For kicks and giggles. This is just a one time pass through, so by no means would I consider this to be a final build. I would at minimum prefer better recovery/end drain, but you do have Consume. I normally do slot -Res procs, so I can see adding those in even if you lose out on some mitigation, see IS. A second pass through would fix that and maybe getting to 8+ KB Mag. Again, this is one way to do it. Def debuffs will still be an issue. You can partly cover this with Incarnates as also getting more End. I can see getting less Def values with pumping up Res for non S/L/F. Note, the build becomes stupid good for when Shadow Meld is up. Incarnates can push that to being closer to being up half the time. You could add in purples for more recharge to get it closer as well. Staff FA - Scrapper (Staff Fighting - Fiery Aura).mbd

Weird, that doesn't show Health or Stamina slotting. You don't need to three slot Hasten. Two level 50 Recharges boosted to +5 works. There are no Reactive Defenses: Scaling Resist, Shield Wall: 5% Resist, nor Steadfast Protection: 3% Def. I don't see any KB protection. I would skip on Hover/Fly and go with SJ for travel and use that extra pick and some other changes in powers to grab Tough/Weave as that will be a bigger boon in making the build sturdy versus adding things in like Hover which offers lesser Def numbers. Def soft cap is 45%. Harder to get for Res based builds, but you primarily want it high in S/L. Note, Firery Armor has no DDR, so if something debuffs Def, that Def goes away. Scrapper cap for Resist is 75%. You absolutely want it higher than 57%. I can get a Def based armor to 65% S/L Resist.

I've uploaded build files to the forum for the current version, so that should be doable.

[mids build] Fire/Kin Corr primarily for fire farm
Without_Pause replied to KhralumFarm's topic in Corruptor
- Three slotting Recharge in Hasten is overkill. Just +5 two of them and you are good to go. You can switch the extra slot to Fireball and slot in a Annihilation: Chance for -Res Debuff. - If this is truly for Fire Farms, you don't need KB protection. - You also don't need that many 6-slot bonuses and more so using purples. Take out a D/R and add in a Damage or -Res Proc. - You can do a single slot in Aim and move those slots to add a slot for a damage proc to Fire Breath - Use the extra slots for Slow sets in Siphon Speed. There's room for two damage procs there. Number wise you have things covered. It's just trying to sort of just how much freedom Kin gives you in building it. -

Oddly enough its AoE is worse. -

I tend to get a build to 50 and then move on. I don't have that many 50s who have really delved into Incarnates. I recently dusted off one, and found I enjoyed it a ton, so I am working on getting it T4ed.

I don't have a build for you, but I would suggest taking a look at Rad or even Energy for an armor over Fire as both of those will be a bit more newbie friendly. Energy will lack the offensive side of things, but it will be the sturdiest of the list.

I think the problem for Marvel at some point is going to be finding replacement actors in case they need the original hero versus one of the variations. I'm also listing ones which haven't been done. Hugh Jackman - Wolverine Chris Hemsworth - Thor Patrick Stewart - Professor X Ian McKellen - Magneto Ryan Reynolds - Deadpool There are a few others right on that verge for me as well. Daredevil/Hulk. Honestly, Marvel as been batting so incredibly well in the casting department.

I named mine Chasing Fireworks. I was thinking of using the word 'future' for a possible Time character so that might be something to play around with.

Golden Dragonfly (This needs to be Single Target Damage)
Without_Pause replied to Solarverse's topic in Stalker
So Stalkers should only function the way that you want to play them. Got it. I'm on the flip side. Removing the AoE in various sets limits the amount of Stalkers I would want to play. There's zero reason for MA to have literally no AoE. No one needs a whole melee set of ST attacks when in reality an end game build needs like 3-4 of them. You sure as hell don't need 6. -
First weekend. Just a group of us running missions and hanging out in old school Hollows. I was just blown away by the experience.

