  1. Do you? The set only has 3 single-target attacks, and 5 AoEs.
  2. Oy, the two of you! It does take knockback sets. This is why you test things in-game before you give feedback.
  3. I think this could maybe be worth investigating; if Mental Blast were the t1 and Dominate Will were the t2, it would be better for proccing with a t2 standard 1.67 cast and 8 second recharge than it is as a t1. The longer cast would fit the animation better, too.
  4. Looks like it went from a Mag 3 Scale 8 stun/hold to: Mag 3 Scale 3.2 stun with no ammo toggled Mag 2 Scale 5 hold with Cryo ammo Mag 3 Scale 2 hold with Incendiary ammo Mag 3 Scale 4 hold with Toxic ammo
  5. Fire Blast on Live: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/879445026130776135/1090847482470215760/Pocket_D_2023-03-29_23-44-14.mp4 Versus on Brainstorm: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/879445026130776135/1090847511096332420/Echo_Plaza_2023-03-29_23-31-51.mp4 Mm, that's good stuff
  6. If your character is defeated while flying, and gets rezzed by a power like Resurrect or Return to Battle that normally does the "floating, spinning" rez animation, your character will instead do the normal getting up animation instead.
  7. My favorite inspiration hack is to head to exactly 0.499 0.499 0.499 in a zone and use a complicated series of binds and slash commands to slot and delete two different enhancements at the same time, which will pop up a bugged pet renaming window with no character limit, and enter "0x9f9f9f122█████████%%{modus} >-> objects.antimatter_pulse.annihilation%%/" as the name, then use Inner Inspiration with the fourth inspiration column empty, a medium red in the second spot in the first column, and a Super blue in the first spot in the fifth column, which will give you a glitched inspiration that one-shots every enemy mob on the map when used.
  8. Back before shutdown I had a Mastermind who used Challenge from the Presence pool to keep boss aggro on him and off the pets. I've now tried this strategy again for the first time since Homecoming launched, and oops, Challenge is gone now, and Provoke is the only option. Unfortunately, Provoke sucks for this, because its duration is way lower than Challenge's was*. It's not even a permanent taunt on even-level enemies out of the box. Under Article 1 Heading 4 Subsection 3 of the Cottage Rule, this constitutes a loss of functionality caused by the change of Challenge to Pacify. I propose this be rectified by doubling the duration of the taunt from Provoke on the primary target, while the duration of the taunt on additional targets in the AoE be unchanged. *or its recharge is way longer? can't remember
  9. Update: There are now slots for up to six procs, so you can have a proc in every IO of the set. Go nuts! There's a new "hidden" feature for POWER USERS. Click on this little arrow in the top-right corner to unhide the rightmost columns on the sheet. The new IO Strength Override box will let you force the tool to treat each IO as if it has fewer aspects than you actually entered, resulting in stronger enhancement values. This is specifically for when you want to treat multiple different aspects as one aspect, like how the Universal Travel sets treat Run Speed, Flight Speed, Jumping, and Range all as one aspect for the purpose of determining the strength of the enhancement values. By default, the Total Enhancement Aspects will not include these "extra" aspects, but you can uncheck the checkbox marked "Include in Total?" to get the full lowdown on your cheater-y IOs.
  10. Not really parity or oversight. Defenders didn't have ice power sets when APPs were first added in Issue 3, so they didn't get an ice APP. When APPs were proliferated in Going Rogue, Corruptors simply got access to all the existing Defender pools. And adding new APPs has been, for whatever reason, very low priority for the various dev teams in the game's history.
  11. There's nothing to stack. There's only one first target whenever you use the power, so you can't get that bonus more than once.
  12. Vahzilok aren't even undeads, they're Frankensteins
  13. I think that's the sound for crafting an enhancement, not combining them. OP, I think you're looking for happy2.ogg for the success sound, and reject3.ogg for the failure sound. Both in data > sound > Ogg > FrontEnd. happy2.ogg reject3.ogg
  14. This would actually be incredibly easy to create; took me less than a minute in an image editor to create this: Far more time was spent finding, extracting, and repacking the files to put it in the game. To make it really official, a dev would have to spend some more time making it appear as its own option, rather than just replacing the standard Brief pattern as I've done. I'd say, if you really want more selections like this to be added to the game, bug the devs to create a more efficient pipeline for adding player-created contributions to the game. Right now any time they want to do that it's a whole ad-hoc process every time with lawyers because they have to avoid legal problems with IP further down the line. And if you're fine with just using what I created here, and replacing the standard Brief pattern for only you to see, put this file: hips_Brief.texture in these folders: in your Coh: Homecoming install folder (creating the folders as you go if they don't exist).
  15. From the public testing Discord: (Captain Nobody is Captain Powerhouse, he likes to change his name on the server semi-frequently)
  16. From the mouths (typing hands) of the devs themselves, who have to hear all of our feedback.
  17. Sadly, the devs are very reluctant to make more extensive use of the popup server tray, for two reasons. One, a lot of players hate seeing the thing appear. Two, and more importantly, those 9 slots are it. There's currently no way to get more of them to show up, so if a player manages to fill up all nine slots at once, any additional powers that would get put there are simply inaccessible without /pow_exec. So, it's unfortunately very unlikely they'd be willing to have one power use up 5 of the slots at once (or even 2 slots, if the flyposes were put in a popmenu).
  18. It sounds like you guys are talking about buffing regen.
  19. The AFK logout timeout was implemented entirely because people would AFK in high-population areas like Atlas Park. Lots of people doing this would make lower-end machines chug when attempting to approach these areas, because of all the extra polygons that needed to be pushed with more player characters standing around. In instanced missions that naturally isn't a concern.
  20. It's just one of those weird paradoxes of CoH. We can produce all the numbers in the world that show that attacks consume much more endurance than toggles, yet it's undeniable that it just feels like toggles are the major source of endurance problems. Adding another toggle to your build while leveling up seems to increase your endurance woes in a way another attack never does. Perhaps because most toggles don't directly contribute to damage? It's a mystery.
  21. I'd rather they just make it possible to choose what color our name will be if they're going to put work into this feature.
  22. There’s nothing to list, ticks of Healing don’t have a duration. They happen once and then they’re gone.

    APP Spreadsheet

I added links to the City of Data page for each pool on both spreadsheets, so you have easy access to detailed info on the pools straight from the sheets.
