I can check but I feel like my lightning storm doesn't scourge. It should.

Not disagreeing, but do any secondary powers scourge? I think a lot of housekeeping is still warranted, but it is probably a huge job.
  3. Ya sleep nade looks bugged again. I havent been a fan of that power since it was a targetted aoe that dropped a patch. It wasn't rolling procs particularly well when the switched the damage to a psuedo-pet, but admittedly I haven't tested that aspect again since they first changed it. Where are you getting 60-80% proc chance from? All patch based controls last the same duration for doms and trollers (ice patch/earthquake/shadowfield etc). In truth a lot of the dom ones simply use the controllers version (ie earth patches), but all of the patches in arsenal (should) be using AT specific versions. If you look at smoke can trollers get a stronger tohit debuff and the base duration of the confuse is a bit longer. It's only when domination is active that the dom version quickly surpasses.
  4. I don't think that is accurate. Sleep nade should do way more base damage on a dom. Granted w/ containment it will hit a bit harder on a troller, but base is like 56 vs 30? arse/storm and /ta are great pairings
  5. I fancy this set on doms as I think it can support a wide array of secondaries and playstyles.
  6. ya it does a decent chunk of aoe damage and then puts them to sleep immediately after. Like an aoe mezmerize if you will. dunno why cannister aggro, it isn't supposed to

Not really, but it was the early days of pylon testing back when breaking 300 dps was a lofty goal and pylons had no psi resistance. I remember noting that it wouldn't stack on the pylon and the build would have been much faster if it did.

I felt the change in stacking immediately on my ill/cold troller far more than the small reduction in strength. The resulting difference of approx 300 dps in pylon testing. ~1160 down to ~860 with the same build . I won't die on this hill but there was a time back on the live servers that it expired after 15 seconds and was only possible to get more duration if you pushed the target out of the rain toward the end.
  9. It also means that even though you'll see "assassins mark" trigger frequently, it actually won't refresh build up in your tray if it is LR/SC causing it. *note this could be outdated as I haven't taken my sav/shield for a spin in awhile.
  10. sleep nade does damage and alerts, so expect retaliation smoke can should not have alerted or aggro'd unless maybe you have a proc slotted in to it? ie. damage proc or the -rech debuff proc from dark watcher?
  11. Haha, my bad. Ya containment damage is new and unique. Be interesting to see if other pets get it and/or if adjustments will be made to dominator pets in the event that such a buff is given to trollers.
  12. My comment was with respect to the taunting aspect now affecting targets with the "raid" tag. Now I'm wondering if I misunderstood what @evetsleepwas referring to.
  13. All other pets that taunt do this
  14. Ya to be clear the builds we posted in that thread are maximized for a single purpose. But you can scale them back 10-15% and still clean house while gaining more utility. You just have to embrace that CC is your protection. It works often, but not all the time. But often enough that trying to shoehorn in a bunch of defense on an AT with 0 as the starting point fails to make sense and is better left to the team to provide. Ill/ma might be a bit more micromanagement if you want to cycle envenom blades on PA, but it still wrecks even if you miss the timing.
  15. Looks like tri-cannon is fixed on test server. Super stoked.
  16. Thanks for confirming. I had to check my medication to ensure I wasn't taking my crazy pills!
  17. I think grounded should do a lot more and reward being on the ground in a much more significant way than merely preventing you from falling over.
  18. I'm no expert on calculating threat, but I do know that cannon has a 1.5 threat and we have a 1.0. If you are sitting somewhat idle it does enough damage to out aggro you with no taunt at all, especially if you've increases its annoyance factor with an interface debuff. Try load up a DA arc and fight a Keyes EB, see if it goes the same or better than nightstar/seige. Going from Protean (works) to Indigo (doesn't work) left me scratching my head at wtf just happened considering I'd only gained a couple levels in between . When I tested nightstar it would shed aggro immediately unless I pinned her and tricannon in a corner touching. then aggro would shift back and forth as long as I attacked slowly from range (which is about what you'd expect from a short duration weak taunt aura, like stripping aggro off a willpower scrapper heh). From range (me and cannon) a single impale will pull her on to me because the ranged attack is failing to cast taunt on that specific enemy. I'll try to upload some vids of it working/not working. I've got family in town for a bit, so playtime is short.
  19. If tanker gauntlet was missing this line of code it would be glaringly obvious. This has just gone unnoticed because very few players ever used blaster gun drone to soak aggro (short duration makes it cumbersome) and the tricannon version it was copied from is new and wasn't thoroughly tested.
  20. Tricannon has 2 different taunts. The 8ft aura is a weak, like a scrapper taunt aura if a scrapper didn't do much attacking. This can taunt up to 4 melee range targets It also has a separate (better) taunt that is single target on its ranged attack. The ranged taunt is currently disabled (missing a line of code present in ALL other applicable taunt powers) that makes it fail against a wide array of enemies that spawn in normal missions. Overpowering the taunt effect is not my concern, it literally isn't doing it to some enemies. In the ITF it will work against Romulus, but not Requiem. They are standing beside each other...
  21. Unsure, but tanker gauntlet has both lines of code in place so should be correctly working
  22. Snipe is snipe. Psi damage can be good/bad in different situations. Cone is slow and a cone, ball lightning is way faster and easier to use. Pet definitely won't turn you into penny Yin! Most take psi for the snipe and harmonic mind. You don't need the latter with /ea Ice might be better, more procs in the snipe, the cone actually hits quite hard.
  23. I've drastically cooled off on arsenal control. It was going swimmingly and I had a great experience doing the doppleganger mission where you stop Protean. Tri-cannon held his aggro well and tanked him nicely as a +1 EB. Things fell off a cliff when I went to villain side and did the Dr. Buzzsaw arc. At one point I had to take down Agent Indigo (+1 EB) and she completely ignored my tri-cannon and puncha-sized my face...for free. I ignored it at the time, but then when unlocking my Patron pools I had to face Dr. Quatrexin (+1 EB) and he also ignored my Tri-Cannon and gave me a face full of his tail whip. Took me a bit to realize what I did wrong (spoiler: nothing). Tri-Cannon is currently set to not taunt a whole host of enemies. To a normal person it will seem arbitrary and random and nonsensical. But it is any enemy with the "raid" tag even though you will run in to many of them in normal missions. In some cases you will encounter a class of enemy that it will work against and then in the same arc it will fail against the same class later. I've bugged it, but... we'll see. So for now, I've shelved my arse/thorn.
  24. Not sure why this is tagged "wai". It definitely is not. The power description reads: "Enemies hit by the tri-cannon, including those standing near it will prioritize attacking it over its owner" It will taunt Protean set as an AV, but not a Longbow warden boss. Definitely not "wai" It has this line of code: if !target.HasTag?(Raid) && (target>enttype eq 'critter') and is missing this one: if target.HasTag?(Raid) && (@ToHitRoll + 0.2 < @ToHit) It should actually be normalized with the taunt of other troller/dom pets, which don't have those requirements at all, but that is perhaps a different issue.
  25. Stone/nin is doing something wonderful for me. Seismic has 91% chance to crit from shinobi hide. That ups it to mag 6 hold and it has a high chance of triggering crit strikes. Tons of aoe control and ffb procs galore. Aoe damage is a tad low, but at least tremor is 15ft and all the ffb spam brings procd fireball around quickly. Stone burns crazy end , nin fills it up. Nin has (very) low ddr, Stone has oodles of control. Eventually it will be a t9 build, but it is playing very well even in its "immature" state.
