  1. Can you clarify this bolded part here? I'm having trouble understanding what you mean. You have to use attacks to clear any sort of encounter, so I'm not sure why you seem to say that needing to use further attacks to get Storm Cell procs is having a negative effect on the experience of the set for you.
  2. The badge is for City of Heroes' anniversary, not Paragon City's.
  3. There is a "one-handed weapon drawn from the hip" animation that would work - it's mostly used by low-level minions to draw knives and daggers. Assuming it works on both Female and Huge models in addition to Male, and a flying version exists, it would work for Broadsword et. al. But just having the animation is only a small piece of the work that would have to be done.
  4. It's "possible" insofar as appropriate animations exist and could even be stitched together to create the look, but still an enormous amount of work to implement.
  5. Unkindness doesn't summon crows, though, it summons ravens. An unkindness is a group of ravens.
  6. It's not really a good substitute, since Aim and equivalents are on a 90s recharge, while Beanbag is on a 20s (now 10s) cooldown. It's a massive reduction in Beanbag's already meager CC potential.
  7. I meant FX-wise. The NPCs' Impervium Armor is a passive, so no FX are tied to it.
  8. So, regarding the idea itself, I don't think it's a bad idea, but I do think there's a whole lot less to work with than, say, IDF/Praetorian Police. Vanguard has a decent variety of attacks, true, but they have nothing that could be an armor toggle for the squishy classes, nothing that would make for good control powers. They have a heavy reliance on weapons, all of which are already available as costume options for the appropriate power sets. In particular, I don't think their signature Claws powers would be feasible for an APP, because I asked Cobalt Arachne (the dev in charge of all the weapon costume stuff) about the possibility of putting multiple weapon costume slot unlocks in an APP, and his answer was, uh, not encouraging. You could make them non-customizable, but that's obviously not ideal. So while I think conceptually, Vanguard is a good fit for a Patron pool, there's just an enormous amount work that would have to be done in order to make it actually happen.
  9. It would've been a mechanically identical pet.
  10. Because we don't want something different. We want Aim. That's literally the reason this post was made.
  11. Mayor Morales has lost sight of what this city and its people need! The citizens and heroes of Paragon City need to see less of him, not more! It’s time for a candidate with a lifetime of public service and serving the needs of all of Paragon’s citizens, not just its wealthiest. Michael White for mayor!
  12. That's only for iTrials and the like. The normal Taunt from Fury is below that, where it executes the Fury Proc Aura power.
  13. Update: Quashed a bug that prevented multiple identical procs from showing up in the final enhancement description.
  14. Even that isn’t that helpful, does that mean it’s +20 to the proc chance, or x 1.2 to the proc chance?
  15. I'd just like to see the following alternate options for colorable costume pieces for VEATS using the Bane/Crab options: Chest: Current: Desired alternate: (Armor plates on the arm take the primary color instead of the secondary) Legs: Current: Desired alternate: (Armor plates take the primary color rather than the secondary) Boots: Current: Desired alternates: (Bodysuit underlay takes the primary color instead of the secondary, with an option to have the foot still take the secondary color)

  16. DP's Swap Ammo doesn't actually increase the damage it does, though. The idea of switching to a damage type that your enemies are weak to is appealing in theory, but in practice it rarely ever makes any difference.
  17. Do you? The set only has 3 single-target attacks, and 5 AoEs.
  18. Oy, the two of you! It does take knockback sets. This is why you test things in-game before you give feedback.
  19. It's because Psychic Scream is in Mental Manipulation.
  20. I think this could maybe be worth investigating; if Mental Blast were the t1 and Dominate Will were the t2, it would be better for proccing with a t2 standard 1.67 cast and 8 second recharge than it is as a t1. The longer cast would fit the animation better, too.
  21. Looks like it went from a Mag 3 Scale 8 stun/hold to: Mag 3 Scale 3.2 stun with no ammo toggled Mag 2 Scale 5 hold with Cryo ammo Mag 3 Scale 2 hold with Incendiary ammo Mag 3 Scale 4 hold with Toxic ammo

  23. If your character is defeated while flying, and gets rezzed by a power like Resurrect or Return to Battle that normally does the "floating, spinning" rez animation, your character will instead do the normal getting up animation instead.
  24. My favorite inspiration hack is to head to exactly 0.499 0.499 0.499 in a zone and use a complicated series of binds and slash commands to slot and delete two different enhancements at the same time, which will pop up a bugged pet renaming window with no character limit, and enter "0x9f9f9f122█████████%%{modus} >-> objects.antimatter_pulse.annihilation%%/" as the name, then use Inner Inspiration with the fourth inspiration column empty, a medium red in the second spot in the first column, and a Super blue in the first spot in the fifth column, which will give you a glitched inspiration that one-shots every enemy mob on the map when used.
