  2. The entitlement some people have for a dev cheat never ceases to both amuse and disappoint me. Travel in this game is trivial. We have a million and one ways to get around - but the idea of you losing your instant warp from anywhere is enough to make you go? I find that stance laughable. That's nothing but pure laziness.
  3. Everlast, if I somehow managed to get it on Excelsior that'd be even more insane.
  4. They gave Family some pretty crazy weapons, though they got tied to lower levels, like most unique mechanics, sadly. Personally, I'd love to see council get some of their low level mechanics back, like shapeshifting and the occasional swarm of robots and robotic mech bosses. There are so many interesting villain groups, yet you never encounter them past a certain level. You stop encountering drones like blasters and disruptors for Arachnos, Council stop shifting, Crey lose their scientists debuffs/buffs for swarms of power armor lead by paragon protectors, circle of thorns lose most of their variety and only have death mages, archers and demons, PSI PPD stop showing up in favor of peacebringers, the list goes on. Might have to make a thread just for that, really. I feel like it would add a lot of flavor to the post-50 game if we could run paper missions with an old enemy group of our choice.
  5. Lots of variables here, but for simplicity's sake: Report it, but first document it and the interesting applications (ideally with video) to illustrate why this could be left alone, or turned into a feature in a later build.
  6. I for one, enjoyed being the last man standing against a mob that was designed to kill me. They were one of the truly difficult things to encounter in the wild, kept things unpredictable.

Underperforming sets brought up. 3: Teleportation rework 4: Uncapped pool powers 5: Making boxing/kick skippable. 6: Controller primary dps buff. 7: Reversion of the tar patch nerf. 8: The rest of the incarnate powers. 9: Kheldians and widows getting some QoL. 10: Delete sentinels.

  13. I know the Tar Patch and Rage nerfs were stupid overkill, but real talk: There's nothing to suggest they are going to massively overhaul how TW plays, all we know is that it's performance is going to take a hit, so let's at least put the pitchforks down until the appropriate time.

  15. I should host a build challenge where people intentionally make a useless character, it's a lot harder than some people here seem to understand. Mercs are the closest thing that come to mind.

  18. "Gravewalker" for my Dark/shield Skull character. I was shocked, I thought I was going to have to use an L over an I, but nope.
  19. Miss and the gang's costume contests are pretty fun!! Jimmy's ability to destroy floor-based terrain is unmatched by anyone else in the universe.
  20. You're not in trouble, but you are using a leaked dev command that's days are numbered, despite the protests of those who can't be assed to fly, super speed or teleport to their destination using the myriad of non-cheating methods available to them.

  22. Fire performs exceptionally well, but ice, beam, and water can get close and/or match its performance. Sets other than those, like rad, dp, psy and Ar are overdue for a buff, hence why I believe buffing the under performers is long overdue In terms of melee sets, nothing gets close to TW, claws excels at AoE but not quite ST. War mace gets crazy but even still cant touch TW's numbers. Edit: Dark melee is high in GB's test because it can self damage cap.
  23. Yeah, instead of being professional floor lickers, they can blow things up and do everything in the game, like pretty much every other AT. What horror.
  24. With respect, Paragon added those for a reason and I don't think it should be removed because you don't like that min/maxers are able to do crazy things with the extra resources.
