I have a metric frak-ton of IO recipes I simply don't know what to do with, so I feel your pain.

The only issue I've had with moderation in these forums, and this has been long before you've been here so it's not directed solely at you, is the unwillingness to rein in the non-stop shitposters -- the people who do nothing but troll, harass, and antagonize other posters. They bring nothing of value to this forum yet are allowed to continue seemingly unabated. Their actions actively dissuade other people from posting because they know whatever they say is going to result in a dogpile.

Not arguing any of these points, but's it's the bits outside the tutorial aspects (which honestly I don't mind) that are too long, e.g. the multiple Manticore missions. I'm not saying any of the arc is bad, just overly long.

Hami-O type damage/mez enhancements will buff both. There are more than 2 Ice Control powers that do damage tho. Chilblain, Block of Ice, Frostbite, Ice Slick, and Flash Freeze do damage. There are also a few hold IOs that do proc damage: Neuronic Shutdown, Ghost Widow's Embrace, Unbreakable Constraint, and Gladiator's Net.

It is a fun arc, tho IMO at times it feels like it runs a bit too long.

Some special IOs only work while the power is active while others are on all the time even if the power is off. LotG and Karma KB protection are always-on. Stealth IOs and Kismet +Accuracy are examples of ones that are only active while the power is on. IOs that work this way should say so in the description. If these IOs are put into an auto power they are essentially always on. If put in a toggle they are on only when the toggle is running and will stop working as soon as the toggle is deactivated. If put into a click power they will work for 120 seconds after the power is activated.

It's very interesting to see who are insisting toxic positivity is an issue here versus those who are genuinely scratching their heads over it. Very very interesting. But not at all surprising.

They're all like this unfortunately. They run all over the place, sometimes following you, sometimes not. AFAIK they've always been like this too. Not sure if it's by design or just buggy AI.

Very cool. I think I'm going to try it on my Galaxy Tab S6 just for fun. Yeah, I assumed you needed a keyboard and mouse, can't see how one would play without it.

Anyone have a good build for Merc/Traps? I've been playing this character and honestly it's pretty fun. I admittedly don't have a lot of MMs so I'm in a bit of uncharted territory. Currently level 39 with mostly common IOs and a few global IOs. Dunno if I'm willing to invest hundreds of thousands of INF into him, but I wouldn't mind seeing what people have come up with.
