  1. I was scrolling down and saw I had missed replies to this. I would argue that the proc in Transfusion isn't that great because it will be off of a single target, and additional end shouldn't be that much an issue for a Kin. Even if you switched to the other set, the damage proc is only hitting one target. I would at least go 4 slots on it without a proc because the heal really is just that big.
  2. My Time/rad build isn't done, and the character is all of 32, but I have Health single slotted with the Miracle proc and then the typical two slotted Stamina with PS: End Mod and the proc. Time already have a power which offers +End. Hell, my Fire/time Controller has the same slotting and that uses way more end.
  3. For secondaries, you want to look for ones which offer +Recharge to help hit the needed recharge. DB doesn't offer much in mitigation so sturdier secondaries would work better. Thankfully those are the ones which offer the +Recharge.
  4. More AoEs means bigger mobs which in turn means more drops. If on a team, it means faster clear times. I'm pretty much at the point of skipping on any attack set which has a single AoE. No set needs that many ST attacks. End game attack chains can be 3-4 ST attacks. You sure as hell don't need 6-7. Case in point, non-Stalker Claws can use all of 5 powers to have a ST attack chain and one for AoE. I'm not 100% sure for a Stalker as I refuse to play Claws without Spin, but I still assume the first two attacks won't factor into an end game build in terms of usage so in theory it should still work, but again, I haven't even looked up the numbers. For those scoring at home, FU, Slash, Focus, Spin, and Shockwave. Even Brutes and Tankers with the longer recharge on Spin can still pull it off. My Scrapper got SBed, and my attack chain was FU and Spin. Mu ha ha ha.
  5. If you are going to be hands off on the defender, how important is a spammable heal for the Defender needed? I ask because Poison with Venomous Gas would be nice to have on auto-follow. Poison also doesn't require a lot of powers to make it work.
  6. You wrote in way to imply FS had +Recharge. You wrote in a way to imply Siphon Speed added ToHit. If you can't see that, then that's on you.
  7. Been thinking of Snarky's replies to questions on Dark Melee And Armor questions while coming across certain situations lately. 1. The most noticeable aspect of not being seen I think comes into play with Nemesis. Those dudes see from way far away. Certainly further away from what a Brute can really counter. 2. As someone who likes to push the diff setting to has high as I can tolerate while soloing, learning what mobs do and certain specific enemies can go a long way in figuring out how to take on mobs.
  8. Incarnates in general are overly good by design though. Alpha can be incredibly helpful depending on the build. Judgement even though merely being a nuke can speed up clear speed for those who care about it. Hybrid Melee can make some builds feel unkillable. It obviously depends on the build, but giving Fire Control access to Hybrid Control feels so near abusive.
  9. Siphon Speed does nothing for to-hit. Plus, you're a Kin, you don't need to stack blues. EDIT: The issue of how many blues needed on had depends upon level and the other set which is being used. A Kin/sonic Defender and Fire/kin Controller are rather different in end usage.
  10. To add, your power selections at 12 and 41 aren't displaying unless I am missing something. I would just upload the file to the forum.
  11. Just play a Kin, skip SB, get on a team, let them know you don't have SB because you don't see the value in it, and see how well that works out for you. As mentioned, FS doesn't do +Recharge.
  12. Transference also needs to hit. I'll also take the +End I have now versus the Transference which might happen and more so only if the Kin is low on End.
  13. I don't really use Cross Punch, but for a SS character it one of the easiest things to add in.
  14. To add, my default is 1-3 slots in Health and 2-3 slots in Stamina depending on if I want the Power Transfer proc in Stamina or not.
  15. Debatable since Controllers offer one thing Corrs don't give Kinetics which it desires, mitigation. Now, I accept in the land of IOs that gets a bit blurry, but being able to AoE mezz a mob makes life a lot easier as a Kin.
  16. You do realize you can take powers earlier than you are correct? See Fulcrum Shift. That can be taken at 30 now. Similar, Tough and Weave are really early. Transfusion needs Acc. Grab one of the Accurate Healing sets. I would grab Siphon Power earlier and leave Maneuvers for later. Hasten could use another slot. Siphon Speed could use some more slotting. More slotting for FS. You want some recharge in there as well. ID is a far better place for the one off Resist IOs which offer +3% Def. Speaking of which, something has to be switched on for your Def stats to be that insane. There has to be an Incarnate or some such thing flipped on to get those numbers. Since I can't directly load your build in, it is hard to say much more.
  17. Fulcrum Shift. Damage caps a team. Speed Boost. +Recharge and the End to go non-stop. One of the only powers actively talked about while a player with said power is on the team. Seeds of Confusion. While not good against single hard targets, it makes mobs irrelevant and is up often enough to where Plant needs little else. Phantom Army. Makes alpha strike irrelevant and more so when made perma.
  18. I 6-slotted Physical Perfection since I wanted the 8.75% Recharge bonus. Granted, once I figure out some numbers that might change.
  19. If you simply drop the crash, then yeah, that's a massive problem. An 80% boost to damage which can stack for a time without a downside would be better than any other self damage boost related power, and it wouldn't be close.
  20. As previously mentioned, Cross Punch adds +Recharge.
  21. This is the only mission I had to turn down soloing pre-level 50 on my EA Brute. I had very little issue with +2/x8 on the arc up to that point. A normal amount of Psy attacks is fine. It's stuff like this mission which overwhelms EA and other builds.
  22. I got a SS/elec to 40 and I thought it was rather solid, but I just found SS boring.
  23. End should be fine with Heat Loss. In terms of self healing, I'll just point out Power Transfer: Chance for Self Heal can go in things like Stamina and Heat Loss.
