I went with Psionic just because I didn't feel that great on the others and Link Minds helps further solidify my defenses. Slotting could be moved around to get Link Minds perma, but Incarnates will also help with that. This is what I did with my Fire/ea/psy. I've done EA across 4 ATs with only one not at 50 and they are at 45, so I feel rather comfortable in building one. Brian Blaze - Sentinel (Fire Blast - Energy Aura).mbd

Best way to help lower-level players in-game?

I see Frostfire being run decently enough. I aim to unlock it on any new character. Seeing a lower level team being run is also not out of the question. I'm not saying they are being run every time I log in, but I do see them run often. I know I saw a lower level team being run this morning. 35-50 can be be done on the casual in a couple of weeks. Getting to 35 isn't that difficult. I can cakewalk hitting 15 much of it solo on a Sat/Sun. -

At the end if the day, I think the simple factor is if someone is using a 12k uncommon to convert to a LotG IO, then that extra cost seems minimal considering what the IO goes for on the market. The longer the game goes, the more on-hand wealth the player base has. What's 12k when you profit anyway? -

Unless you are soloing, I don't find it really useful defense. As Snarky mentioned, you are out of the zone of getting buffed or supported in general. Losing aggro might be neat, but I would rather be in range of various buffs.

1. I would team with lower level teams versus running level 50 missions. I have seen various fully IOed out Level 50s joining missions like Frostfire and that helps out a ton. I've seen someone consistently do it as a Tanker. I haven't really picked a Level 50 for this, but I might use my Time/rad Defender after I get them to 50. You get your primary by 21 with being exempted and for that build Rad is going to make lower level people hit more often. 2. Drop Level 50 common IO recipes instead. Those are worth way more and you aren't likely using them anyway. -

I don't think I have ever gained so much salvage that I needed to delete the common stuff without taking a break and thus dumping stuff in my base. Granted, I might do all of 2-3 runs. I might have done 4 or so a couple of times. Even before recent changes, I think 5 tunnel runs in an hour would be my max, and I simply don't have the tolerance for doing that stuff for over an hour. Not when I can plow through (farmable) regular missions. While yes, AFK farming is a thing, and I work from home, I prefer dual boxing and that tends to go against AFK farming. FYI, based on current yellow salvage pricing, it simply has spiked far too much to say the market inefficiency is causing the issue. -
You are using Electrifying Fences to keep mobs in place when you use things like Burn.

I think either work as if you are soloing AVs. You are using things like Envenom Daggers anyway. The only place an AV might be required would be for a TF and in all honestly so many are speed runs I doubt you could do some of them quicker playing solo. You would just be doing them at your own pace. If you are looking at TFC badges, outside of Synapse, those are all done in 30-40 minutes on any decent team. I say roll a Brute as that's the forum you came to. You might find out you don't like the powersets or AT anyway. I personally find Psionic a bit quirky and Shield absolutely blooms late.

I never read the graphic novel, but based on Charlie from Emergency Awesome he even said a 5th season would be the max. Despite the popularity of the show, at some point you have to stay within range of the source material or risk the quality tanking. I think that's why they are doing a spin-off.

I think the casting is great. I don't know the source material though. It should go without saying that Chadwick Boseman for Black Panther should get a nod.

Tactics also covers Perception, Confuse, and Fear. That's outright End Game 101. I'm pretty much putting that in all of my builds. I had a Savage/dark Tanker I liked and was dual boxing with a Savage/rad Brute. While I understand why I rerolled the Brute onto my main account, I'm not sure why I got rid of the Tanker. I should really redo that build even if as a Brute.

For kicks and giggles. This is just a one time pass through, so by no means would I consider this to be a final build. I would at minimum prefer better recovery/end drain, but you do have Consume. I normally do slot -Res procs, so I can see adding those in even if you lose out on some mitigation, see IS. A second pass through would fix that and maybe getting to 8+ KB Mag. Again, this is one way to do it. Def debuffs will still be an issue. You can partly cover this with Incarnates as also getting more End. I can see getting less Def values with pumping up Res for non S/L/F. Note, the build becomes stupid good for when Shadow Meld is up. Incarnates can push that to being closer to being up half the time. You could add in purples for more recharge to get it closer as well. Staff FA - Scrapper (Staff Fighting - Fiery Aura).mbd

Weird, that doesn't show Health or Stamina slotting. You don't need to three slot Hasten. Two level 50 Recharges boosted to +5 works. There are no Reactive Defenses: Scaling Resist, Shield Wall: 5% Resist, nor Steadfast Protection: 3% Def. I don't see any KB protection. I would skip on Hover/Fly and go with SJ for travel and use that extra pick and some other changes in powers to grab Tough/Weave as that will be a bigger boon in making the build sturdy versus adding things in like Hover which offers lesser Def numbers. Def soft cap is 45%. Harder to get for Res based builds, but you primarily want it high in S/L. Note, Firery Armor has no DDR, so if something debuffs Def, that Def goes away. Scrapper cap for Resist is 75%. You absolutely want it higher than 57%. I can get a Def based armor to 65% S/L Resist.

- Three slotting Recharge in Hasten is overkill. Just +5 two of them and you are good to go. You can switch the extra slot to Fireball and slot in a Annihilation: Chance for -Res Debuff. - If this is truly for Fire Farms, you don't need KB protection. - You also don't need that many 6-slot bonuses and more so using purples. Take out a D/R and add in a Damage or -Res Proc. - You can do a single slot in Aim and move those slots to add a slot for a damage proc to Fire Breath - Use the extra slots for Slow sets in Siphon Speed. There's room for two damage procs there. Number wise you have things covered. It's just trying to sort of just how much freedom Kin gives you in building it. -
