STON! Welcome back. Very cool animations and concepts. I especially liked the 'change ammo' treatment to a melee set in Arcane. Did you do spreadsheets on your own powersets? 😁

I made a Psy/Energy blaster with max range as the concept. I have the built in [boost range] from Energy Manipulation, pairs of Bombardment set for +5 range each, and Clarion Radial which also boosted range. I can snipe over 500 feet away, out of my visual range of the target, and have 300+ range on most of my other attacks. It was silly, but fun.

I think it's better for the tribute characters to remain "in character" and not talk about the real life person. Breaks immersion. But I have no problem with the forum list, wiki, or anything else out-of-game that talks about the player beyond the character.

That is not a solution at all. Whether in the league or out, AFK Masterminds will continue to get stuff if their pets are attacking and getting attacked. Is the event clicking the same 15 doors (or however many the PI Hotel has) ad infinitum for a month? You are free to do so, but you can't shame the shameless. I don't think they give a hoot about what you or any other player thinks.

Or give each door a longer cool down after anyone clicks. I'm not sure what the magic number should be, but if each door took a few minutes to recharge, that would encourage folks to "work the block" and not just a single hotel.

Yeah! Like that. I know that you could confuse them, since you have to to get one of the badges, but I didn't know they were "instant-vulnerable." Some of those CoD powers are hard for me to read. I look at that and think +500 to confuse et. al. means harder to confuse, not easier.

I get that confuse powers can be cheesy and overused. But completely neutralizing confuse (and controls in general) are a real kick in the pants to Mind, Plant, and other sets. Could we at least have a particular critter that was easier to confuse and worth confusing? And maybe make a different critter(s) get very offended at the mental intrusion and get aggroed to whoever tried to confuse it. That would create strategic targets to strike and others to avoid.

I'm not sure what you are talking about. A level 35 character gets a recipe drop, crafts it (at a lower cost than a 50) then puts in on the market where a level 50 player buys it at level 50 for the going rate. OR A level 50 character gets the same recipe, crafts it and sells it to a level 35 character at level 35 for the going rate. If you mean that it's unfair that the crafted item is the same price regardless of level, it's still beneficial. It makes the supply at all levels the same. It is possible, and perhaps even likely, that the level 35 version would be MORE expensive than the level 50 version if there is a greater supply of level 50 recipes. Bundling all levels together eliminates supply issues at a given level that may drive up prices.

Do you have Mids? www.midsreborn.com if you don't. Also, I made a Symphony/Sonic dom and did not like it at all. Symphony likes to stay at range for maximum cone use and Sonic likes to be in melee a lot (four of it's 9 powers are melee, arguably the 4 best). However, I did REALLY like a Symphony/Dark/Ice Controller that I made where I used a bunch of Bombardment to get an extra 40% range on all attacks and 120% with Clarion!
