This really upset me. The other day people were talking about how the new female Skulls will spawn with the old Skull Girlfriend NPCs, and that the lesbian Skulls were cool. I said it's the lesbian Hellions you gotta watch out for, and no one got the reference. Then it turned out even I couldn't remember the name of the character that had that bio. I couldn't find it anywhere. Anyone know?

I join a DFB with a level 1 character, I come out at level 7. I join another DFB with another level 1 character, I come out at level... 6? I join a third DFB with a third level 1 character, this time with a 2xp booster (and the understanding that some bug with XP boosters in DFB has been fixed) and I come out at level... 8. What's with the disparity here? DFB always has you fight the exact same number of baddies, so shouldn't the XP you earn be consistent? Why am I seeing it fluctuate so wildly?

Found another bug with the window scaling feature; in addition to messing with the scroll bar in certain windows window scaling is also to blame for a display bug in the badge window. Larger window scales will cause the progress bars for badges to be too large to fit in the window, while smaller scales will cause the progress bars to be smaller than they need to be to fit.

Street Justice for Stalkers loses Rib Cracker for Assassin's Strike. Would it be possible to get the animation and FX for Rib Cracker as a customization option for Shin Breaker? Both attacks have an activation time of 1.33s, so it seems like they should match up.

Task Force starting requirements same as on Live?

All TFs require only one player. And the Cavern of Transcendence no longer requires the glowies to be simul-clicked. But if you're thinking of soloing the Cavern of Transcendence trial, know that the spawns are still set for 8-players teams, so you'll need one heck of a tricked-out lowbie. -

Unfortunately the proc makes the knockback enhancements of the rest of the set wasted, meaning that the official stance is they have to be condemned...

It was changed from selling to deletion for a reason. Something about too many enhancements causing respecs to fail; the patch notes are ambiguous. Regardless, I don't think the auto-sell is coming back.

Also, does the Internet Archive version have any hotlinked images that were being hosted on external sites? The wayback machine version does, that’s how I got my avatar back. Thanks for doing this PK. I’m sure it’ll be a great resource if you can get it working. -

You can put multiple menus into the same file. In fact, I think you have to in order to have multiple custom popmenus.

If you're still using SOs at 50 you've overwritten more inf worth of SOs while leveling up than you're losing from not selling your level 50 IOs.

The tediousness of moving stacks? Also, it'd be great if the slider auto-slid to the stack's current capacity instead of us having to constantly adjust it to correspond to the particular stack quantity. The suggestion is to make salvage take up different amounts of inventory space based on inventory. What's that got to do with what you're talking about?

Well, maybe you're fooling yourself. Putting a different power alongside Serum might follow the letter of the Cottage Rule, but completely ignores the spirit of it. If those two IOs that Mercs can't use are so powerful that the set is strictly inferior for the lack of them, the IOs are probably the outlier and should be nerfed. And I don't think anyone wants the IOs nerfed. Actually I think you're unclear on the spirit of the Cottage Rule. The purpose of the Cottage Rule was always just to not leave existing players feeling bait-and-switched. As long as the original power remains and is not taken away from players who liked it, the Cottage Rule is respected in both letter and spirit. It never had anything to do with balancing. And what is the difference, exactly, to a player who wants Serum but knows it's bad, if the devs simply give up on it and put another power in its place, mutually exclusive with it? If that's the approach they take to add the utility to Mercs that Serum is failing to provide?

I just don't see the point. We can already be really big and really small. Why do we need to be able to be bigger or smaller? It would never be enough to satisfy everyone, someone would always want to go beyond whatever bounds are set.

^ I partially agree with this. Given the fact what HAPPENED to Wade it makes no sense you can see him in game. He's a prisoner of war now. We shouldn't be able to give him an in game /em slap or RP next to him. Now, for the points I dont agree with one bit. Reverting two TFs back to the way they were simply because the older versions were harder, undermining the entire Signature Story Arcs as a whole and lets not forget the fact its been -years- since they've both been been killed and buried. An easy fix for this? Ouroboros, just as the Devs nicely if they could put the old versions of the TFs in Ouroboros because frankly that makes far more sense. They have a lot to do and they do it in their own free time, so I don't see why they should undo things like this after so long. Its insulting to the narrative. I'd personally love to see the older TFs come back in Ouro if the team has time to do it, that would be lovely. But I'd hate to see the new stuff be completely retconned or undone. Darrin Wade is a 20-30 contact. He's not revealed as the mastermind behind Who Will Die until part 4, a 30-40 arc, and he doesn't really start upsetting things until part 5, which is 40-50. As for reverting the STF and LRSF, it doesn't undermine the signature story arc. The TFs simply take place before the events of the signature story arc. If anything, it's the SSA that undermines the TFs, since without Statesman the TFs have less meaningful personal stakes for the contacts, and the last mission of the LRSF is significantly easier, when the whole point of the SF is to be a challenge. And the newer versions of the TFs are definitely retcons, so if you don't want retcons, they're the ones that need to go. I never said anything about the Sister Psyche TF. As for the MLTF, it might be virtually the same as the STF, but if the LRSF were to be reverted it makes no sense to not also revert its counterpart on the hero side.

Her respawn is supposed to only be about 15 minutes, IIRC. That's already very fast.

"By the point of" being the key there - what about before? Not every character is post 50 Incarnates. Anyway, just my opinion. Feel free to disagree. Tough Hide the the tier 8 power for Invul. Level 26 for Tankers, 35 for everyone else.
