I'm building the Gravity Control/Time Manipulation/Primal Forces Mastery proc monster. In the build, the only Incarnate power shown is Intuition Radial Paragon. What other Incarnate powers should I get? Thank you for the build! It works amazingly!

Click-bait?! My OP was informative for new players (like myself) who are unfamiliar with the Winter event! So, there! Lol! I want to collect the candy canes salvage, but I don't know which AE mission my group participated in to get 'em! -

On the toon select screen, can we have more information available? Maybe a pop-up that shows the toon's stats or something? In-game, can we have an easier way to see how much infl a toon currently has?

The Broadcast spamming in Atlas Park is what prompted me to start learning to separate my tabs. LFG has it's own tab. Broadcast has it's own tab. The alleged "Help" channel has it's own tab. The Consignment House has it's own tab, but I shortened the name to "Auction" so it would fit. NPC is another channel. Rewards is a channel. I took these things out of Global so that what happens in Global stays in Global. I also have a tab called "Raids" which includes the Team, Local, League, Request, and PM channels. I use that channel for Hami and MSR. -

Whoops! I didn't say that to be discouraging! It's likely that Candy Cane salvage will be easy to achieve because of the time frame. It's the beginning of Nov! We have a while, yet! Happy holidays! -
Winter! Yay! Candy Keeper is setting up his stand across the street from Ms. Liberty in Atlas Park. He's already open, though! Yay! I'm picking up candy canes from regular salvage. It looks like it will take 175 candy canes (per toon!?) to get all the past badges and 130 more to collect the recipes! Yay! Candy canes will appear next to all of that Halloween salvage you forgot about in the Event tab of your Salvage window! Lol! Winter is coming!

My Dominator has the Psionic Assault set and uses the TK Thrust power (which has KB.) She works best on teams. There are times when KB can be useful. Knocking enemies into a corner so that the Storm Summoning player can pin them down with Hurricane, for instance. Generally though, KB is a nuisance. It would be nice to toggle between them. -

My assumption was that the use of the name "Juggarnaut" was simply as a descriptor to help the audience get a general idea of the shape/type of the suggested helmet. I had no impression of intentional abuse.

Quite a few of the sets with procs have +recharge, don't they? So that means that it's better to 5-slot (max) from "proc'd" sets and use their procs elsewhere? But then, you would still be limited to proc'ing powers without enh'd or Alpha'd +recharge, right?! Can't... compute! Too... much... MATH!!!! Augh! (scream chokes off!) But seriously, is that correct? If you have +rech in an enh in a power then the proc you also put in it is automatically penalized? This would include IOs, TOs, etc with +rech? So Proc-Monsters/Proc-Stars are even tougher than we dared imagine? -

This might help clarify things: Mezmera doesn't use Pines/Mids/etc. At all. -
The team you are a part of must do at least 10% damage to whatever enemy is being attacked in order to qualify for any rewards. During normal missions with your super group this happens automatically because all enemies are defeated by your team. When attacking with a league against GMs, this becomes a matter of strategy. My first guess is that the teams you're joining are not participating enough in the attack. I always begin rallying my team as soon as the banners appear (whether I'm team lead or not.) Usually by the second appearance of banners, everyone on the team has all badges. Edit: It's also important that you attempt to earn every badge every time you play banners to help newcomers too.

Why not create a way to pawn a toon's badges? Not sell, of course! It's lore-friendly, right? I'm sure I saw it in a comic somewhere...

Thank you! Edit: The hex version of the build and the "Click this Datalink to open the build" are different from the version shown above. At level 30, the build shown above has Mighty Leap. But neither the download link or the hex version have the Mighty Leap power!?!?!

I was wanting a proc monster build for my Storm Summoning/Electrical Blast Defender, but the SS/Dark Blast doesn't fit very well... (redacted to prevent confusion to players looking for similar build!) ...any help would be appreciated!
