their own perspective of their toon...? In other words: the player can't see their own toon's power effects but everyone else can.
  15. On the Mind/Psy/Psy I find that perma-Domination can be achieved comfortably at 110% global recharge. This is done with Domination on auto-fire and a little management of the Hasten power. I haven't gotten beyond 110% yet... 😞

  18. Yes. I turned off exp for the first option and set the second option to no exp/double infl. And I still accumulated Incarnate exp.
  19. Can an option be added in the Menu > Options > General tab > Misc section that toggles Incarnate exp on/off the same way regular exp is? Edit: Can we also have a feature at the P2W agent to turn off all Incarnate salvage (similar to turning off drops?)

  23. I'm building the Gravity Control/Time Manipulation/Primal Forces Mastery proc monster. In the build, the only Incarnate power shown is Intuition Radial Paragon. What other Incarnate powers should I get? Thank you for the build! It works amazingly!