Scrappers get a bigger boost out of +dmg so they will get a bigger boost from Against All Odds. Scrapper vs. Brute is mostly do you prefer more damage versus being sturdier? If both can handle the same mission, then the Scrapper will complete it faster. At least for my EA builds, my Brute currently has 10% more S/L Resist and 100% or so more Regen, and that Regen is based off a bigger HP pool. I do need to do a minor tweak with the Scrapper version.

I got 73.78% Recharge on my slotting. One could simply add in a Recharge/End Mod on the build I posted to calk walk making it perma. You could likely lose about 10% recharge and still be in the clear. One still has to aggressively pursue Recharge bonuses though. I have yet to find a way to make it perma on my Fire/time Controller without Incarnates in a way I am happy with, and that's with 3 purple sets and two slotted Hasten. I haven't found a 6th slot I'm happy with to give it the possible recharge, and I'm doing the same Alpha anyway.
-
Build isn't done as I even have one slot to place, but here's an example of one of my Time builds. This currently uses two purple recipes and 2-slotted Hasten in order to get CS's recharge down to 90.84 seconds. I can swap in another purple set to get it under 90 seconds, but I'm not sure using purples is what I would call 'easy.' That's potentially adding about 200 million to a build just right there, and I tend to aim for 500 total. At one point the build had CS's recharge even lower, but I keep tweaking things. Irradikate - Defender (Time Manipulation - Radiation Blast).mbd

FYI, to make CS perma in the builds I have been doing Mid's shows global recharge in the area of 200%. I have three purple sets in my Fire/time Controller and I need Incarnates to hit actual perma CS.

At the end of the day Time offers more utility than what FF does. Yes, FF offers more Def, but since players are already building for that, I would rather take something with more options.
-
They took both. I feel like a number of Time builds slot for End in CS, but I went 5-slot Panacea on two of mine. Def numbers on yours are stupid high, and I ran into the same issue with my Time/rad Defender. Mine were high enough on my Fire/time Controller to peel back some and go for other things. I have a Ill/dark and my only issue is clear speed if I want to deal with larger mobs. I even saw how much it bogs down at x5. But yeah, an Ill/time to going to be insanely good. I started to replay my Ill/dark and instantly though it might outright fire my desire to play certain other builds. You could see about switching out the ATO from Spectral Terror and slotting that with Could Senses. Recharge comes in at a 4-slot set bonus and there is the damage proc so you won't really lose out on having enough recharge when moving things around. You add in damage and there is no real issue with duration loss considering its default duration and your recharge on it.

Full Procs vs. Limited Procs: A Pylon DPS Comparison

I know Shockwave is great DPA for Claws, but it isn't even needed for a ST attack chain. -
Spine/fire Brute done with a cheap build. This should be a bit obvious. 1. This build isn't meta anymore. 2. It isn't even the meta before the last changes to /fa. 3. I really don't do farming. I only do it in spots. 4. And if I did, I have a Rad/fire. Before I recently decided to look at what it still had on it, it had been over 500 days since I logged on it. It is the only level 50 which made me genuinely debate deleting it.

Gang/Turf War TF with Family vs. Tsoo. You could even make a red and blue side versions which determine the outcome of the war.

honoroitisfantastic whats your most pressing issue?

An Echo TF involving the Echo versions of zones. There are whole zones sitting there empty outside of the token person going there for badges. -

Street Justice is labeled as Brawling. Import form needs to be formatted better. I believe the comment field isn't labeled as such. The drop down menu doesn't look like one. There is no spacing between that field and the Import button. You should have your labels for an input field outside of the white area as that looks like it is part of the input field when it isn't. -
Ah. To be fair, they are on the rare side. Once I finish off the build I'll have to hunt down the blue side arc. I think I might remember a red side map for them, but I haven't done it with an EA Brute yet.

I've soloed Arachnos at x8. End drain and Psy are far bigger issues than Toxic. You can take a build with resistance to end drain and get a mission with nothing but Mu and be begging on your knees for End. I feel like the worst place for Toxic is on the Posi TFs since they are so low level and you have so little of your build devoted to even partial mitigation against it. Thankfully those are done on teams and on a lower diff setting.
